Primarina performs the role of a bulky sweeper with Calm Mind for Water-type teams. Its Fairy typing is fantastic defensively, as it allows it to take on Dark-, Dragon-, and Fighting-type Pokemon for the team. With Calm Mind increasing its Special Attack and Special Defense, Primarina can threaten and steamroll through opposing teams late-game while also improving the team's matchup against the aforementioned types. Calm Mind also lets it take hits from Pokemon like Choice Scarf Gardevoir, Duraludon, and Dragapult better. Rest is Primarina's main form of recovery and also cures it of any status condition like Toxic that may hamper its sweep. Sleep Talk is used to ensure that Primarina is not completely passive during Rest turns. Moonblast lets Primarina deal with Dragon-, Dark-, and Fighting-type Pokemon like Dragapult, Hydreigon, and Keldeo by hitting them for super effective damage and allows Primarina to perform well against matchups like Psychic-, and Ice-type teams. Primarina should prioritize attacking more to weaken the team early-game, as such types cannot take repeated Moonblast from Primarina very well. Against types like Normal and Ice, Primarina should set up against Pokemon like Bewear and Avalugg. Maximum HP and Defense investment along with a Bold nature makes Primarina as bulky as possible, allowing it to tank unboosted attacks from Pokemon like Bisharp and Grimmsnarl.

Water-types like Toxapex appreciate Primarina taking on troublesome Dragon-type Pokemon like Hydreigon and Dragapult for the team. In return, Toxapex provides Primarina with a defensive pivot against Grass-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Virizion. Toxapex can not only spread Scald burns, which makes it easier for Primarina to set up on and beat Pokemon like Drapion and Kyurem-B, but also provide Toxic or Toxic Spikes support to wear down teams, which lets Primarina be a more effective wincon in general. Seismitoad provides an essential immunity against Electric-type attacks and provides Stealth Rock support for Primarina to score easier KOs after setting up. Gastrodon can also be used as a bulkier teammate and for an additional Electric-type immunity. Keldeo does a great job of handling Ice- and Steel-type teams, beating Pokemon such as Kyurem and Ferrothorn. Crawdaunt and Barraskewda can also wallbreak and beat Jirachi and Toxapex for Primarina. Pokemon like Cloyster and Pelipper can take care of the Grass-type matchup , with the former additionally aiding Primarina to pressure Dragon-type teams even more and the latter breaking Pokemon like Toxapex and Ferrothorn with Choice Specs-boosted Hurricane.

Need to mention its Fairy typing defensively along with Fairy STAB in Moonblast.

“Moonblast lets Primarina deal with threats to Water-type team like Choice Specs Hydreigon for the team. Against Dragon-, and Dark-type teams, Primarina should prioritize attacking more to weaken the team early game as such types cannot take repeated Moonblast from Primarina very well.”
I would separate this into how Moonblast can hit Dragon-, Dark-, and Fighting-type Pokemon for super effective damage, give examples, and say it lets it be nice in certain matchups. Then you can talk about the usage tip.

“Against types like Normal, Primarina should setup once check to it like Heliolisk is taken out by the team.”
Replace this usage tip that talks about situations and against what Pokemon you should set up on. Against Normal using Calm Mind is perfectly fine to threaten to OHKO offensive Pokemon especially when you can set up on Snorlax.

Maximum Defense lets it take an unboosted Fusion Bolt from Kyurem-B.

Cloyster can also beat Dragon teams with Primarina.

-Snorlax may be rather passive, but it tanks more boosted Moonblast's from Primarina than it does Snorlax's Body Slam. If you want to stick with a Normal-type example, I'd go with Bewear here.
-Keldeo should be highlighted a bit more here as a means of better dealing with Ice and Steel teams, especially with Kyurem-B around.
-Gastrodon as a bulkier teammate and additional Electric immunity seems like a worthwhile add.
