Actually, in Japanese, an electric fan is called a senpuuki, so it still makes sense.

I never knew this, but I've always thought that the Rotom formes were kind of, well, stupid.

It really should have been called Rotom-Fan. Rotom-W has a stronger spin cycle than Rotom-S anyway. I'll suggest it for the next slate. I guess that makes Rotom-C "Rotom-Cut", right? Maybe for the next slate we should change it to a Fighting-Type, give it Aura Sphere and a sweet six pack/V-cut combo.
