Naive
36 Atk / 252 SpA / 220 Spe
-Explosion
-Psychic
-Flamethrower
-Grass Knot

My team lead. This can take out Swampert/Tyranitar leads easily. And when blissey shows up. I explode right in her face!

Tyranitar@Lum Berry
Sassy
240 HP / 36 Atk / 48 Def / 184 SpD
-Substitute
-Fire Punch
-Thunder
-Crunch

With Lum berry, i can survive 1 status effect. Mainly, sleep and paralysis. It has no trouble of taking out Yanmega, Gyarados, or Gengar.

Garchomp@Yache Berry
Jolly
252 Atk/252 Spe/4 Hp
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Swords Dance
-Fire Fang

With yache berry, i can survive weaviles (lol) giving me an option of Outrage or Fire Fang on Ice Types. My main move on this one is Outrage.

Gengar@Wide Lens
Timid
252 Spe/252 SpA/4 Hp

-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball

Even though this will be KO'd by Alakazam and many other things...This has some abilty to survive Heracross. This is probably one of my favroites in this team.

umbreon.png

Umbreon@Chopple Berry
Careful
252 HP / 92 SpD / 164 Spe
-Mean Look
-Baton Pass
-Toxic

This is a very good tank. It has decent speed. So its good. I use Mean look/Baton Pass combo. It works very good in bad situtaions. With Chopple berry i can maybe survive 1 fighting move.

This Bliss is mainly for putting status around on the other team. Its possible with ice beam taking out sweepers like Garchomp, donphan, gliscor.

i can see right off the bat half of your team is weak to fighting type moves, and something like deoxys or a scarfgar can really cut this team down to size. i would suggest getting rid of umbreon for something for something that can resisit fighting such as dusknoir, it can will-o-wisp and mean look and tanks really well too.
its just a thought

This team has a VERY large Infernape weak. Scarf Infernape and MixApe in particular decimate your team. To remedy this, I would put a Vaporeon over Umbreon. Use Wish/Surf/Hp Electric/Ice Beam to Counter Chomp, MixApe, and Gyarados all in one. Second, Make Tyranitar your lead, since that Tyranitar is quite a good Anti-lead. Use Thunderbolt over Thunder since the accuracy difference is quite significant. Otherwise, your team looks pretty solid. Just watch out for fighters, and save Azelf for late-game.

Why Thunder with Tyranitar you do know the accuracy gets decreased by 50% with the sandstorm switch it with Thunderbolt also is that Tyranitar a bad atempt of a Tyraniboah? also you ahve a very big fighting weakness.

sandstorm has no effect on the accuracy of thunder it is still 70%, only if you play against a team that uses sunny day will the accuracy go down

Yeah. I'll give that a try. Thanks

Sure. Thank you. i'll try that out.

Its a smogon set. Lol. I'll get another Tyraitar that knows thunderbolt. Sandstorm doesnt effect Accuracy of Thunder

Yeah. thanks.

ask any of the more experienced people/battlers/posters on the boards and they will say the same thing, sandstorm does not lower thunders accuracy

i use sandstorm on one of my teams and use thunder and the accuracy is the same

A non-EV-ed Tyranitar takes a maximum of 262 damage from a LO-Grass Knot from Azelf, and considering it's HP stat reach a minimum of 341 you won't OHKO anytime soon.

Quite frankly, as a lead Tyranitar and Swampert is the least of your worries. I would rather bet on beating other leads such as Azelf, Bronzong, Gengar, and other common leads. To me, leading with your Tyranitar seems like a good idea. Maybe slapping on Taunt could be worth some consideration? Preventing Bronzong from setting up is amazing, and you'll prevent slower leads from setting up. In addition, Sandstorm would ruin most Focus Sash leads, and thanks to Lum Berry Pokémon such as Yanmega, Gengar and Roserade can't sleep you, nor OHKO you due your given EV-spread who'll let you take a couple of hits very well, and you'll most likely OHKO them in return.

Mean Look + Toxic Umbreon does look better on the paper, seriously. It require to much time to set up, and doesn't really accomplish a lot in the process. With the massive flow of Steel types in the metagame it's really hard to pull off, and you'll give a lot of free turns to Pokémon such as Lucario. Looking at your team, that really isn't a good idea as 5/6 Pokémon is OHKOd after a SD.
Trappassing is pretty cool though, but you got nothing really amazing to pass a Mean Look to. Garchomp would be your best bet, but it isn't like Garchomp has any problems setting up. Pokémon such as Perish Trap Celebi is pretty cool with a Mean Look-passing Umbreon, meh. I would consider replacing Umbreon with a Fighting counter. Spiritomb could fit in quite well. Like a RestTalk/Shadow Ball/HP Fighting 'Tomb.

I would also consider running Stealth Rock in favor of Thunder Wave on Blissey. Stealth Rock is arguably better to have in the long run, and it will make Pokémon such as Salamence and Gyarados a less of a threat as even some of your weaker Pokémon even might be able to finish them off after Stealth Rock damage kicking in.

First of all, right off the bat, this team has a MAJOR Deo-S weak. It can OHKO everything on this team (if shadow ball is present) and rip through this team. I suggest you put spiritomb in place of umbreon to stop deo-s.

Sandstorm really messes up your team. Only 2 things resist and it negates Bliss's Leftovers.

I don't know who leads with Swampert but whatever. This is a great lead, although there have been many counter lately, most of them named Houndoom, usually with a choice scarf. I suggest throwing on Hp fighting or Ground, maybe over explosion, as I never do see Azelf living past turn 3 unless you switch.

Interesting. You aren't running Focus punch? Tyraniboah hasn't been used lately, he might help your team.

You'll destroy Weaviles anyways, no need for fire fang. Opt for Dragon claw, or look for a better move, as Fire fang can take steels, but it won't deal much damage to them.

Eh, the seismic toss set works alot better imo. Change Ice beam for seismic toss, or thunderbolt. Your Gengar covers anything water, and you can throw on aromatherapy, which means that you wont need a Lum berry for your Tyranitar! Wooo...
Hope I helped ;)

Two huge problems here in my opinion:

- CB/SD Weavile is death to your team. It's a miracle you've been able to use this team at all when everybody is outsped and OHKO'd or 2HKO'd by a standard OU Poke.

- No Stealth Rocks which is really quite neccesary in teams nowadays especially an offensive one like this.

So with that in mind, I'd be looking to replace Umbreon (who isn't doing a great deal really) with a Pokemon that covers both of those bases such as Bronzong or Forretress.
