OU Team - second attempt

You're still looking at three water weaknesses, without a solid special wall to counter them. You'll have difficulty against Quagsire/Gastrodon/Swampert, as well as other bulky waters if you lose Gengar (Your only electric attack). You'll need a grass user, and I have an unusual suggestion that just might work:

Cradily @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 100 SpA / 120 SpD
~Energy Ball/Giga Drain
~Recover
~Toxic/Mirror Coat
~Hidden Power [Ice]

This set aims to make use of any Water attacks aimed at your weaknesses (excadrill, t-tar, gliscor) by gaining a +1 in Special Attack via Storm Drain. The EV spread I gave is more heavily leaned toward Special Defense since you already have a dedicated physical wall. Energy Ball or Giga Drain give you the grass attack your team sorely needs, and HP Ice gives you coverage against other grass types and dragons. Toxic gives you a stall move since your only other source of status is a one-time deal with Gliscor's Fling, and Recover is obviously to replenish HP. Mirror Coat could also be a nifty surprise, since your heavy SpDef investment, further augmented by Sandstorm, will allow you to survive very strong special hits and Coat them back for a KO. Feel free to play around with the moves and EVs a bit if you like. As for replacement, I'd say your best bet is dropping Hydreigon. This way you're not adding any notable new weaknesses (Hydreigon and Cradily are both weak to ice, fighting, and bug), but gaining a Water immunity over a less useful Psychic immunity. Hydreigon honestly isn't necessary when you already have Gengar, and I feel Cradily can do more for your team. Try it out, let me know how he does ^_^.
