And you thought that metas can't be more offensive than Metagamiate. Sorry Adrian.

Miraculously Approved by: Eevee General and The Immortal
One morning, I was sitting at home when I thought of the most evil thought: "What would happen if abilities that effect the damage a mon inflicts in some way or another?" I kept going on, but I couldn't get that thought out of my head. So, here it is now.

Basically, all abilities have their effects doubled. For instance, a Fur Coat Pokemon would have *3 physical defense, Tough Claws would multiple the base power of contact moves by *1.66, and -ate abilities give Normal Type moves a new type and a *1.6 boost in power. It also means that Intimidate reduces your opponent's attack by two stages, Defiant would boost attack by four stages, and Poison Heal/Regenerator heal twice as much HP.

This contains a list of all of the ability changes in this metagame:
Adaptability - 3x instead of 2x
Aerilate - This Pokemon's Normal type moves still turn into Flying type, but are now boosted in power to 1.6x instead of 1.3x

Banlist

Huge Power, Pure Power, Serene Grace
(By extension of these bans, Jirachi, Medichamite, and Meloetta are banned)
Standard OU overwise

Here are some Pokemon that I feel might be major threats in this metagame.
Gliscor, with his buffed Poison Heal, is a nice wall in this metagame. With Poison Heal recovering double the HP, if Gliscor can take the blow, he can quickly recover from it. Protect can help him do so faster. Of course, if you want to troll people to death, you can always use Sand Veil Gliscor on a Sand team. Please don't though, it is quite uncompetitive.

MegaZam finds his place here because of one peculiar niche: Trace. No matter how weird it seems, Trace seems very influential here. You wouldn't want to get so close to winning when MegaZam Traces your Landorus' Sheer Force and counter sweeps you. I wouldn't say that MegaZam is broken or anything like that, but I would say that it has to be prepared for. Priority is needed. If you lack it, MegaZam is likely to trash your team.

I now come to one of the only walls in this metagame, Furfrou. Furfrou has lame defenses, but those stats are JUST barely saved by his ability, Fur Coat. Fur Coat, as I pointed out earlier, multiplies Furfrou's physical defense by 3. He may have a very limited movepool, but it may be enough to give him some viability here. Assuming a special wall exists, that is.

Mega Pinsir is pretty influential in this metagame, possibly more so here than he was in XY OU. Aerilate still changes Normal type moves to Flying, but now it gives those moves a *1.6 power boost instead of *1.3. Seems insignificant, but, after STAB and a Sword Dance boost, Mega Pinsir's Return will not be a pretty sight.

That's pretty much all I have in terms of the metagame. I hope you enjoy this metagame, and I hope that you don't just play it, but, rather, enjoy it!

Alright, this metagame has been implemented on Aqua! Have fun!

Greninja
72 HP/95 Atk/67 Def/103 SpA/71 SpD/122 Spe
Torrent/Protean

In OU, Greninja was banned due to its wicked speed tier and its ability, Protean. Protean essentially gives every move STAB, which means that he has four STAB moves instead of one or two. Here, he still has Protean, but he doesn't exactly get anything out of this metagame, except the potential to get outsped more often, since we'll likely be seeing more of Chlorophyll, Swift Swim, Prankster, Gale Wings, and priority to outspeed enemy speedsters. Not to mention how he could very well be walled a little easier now. He still isn't easy to wall, however, so that is why I'm not simply unbanning him right now.

Verdict: Still Banned

The Big Questions:

Should Mega Pinsir be banned?

Mega Pinsir is a monstrosity here; A *1.6 boost to all normal type moves, which already tend to be strong normally, and turns them into a STAB Flying type move for Mega Pinsir, is nothing to scoff at. Backed by a base attack stat of 155, Swords Dance, and a fair speed of 105, Mega Pinsir's Return is the stuff of nightmares. It's no wonder why people think it should be banned, but should it be? Plenty of special attackers can outspeed this thing, and can easily kill it off. However, if they fail to kill this thing, their going down. Hard.

Should Sand Veil and other evasion abilities be banned?

Sand Veil will be obnoxious. That is a fact. But, will it be overwhelming? Probably, but without a playtest, it will be impossible to tell.

Oh fuck Gliscor and furfrou as mentioned is crazy with poison heal and fur coat also crocune is better than ever in uu and suddenly poison point/static/gooey/cute charm/flame body is viable

Is this metagame OU-based or Ubers-based?

Anyways, here is something that might (or might not) be worth trying:

Swoobat @ Focus Sash
Ability: Simple
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Hidden Power [Fighting] / Charge Beam / Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting] / Charge Beam / Shadow Ball
Come in after something is KOed or from a slower U-turn, Volt Switch, or Parting Shot. Use Calm Mind to get up to +3 Special Attack and +3 Special Defense, while using your Focus Sash to survive a hit. Then, wreck with your 140 BP STAB-boosted attack. If you can somehow Baton Pass it boosted Defense or Speed, it is even better. For the last two slots, the moves depend on what you want to do. Use HP Fighting to nail Dark and Steel-type pokemon that wouldn't fall to Stored Power, Shadow Ball to nail enemy Psychics, and Charge Beam to try to boost your Special Attack stat to +6 and have a +6 200 BP STAB move to wreck with.

Also, a pokemon that could baton pass Swoobat speed to make it even faster and still let Swoobat come in without prior damage:

Torchic @ Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Whatever -Speed nature
- Protect
- Baton Pass
- Swords Dance
- Hone Claws

Protect to get to +2 speed, and then Baton Pass out to Swoobat. Even at +2, it is outsped by pokemon as slow as uninvested, unboosted non-mega Metagross. You get Swoobat to be twice as fast while also boosting its STAB by 40 BP. If your opponent isn't going to be able to 2HKO you, use Swords Dance or Hone Claws to make Swoobat even more powerful.

Okay, I may not like the Serene Grace spam idea, but we have 2 things that REALLY threaten it: Smog Bird, and Prankster, which both give +2 priority.

Is this metagame OU-based or Ubers-based?

First of all, I forgot to mention that this is OU based. Will change the OP right away. Second, that set sounds like a load of fun, and might be worth using.

Oh fuck Gliscor and furfrou as mentioned is crazy with poison heal and fur coat also crocune is better than ever in uu and suddenly poison point/static/gooey/cute charm/flame body is viable
We have Talonflame, Landorus-I, and Critdra to protect us from stall infested gameplay, so we'll be okay. :]

I can see weather being very good in this metagame because it lasts 10/16 turns now. Outspeeding major threats like Landorus, Mega Pinsir and Jirachi will be very nice. Especially rain has some very good abusers in Toxicroak, Tentacruel (31.25% health back every turn with Black Sludge) Swampert, Kingdra and Ferrothorn.

Why would Adrian be sorry? Pressure is more viable than ever. With a little Recovery, Wish passing and Protect spam, you PP Stall the hell out of everything.

Regenerator spam also sounds yummy.

Kinda useless, but should be added I think.

Truant: now skips two turns instead of one.
Slow Start: should be 1/4 Attack and Speed for 10 turns.
Parental Bond: Attack three times instead of two.

Oh god, Mega Kangashan KOs stuff just by clicking Seismic Toss.
Mega Mom is uber, not OU.

All the offensive boosts though.

Honestly, I just left that up from the original version of this OM, where only damage modifying abilities were affected.

Powered Up = Weather Wars

Sand Stream + Gliscor / Excadrill teams are gonna be unbearable. Now with 10 - 16 turn sand, it's enough for Exca to set up a swords dance and sweep away. And now with goggles, you can put any pokemon you want on a sand team, and it won't take any damage. Moxie salamence? You got it.

EDIT: Krookodile and Lando-T automatically bringing your opponent to 1/2 attack ;__;

Politoed + Ludicolo and Mega Swampert .___. kill me please

In favor of stall, there are a few game-changing abilities. Tangrowth + Slowbro regen core pls. Pressure takes all moves down by 4 PP, Wonder skin takes status out of the question, as TI mentioned.

Everything is so OP, that i think this is going to be one of the most balanced metagames out there. Sure you can do tons of damage, but what does that mean when they can just switch and heal up again?

Okay, I'm getting the hint that Rain *might* be a bit overpowered. I think I'll do a suspect on Rain when this gets coded.

Blegh, I forgot all about these!

Actually, I thought I included these abilities. I do want to mention that when I initially created this list, it was late, so I might not have been as alert as I should've been. That might be why I didn't have the correct effects listed for the respective ability. I am editing right now.

Um....That seems a bit too trivial to add on. Like seriously, you'll be left with really low health regardless. Honestly, the only thing this really changes is mostly likely F.E.A.R., which doesn't see that much usage now regardless. But, again, editing it in.

Goodbye, Aron, we will miss you. ;-;

252+ Atk Mega Sharpedo Crunch(160) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew(normal): 303-357 (88.8 - 104.6%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
mega sharpedo is now good with massive power plus two easily
Serene grace(i swear 90 percent flinch chance is evil)
Solid rock I take less damage from things i am weak to then things i am neutral to
Mega Aggron now takes less then damage from 14 types only hit neutraly by dark, ghost water and electric
effects should be listed wether or not they are banned
Contary-- it could be aruged that the contrary multiplier should be -2 stages now since it was -1 before

Okay then, another change.

Also, it would be nice if someone would donate a banner for this Metagame. The same is true for coding this metagame.

In the OP you list sheer force as 1.6x while listing fur coat as 1/4x. if you want to be consistent SF should be 1.69x TC would be 1.7689(same boost for stab moves with adapt) etc.

come to think of it parental bond should be three hits with 1,1/3(-4 stages),1/5(-8 stages) based off of the stage mutlitpliers, not that we can use it
