That's what I meant, and it isn't that circumsntantial. I mean, setting up electric terrain? Easy af. Regieleki will melt things with it.

Regen is better.
G-Slowbro in general is pretty disappointing though. Learnset is basically the same except with some new poison moves (but not Toxic Spikes!) and all around less-optimal stat spread.
Thats a shame, but still want to use it because i think it looks cool, and its new move is quite cool.
I'd just go for Regen. if it gets flipturn, then an AV set seems better

Rising Voltage specifically doubles in power when the target is on terrain i.e. grounded. So running it over Thunderbolt does mean that for instance Specs Koko wouldn't be able to OHKO specially defensive Corviknight. (Presumably still worth it, but there is at least a small drawback.)

Yeah, I was thinking the same. When the ability was first revealed, I thought that it would have to be AMAZING if I were going to choose it over Regenerator which is a top 5 ability.
