No Wo Chien sadly, would have put it at D rank though.
Only S rank and S- are ordered.
D ranks are mons that have a incredibly small niche in the tier, to the point where I wouldn't recommend them but using them isn't going to cripple your team.
UR is for mons that I believe have no niche in the tier at all, please don't use these mons.

Here's my personal rankings, yes, i know a few controversial placements here and there but this is mostly based on the main rankings and how i feel about the mons myself

Some Notable Placements:

- :darkrai: :kyurem: They're over-glorified to point of people wanting a suspect, but like, they're good but not that good.
- :walking wake: Outside of sun, it's kind of mediocre.
- :dragapult: It's an underrated beast, no one call my boy bad.

That's all from my side, hope y'all appreciate my opinions too

Some Notes

:raging_bolt:
Almost always gets a kill and 2-shots every Ground besides Clod/Ting-Lu/Treads. It helps check offensive teams while doing big dmg to defensive builds. Difficult to rkill and fits on every non-Stall team. Cracked mon.

:corviknight:
Matches up well into some notable OU mons and is good at Defogging vs non-Ghold comps. SpD Corv is one of the few checks to Kyurem while trading with Darkrai.

:rotom-wash:
I barely seen any Rotoms while laddering during OLT season. Faces competition with other pivots.

:mandibuzz:
This mon has huge consistency problems, needing to preserve Boots, and stay close to full in order to check things. Also deadweight vs Fat.

:cobalion:
Budget Zama that can set rocks, resists Gambit’s dual STABs, and resists Freeze Dry.

:diancie:
Niche TR setter with Meteor Beam. Its typing matches up well into the current metagame, plus it gets Spikes.

:jirachi:
Niche special wall with Encore that checks Bolt, Prima, Val, and Kyurem while passing Wishes or clicking U-Turn.

:leavanny:
Specs Proto SpA Wake/Band Proto Atk Gouging under Sun + Webs = Pain

:pawmot:
Good offensive typing + Iron Fist boosted Ice Punch and priority Mach Punch.

:rotom_mow:
Checks Waterpon and spams status/Volt Switch.

:thundurus:
Priority T-Wave go brr.

If you want more of my opinions, I made a post here with most of my takes being the same besides Moth to A+

S through A- tier list.png

My personal tier list of the general top meta Pokemon

Some notable missing Pokemon

:rillaboom: : Banded sets are still scary but there are so many natural bulky grass resist, that also punish contact (Zapdos, Corvikinght helmet, Moltres) that relying on Rillaboom for breaking power is kind of trolling at this point. Grassy Terrain is valuable but honestly bulky offense teams prefer having a more potent offensive slot as well as defensive utility than the 6% healing. It's only super impactful for Ogerpon-Cornerstone BO/Offense teams in my opinion.

:weavile: : I'm sorry but you literally cannot fit Weavile teams in current metagame. It's good in theory but super weak to every booster energy Speed Pokemon besides Roaring Moon, and then fitting it is like so difficult. Teams that aren't HO are so pressed for "high damage + very important defensive utility" and Weavile just does not have this. It doesn't help that it lacks any pivoting option so bringing it in is super committal, you have to have an out if Weavile can't get a kill which it usually can't without a Swords Dance boost and getting that off is a problem in itself. The banded sets don't work, hazards are way too prevalent at this point especially with the rise of Samurott-Hisui who I a lmost put in S-.

General Stall Mons: The issue is practically all besides Corviknight/Moltres/Glowking/Alomomola are Stall/Semi-Stall specific so I can't in good faith put them any higher than B+ but this list doesn't have a B+ so yeah that's where I'd put them.

(Not ordered, besides S and S- rank)

Some reasonings:
:mandibuzz: :toxapex: I've been using these mons together as a physical defensive core, and they god damn rock. Mandibuzz with knock+toxic+foul play is able to assert a huge amount of pressure to offensive teams and can check gambit, moon, waterpon, tusk, sd gliscor and mixed pult. Toxapex meanwhile, can stuff a lot of physical attackers with rocky helmet, and beat cheesy calm mind stored power users with haze. Its list of things it can check are zama (hard walled), gambit (but can struggle with its immense power), waterpon, hamurott, primarina, cinderace, iron moth, weavile and meowscarada. I think people heavily underrated these mons, so I'm rating them highly.
:blissey: Blissey I used on the same team, and its just a good wall. I think on fat teams you can afford this mon due to it walling most special attackers, so I'm rating it higher then the VR.
:enamorus: Mon is genuinelly not good, it competes with so many fairy types and struggles into offense if it doesn't have scarf. I don't see a reason to use this over other superior fairy types.
:zamazenta: Before people come at me with pitchforks, I still think zama is amazing. However, it has so many checks/counters in the meta, and doesn't like the bulkier direction teams have gone. Still amazing, but compared to tusk and gambit, who do well against every team style, it has to be lower.
:iron boulder: I will always hate on iron boulder. Ugly ass mon.
:comfey: I've used this on a standard HO team, and it honestly feels a lot better then people are giving it credit for. It kinda wipes offensive teams thoroughly, who commonly stack fairy weak mons (especially sun lmao, who also usually only have one fairy resist that is weak to ground). This means it being forced to tera is not nearly as bad, as it can sometimes win the game on the spot (and it has enough bulk to take a big neutral physical hit if they tera). Really good mon that people underrated.
:keldeo: Keldeo has seen a resurgence lately as a great darkrai and kingambit check that can pivot while having decent damage. I have always thought that this mon was better then people were giving it credit for, and I'm glad I've been proven right on this part.
