Lickitung is cool and quirky. Aipom is cute. Tropius is another cool & quirky thing. Nothing really stands out too much in gen IV and V but I quite like Mamoswine and Serperior. As for the worst, Mr. Mime is just a stupid pokemon. Igglybuff was a pretty pointless pokemon. Jigglypuff was pretty shit as it is why make a worse version? Regice's design looks pretty awkward. Bronzong is bad but it was a toss up between that and Lickilicky which completely ruined Lickitung. And ice cream mon is just...
