[OVERVIEW]
Paras is weak, frail, slow, and cursed with a poor typing, but despite these drawbacks, it does have two very useful moves in Spore and Knock Off. Paras's poor typing leaves it weak to the common Ice-, Flying-, and Rock-type attacks in the tier, though it is resistant to Fighting-type attacks. Unfortunately for Paras, Foongus exists and has a much better typing, better bulk, and is neutral to Stealth Rock.

Paras struggles to find opportunities to switch in, as it is hurt by all entry hazards and weak to the common U-turn. There are much better Knock Off users such as Pawniard or Mienfoo, while Foongus is a superior Spore user.

I think you have the best set possible, since bullet seed is probably a bad idea with Vullaby round and you don't really beat onix anyway. I honest don't think Paras has any merit besides the meme.

[Add period.] in addition to being resistant to Mach Punch and immune to Aqua Jet. [Mention being sr weak and weak to common coverage moves before this clause.] Unfortunately for Paras, Foongus exists and has much better typing, bulk and more resistant to Stealth Rock.

Unwarranted.] Paras appreciates hazard removal, as it is both grounded and takes 25% from Stealth Rock. [Ditto.] [Add another sentence which reiterates Paras's few switch-in opportunities due to common U-Turn and Rock coverage moves.] There are much better Knock Off users such as Pawniard or Mienfoo and Foongus is a superior Spore user.

Combine the two sentences about Paras' typing into one and I'd take out the Aqua Jet mention since it's mostly irrelevant - "Paras' typing leaves it weak to the common Ice-, Flying- and Rock-Type attacks in the tier, though it does resist Fighting-type attacks." Instead of saying that Foongus is "resistant" to SR, clarify that it is not weak to rocks.
