I really need some help on this so please give me some suggestions. I definetely need some help with EVs, some items, and some Natures. Thanks for all the help in advance!
Strategy
I will start off with Gyarados backed up by Infernape to do some minor sweeping, then get out Mesprit and Skarmory to Spike and Stealth Rock. The rest is simple, Get out Tyranitar to chip away at bulky waters and whatever else they have left, and finish up with a Sand Veil, Spikes, and Stealth Rock supported Garchomp. Yes, I understand that I will encounter Spinners but how much difference will they make? Garchomp should take out the rest of their team with ease even without Stealth Rock and Spikes.
Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Trait: Sandstream
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Nature: Adamant (+Attack, -SpAtk)
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-Focus Punch
-Earthquake/ Pursuit
Choice-Bander anyone? Stone Edge for bulky waters and STAB. EV placement lets him easily outspeed some common threats. His attack is also massive and he has a good move type varieties so he should have no problems with any particular Pokemon. Focus Punch for Slaking, Blissey, ect. Thinking of using Pursuit for Gengars trying to make their getaway.
Garchomp @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Nature: Jolly (+Speed, -SpAtk)
-Fire Fang/Fire Blast
-Earthquake
-Swords Dance
-Dragon Claw
I love sand veil, WoW shouldn't be much of a problem. Great sweeper and will be a big offensive push for the team. Jolly for a quick hit since his speed is already very impressive.
Gyarados @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 212 HP/ 16 Attk/ 164 Def/ 116 Spd
or 196 HP/ 104 Attk/ 68 Def/ 100 Spd/ 40 SpD
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
Very standard Gyarados, DD and sweep away. Works well with Tyranitar and Garchomp as they cover each other's weaknesses well. Help with EVs please, don't know which set to use.
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
Evs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Atk
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpA)
-Drill Peck
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Feather Rest
Standard. Whirlwind for switching stuff I know will kill it, Spike damage, or giving me a free set-up turn. The rest explains itself.
Infernape @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 32 Attk/ 228 Spd/ 252 SpAttk
Nature: Naive (+Spd, -SpD)
-In-Fight
-Flamethrower
-Grass Rope
-Scheme
Would love to use this guy. Looked around and this seems like a good set. He is a great sweeper, and in this case a mixed sweeper. His Speed is incredible and really let's him pack a punch quickly.
Mesprit @ ?
Trait: Levitate
EVs: Help Please
Nature: Help Please
-Thunderbolt
-Icebeam
-Stealth Rock
-Psychic
This guy could take alot of stuff that gives the rest of the team problems. He has great defensive stats and could set up a Stealth Rock. Psychic to take out team problems and for STAB. He also makes a good bolt/beamer to my knowledge. Once again, I don't know the new generation well so please help with Item, EVs, and Nature please.
Dangers:
Heracross - He doesn't seem like a problem with mostly anyone on team able to take him on.
Blissey - Infernape, Tyranitar
Infernape - Gyarados, Garchomp, Tyranitar
Jirachi - Infernape, Tyranitar, Garchomp
Sceptile - Infernape, Mesprit, Gyarados
Azelf - Tyranitar
Tyranitar - Gyarados (not much of a counter), Mesprit
Gyarados - Tyranitar, Mesprit
Garchomp - Gyarados (not much of a counter), Mesprit, Tyranitar (Sort of)
Salamence - Gyarados (not much of a counter), Garchomp, Mesprit
Raikou - Tyranitar (hp ice is a problem), Garchomp (hp ice is a problem)
Starmie - Tyranitar, Mesprit
Swampert - Tyranitar (can't switch in), Garchomp (can't swith in), Infernape (can't switch in)
Slaking - Garchomp, Infernape, Tyranitar
Celebi - Tyranitar, Skarmory, Garchomp
Electavire - Tyranitar, Garchomp
Gengar - Tyranitar, Mesprit
Lucario - Garchomp, Infernape
Metagross - Infernape, Garchomp
Weezing - Mesprit
Suicune - Mesprit, Tyranitar (2HKO with Stone Edge)
Manaphy - Mesprit, Tyranitar (Stone Edge)
List may be flawed. I never was perfect with match-ups.
