It's honestly not boring at all; think about how active a role Sableye plays and that's what you get with Umbreon. And lol at "stall doesn't need more tools" because that's a really uneducated point of view. Stall hardly has enough, which is why it's difficult to pull off in a metagame with an insane amount of threats. If anything, stall needs anything it can get. You can hate stall all you want, but at least be educated.

EDIT:This is directed at no single person, but any--and I mean ANY--ad hominem (attacking character) posts will not be tolerated in this thread. If I see any more your vote will be discarded. I know it doesn't have enough tools and would like to keep it that way, thank you. Stall makes games boring and we don't need to make it more viable.

Hard to choose between Umbreon or Sandslash but I can't say no to one of the coolest Ground type that evolves from the my favourite NFE Sandshrew so:

Sandslash + Thousand Arrows
 
I personally think stall is fun... to rip through. Nothing is more satisfying when you tear down a well built stall team, it's quite gratifying.

Anyway, I'm going to vote for Hariyama + Contrary.

Just out of curiosity, what if we were to nerf some broken stuff in ubers so they'd be perfectly viable in OU, but not too inviable?
