Another thing to be mentioned about the NPower Pika, is even though it is an event, the egg moves Wish and Volt Tackle are also on it, so

I fixed and committed this before you even updated the Smogon server. I updated a few other files as well in the same time frame.

There might be a few other other things to change though. What else has been noticed to be problematic? (I'm not talking about movesets here.)

Well, not to be overly specific, but Sleep Talk + Outrage Doesn't work correctly. FOr example, if Dragonite selects Outrage with sleep talk the first turn, in the game, i can choose sleep talk again. On shoddy, I am forced to choose Outrage.
 
I meant related to Platinum, not general Shoddy Battle bugs. We have a bug tracker for that and your Outrage issue is already on it.

I probably won't be fixing general bugs any time soon, but anybody is free to.
 
Guys guys, you forgot to give Politoed Hyper Voice! He learns it at level 48 now.

Of course, this has likely fallen under most people's radar, but it's a kind of, sort of a big deal in that it now makes him the best user of the Water/Normal combo on the Special side. Yay Politoed, soon.

also note that any Egg Move+Surf that is not Volt Tackle, Wish and Present cannot be combined with Surf with different nature, even if the event (before NPOWER) allows it.

Even with the newly added (just found out from Little Cup Forum) Signal Beam, it's still legal. I heard that Pichu got Signal Beam from LC Forum.
