So im currently making a new sun-team and I've never made one before so I'm looking for input, the only restriction for the team is no legendary pkm.

i thought blaizeken in general was banned

I definently recommend solar beam on venusaur, it would be really weird not to have it. also, you could put solar beam on the tails as long as your using special grass attacks, because you have like 40 more power. I wouldn't put rain dish on tentacruel, because this is a sun team. rain dish heals in the rain, which, if you play right, will never happen. you should switch that to liquid ooze. another thing. as long as you're using tentacreul for special like that, i would switch from timid (+spe -atk) to modest (+spcatk -atk). that way, you have a stat of 284 in special attack. assuming yyou have beneficial EVs, that is.
