[SET COMMENTS]

Palpitoad is an excellent physical wall that finds plenty of opportunities to set Stealth Rock against the Pokemon that it checks such as Manectric, Stonjourner, and Basculin. Palpitoad’s Electric immunity also is invaluable in a metagame that lacks reliable stops to Volt Switch from Manectric and Pikachu. Earth Power is favored over Earthquake to deal greater damage to Stonjourner, Mawile, and Pawniard. Use Toxic to cripple switch-ins including Mr. Rime, Gourgeist, and Shiinotic. Protect is an option over Toxic to scout certain attacks from Choice item users including Grass Knot from Choice Specs Raichu and Freeze-Dry from Choice Specs Mr. Rime to determine the best counterplay, as well as Trick from Pokemon like Galarian Mr. Mime, because Palpitoad relies on its Eviolite to perform optimally. However, Protect makes Palpitoad more passive than Toxic, because it becomes setup fodder for common switch-ins such as Nasty Plot Gourgeist. Maximum investment in HP and Defense with a Bold nature lets Palpitoad take physical attacks from foes like Stonjourner, Pikachu, Basculin, and Crustle as well as possible.

Palpitoad is valuable for teams that need a way to deal with Electric-types and stop Pokemon like Manectric and Pikachu from creating momentum through Volt Switch. Roselia and Shiinotic appreciate being paired with Palpitoad because it can pivot into Fire-type moves like Heat Crash from Stonjourner and Flare Blitz from Raboot. In return, Roselia can check Grass-types like Ludicolo and Bellossom while also completing an entry hazard stacking core by setting Spikes or Toxic Spikes. Roselia can also function as a special wall, thus forming a strong defensive backbone with Palpitoad. Drakloak pairs well with Palpitoad, as it can check both Nasty Plot Gourgeist and Silvally-Grass with Shadow Ball and Fire Blast. Since Palpitoad is unable to reliably deal with Grass Knot + Nasty Plot Raichu, pairing it with a secondary Electric answer like Manectric is optimal. Choice Scarf Manectric can also offensively check Nasty Plot Gourgeist and Swords Dance Falinks, which would otherwise use Palpitoad as setup fodder. Pair Palpitoad with Mr. Rime, Klang, and Lapras to deal with its 4x weakness to Freeze-Dry from Glaceon and opposing Mr. Rime. In return, Klang appreciates Palpitoad checking Raboot and Manectric. Palpitoad appreciates effective hazard removers like Silvally-Grass because its lack of recovery means that it can be easily overwhelmed by the chip damage, which limits its ability to perform as an effective wall. Wallbreakers weak to priority including Mr. Rime appreciate Palpitoad’s ability to check priority users including Pikachu with Extreme Speed, Basculin with Aqua Jet, and Pawniard with Sucker Punch. Finally, Palpitoad is vulnerable to strong special wallbreakers like Beheeyem, Mr. Mime, and Glaceon and appreciates special walls like Type: Null to form a strong defensive backbone.

Palpitoad is an excellent Stealth Rock setter and physical wall. you should specifically link and explain the following comment on why its a good rocks setter and physical wall here, also comment on how valuable it is as an Electric-immunity By virtue of Palpitoad’s typing and ability, it is presented with plenty of opportunities to set Stealth Rock against Pokemon it checks, such as Manectric, Stonjourner and Basculin. Maximum investment in HP and Defence with a Bold nature lets Palpitoad take physical attacks from foes like Stonjourner, Pikachu, Basculin and Crustle as best as possible. This should be at the end of the paragraph after you have explained move choices. Earth Power is useful against many foes that Palpitoad can counter including Stonjourner and Manectric. This is fluff currently, you should however consider mentioning why you run it over Earthquake. Scald is also useful to get a potential burn on foes like Crustle. fluff Toxic could be used to cripple switch ins including Mr Rime, Type Null, this isn't really cripled to the same degree as any of the other mentions because of Rest Talk, and don't need such a long list Gourgeist and Shiinotic. Use protect to scout certain attacks from Pokemon who hold Choice items to determine the best counterplay. name some specific choice item users you are going to scout here, like Specs Raichu / Mr Rime Protect can also be used to scout Trick users like Mr Mime which is helpful because Palpitoad relies on its Eviolite to perform optimally. Comment on how it leaves Palpitoad a lot more passive than Toxic, and how scouting such choice users can be risky before sets are revealed due to the possibility of being set up on.

Use Palpitoad on teams that lack an effective way to counter Electric-types. Pair Palpitoad with Pokemon who are weak to Water-, Electric- or Fire-types. This is kinda backwards, there's no reason to purposefully run pokemon weak to these types with Palpitoad for the sake of it, just say that Pokemon weak to Water/Elec/Fire like Rose, Clang etc appreciate Palpitoad. Roselia, i'd especially like to see more comments on Roselia here, specifically to do with its ability to set Set Spikes/Toxic Spikes and form hazard stacking cores with Palpi. Klang and offensive Gourgeist appreciate Palpitoad’s ability to check Stonjourner. you should also specifically comment on a few of these Pokemon Palpitoad checks for them instead of generalising in terms of types, especially because eg. Palpitoad can't deal with NP Raichu or Giga Drain Heatmor. Wallbreakers weak to priority including Mr Rime appreciate Palpitoad’s ability to check priority users including Pikachu with Extreme Speed, Basulin with Aqua Jet and Pawniard with Sucker Punch. Palpitaod’s typo 4x weakness to Grass-type means it pairs best with Pokemon who can deal with Grass types. Also comment on how its unable to deal with Raichu amazingly because of this, mention specifically some stuff that can help to deal with NP Raichu. Roselia, Silvally Bug and Klang are effective teammates that can deal with Grass-types. Moreover, Palpitoad can cover the aforementioned Pokemon’s weakness to fire types. such as? Pair Palpitoad with Mr Rime, Klang and Lapras to deal with it’s 4x weak to Freeze Dry. Palpitoad appreciates Pokemon who have effective hazard removal including Silvally be specific on the formes you are referring to here and Hitmontop because it’s lack of recovery means that it can be easily overwhelmed by hazards which limits its ability to perform as an effective defensive wall. Finally, Palpitoad is vulnerable to strong special wallbreakers like Beheeyem, Mr Mime and Glaceon and appreciates special walls like Type Null to form a strong defensive backbone.

Palpitoad is slow and rather passive, and therefore can give free set up opportunities to stuff like NP Gourgeist and SD Lum Falinks. In particular, stuff like Sub SD Grassvally is especially dangerous. Talk about some forms of speed control that can help make up for this issue.

Palpitoad is an excellent physical wall that finds plenty of opportunities to set Stealth Rocks against the Pokemon that it checks such as Manectric, Stonjourner and Basculin. Palpitoad’s electric immunity is invaluable in a meta that lacks reliable stops to Volt Switch from Manectric, Raichu this is true, but gives the wrong impression that you are a reliable stop to Palpitoad and Pikachu. Earth Power is favoured over Earthquake to deal greater damage to Stonjourner, Mawile, Pawniard, and Klang. Klang will often choose to run more SpDef spreads to better check stuff like Rime, so this isn't necessarily always true. Toxic could be change the wording to reflect that this is the only slash now used to cripple switch ins including Mr Rime, Gourgeist and Shiinotic. Use protect and instead say Protect is an option over Toxic, avoids confusion since protect isn't a slash to scout certain attacks from Pokemon who hold Choice items including Grass Knot from Choice Specs Raichu and Freeze Dry from Choice Scarf use specs instead, more relevant set that's actually getting a set on Rime analysis Mr Rime to determine the best counterplay. Protect can also be used to scout Trick users like Mr Mime Galarian Mr. Mime which is helpful because Palpitoad relies on its Eviolite to perform optimally. However, Protect makes Palpitoad more passive than Toxic because it becomes set up fodder for common switchins including Swords Dance Silvally-Grass it is however set up fodder to this anyway because of Substitute, and Nasty Plot Gourgeist. Maximum investment in HP and Defence with a Bold nature lets Palpitoad take physical attacks from foes like Stonjourner, Pikachu, Basculin and Crustle as best as possible.

Palpitoad is valuable for teams that need a way to deal with Electric-types and stop Pokemon like Manectric and Pikachu from creating momentum through Volt Switch. Palpitoad’s 4x weakness to Grass-type means it pairs best with Pokemon who can deal with Grass types. since you comment on Roselia checking these Grass types later anyway, this just removes redundancy. Roselia and Shiinotic appreciates being paired with Palpitoad because it can pivot into Fire-type moves like Heat Crash from Stonjourner. also comment on how Palpitoad can check Raboot for them. In return, Roselia can check Grass- types like Ludicolo and Bellossom which Palpitoad is 4x weak against whilst forming a hazard stacking core by setting Spikes/Toxic Spikes. Roselia can also function as a special wall thus forming a strong defensive backbone with Palpitoad. While you talk about Grass-type checks, you should definitely mention some that can check offensive Roselia and Sub SD Grassvally, which are two of the bigger issues here. Palpitoad is unable to reliably deal with Nasty Plot Raichu with Grass Knot and thus pairing it with a secondary Electric resist or immunity like Manectric is optimal. Choice Scarf Manectric can also act as a form of speed control to offensively check Nasty Plot Gourgeist and Swords Dance Falinks that would otherwise use Palpitoad as set up fodder. Pair Palpitoad with Mr Rime, Klang and Lapras to deal with it’s 4x weak to Freeze Dry. you should comment on specifically what Pokemon you want these to check for Palpitoad, eg. Freeze Dry Glaceon/Rime/Mime. also mention some of what these Pokemon can actually offer Palpitoad here. you bring up removal next, so try and tie the Rime mention into this. Mention how Rime/Klang appreciate Paplitoad checking Raboot and Manectric. Palpitoad appreciates Pokemon who have effective hazard removal like Silvally-Grass and Hitmontop because it’s lack of recovery means that it can be easily overwhelmed by hazards which limits its ability to perform as an effective defensive wall. You should talk about particular synergy hazard removers have when you bring them up, instead of just naming random ones. Hitmontop is also a bad example here because Palpitoad is far weaker to spikes than it is to rocks, and hitmontop tends to struggle to remove against most spikes teams which do employ ghosts like Dusclops. Wallbreakers weak to priority including Mr Rime appreciate Palpitoad’s ability to check priority users including Pikachu with Extreme Speed, Basulin with Aqua Jet and Pawniard with Sucker Punch. Finally, Palpitoad is vulnerable to strong special wallbreakers like Beheeyem, Mr Mime and Glaceon and appreciates special walls like Type Null to form a strong defensive backbone.

Palpitoad’s electric immunity is invaluable in a meta that lacks reliable stops to Volt Switch from Manectric and Pikachu. Earth Power is favoured over Earthquake to deal greater damage to Stonjourner, Mawile and Pawniard. (and mareanie) Use Toxic to cripple switch ins including Mr Rime, Gourgeist and Shiinotic. (and to not be used as a setup fodder. it also makes the opponent wary about switching into smth like gourg, so maybe reword this) Protect is an option over Toxic to scout certain attacks from Pokemon who hold Choice items including Grass Knot from Choice Specs Raichu and Freeze Dry from Choice Specs Mr Rime to determine the best counterplay. Protect can also be used to scout Trick users like Galarian Mr. Mime which is helpful because Palpitoad relies on its Eviolite to perform optimally. Palpitoad is valuable for teams that need a way to deal with Electric-types and stop Pokemon like Manectric and Pikachu from creating momentum through Volt Switch. (and a water immunity too. it's pretty important in this meta) Roselia and Shiinotic appreciates being paired with Palpitoad because it can pivot into Fire-type moves like Heat Crash from Stonjourner and Flare Blitz from Raboot. In return, Roselia can check Grass- types like Ludicolo and Bellossom which Palpitoad is 4x weak against (fluff) whilst forming a hazard stacking core by setting Spikes/Toxic Spikes. Roselia can also function as a special wall thus forming a strong defensive backbone with Palpitoad. Drakloak pairs well with Palpitoad as it can check both Nasty Plot Gourgeist and Silvally-Grass with Shadow Ball and Fire Blast respectively. (drakloak doesn't run shadow ball though, it runs hex. mention spdef throh as a gourg check) Palpitoad is unable to reliably deal with Nasty Plot Raichu with Grass Knot and thus pairing it with a secondary Electric resist or immunity like Manectric is optimal. (mane doesn't deal with raichu though. move this part to where you talk about roselia, and mention type: null) Choice Scarf Manectric can also act as a form of speed control to offensively check Nasty Plot Gourgeist and Swords Dance Falinks that would otherwise use Palpitoad as set up fodder. (well specify lum berry falinks, and substitute gourgeist) Pair Palpitoad with Mr Rime, Klang and Lapras (i rlly wouldnt run lapras and palpi on the same team, u can just nuke this mention or replace it by type: null) to deal with its 4x weakness to Freeze Dry from Glaceon and Mr Rime. (nitpick but they don't even need freeze-dry to threaten it) In return, Klang appreciates Palpitoad checking Raboot and Manectric. Palpitoad appreciates Pokemon who have effective hazard removal like Silvally-Grass (and the aforementioned mr. rime) because it’s lack of recovery means that it can be easily overwhelmed by hazards which limits its ability to perform as an effective defensive wall. Wallbreakers weak to priority including Mr Rime appreciate Palpitoad’s ability to check priority users including Pikachu with Extreme Speed, Basulin with Aqua Jet and Pawniard with Sucker Punch. Finally, Palpitoad is vulnerable to strong special wallbreakers like Beheeyem, Mr Mime and Glaceon and appreciates special walls like Type Null to form a strong defensive backbone.

mention some koff absorber, along with a mon that switches into trick / switcheroo. since u mention mane, u can just add it switches into trick and switcheroo, and u can add throh can provide a knock off absorber
