I actually had to pull my game out to double check this since bulbapedia had conflicting information (saying it learned it on the Stone Edge page, but not on its actual page) and yeah turns out it doesn't anymore.
Weird! Guess it's another for the pile of SV move oddities.
And also someone with a bulbapedia account should proabbly fix that.
Related to this but while glancing at the list again I saw that while SV gave Stone Edge to a lot of stage 1 pokemon whose evolution learned the move, Chespin went the opposite. Something tells me that was another oopsie. Almost like they flipped a bit assuming it didn't have it.
