[Claiming]

Whenever your battles or reffings are completed, you receive counters. Before putting those counters into your profile, they must be posted in the PCT and then approved by an approver. Post a link of the battle you participated in and claim your prizes in items and Pokemon in said post. If you have multiple links, please put them in your most recent not yet approved claim, you do not need to make an individual post for each of your prizes.

Note: When you claim a prize, please mention what the species of the pokemon you are claiming a prize for is. It is terribly annoying to us approvers to read "Nick is advancing to Stage 2*," but not let us approvers know which pokemon is "Nick," as we do not know the nicknames of each of your pokemon. Please change all of our future posts to "Articuno (Nick) is advancing to Stage 2*."

When claiming a new Pokemon, it starts at Stage 1* (It knows all its Level-Up Moves, has a Serious nature, and its Hidden Ability is Locked). If you are claiming a CAP, use the tables in the Data Audit to determine your movepool. If you are claiming an official Nintendo Pokemon, use the Movelist documents in the Resource Compendium.

If you want to claim a Pokemon at Stage 1* and immediately advance its Stage by spending TC on it, or if you want to advance a Pokemon's Stage multiple times in a single prize claim, you only need to post its last Stage.

[Nature Changes]
From Stages 1* through 3*, a Pokemon's Nature is always Serious (no stat changes). When advancing a Pokemon's Stage to 4*, you may immediately change its Nature to whatever you like. After that, it costs 4RC to change its Nature. You must post the Pokemon in question in its entirety to be approved.

[Hidden Power Type Changes]

Any Pokemon may change the type of its Hidden Power for 1 TC.

[Paying JC Fees]
After a battle is over, if you did not ref you will need to pay a JC fee. This can (and should) be done in the same post you use to claim your Counters.
If the battle was not self-reffed, you should pay 2 JC. If your opponent self-reffed the battle but you did not, pay 1 JC instead. If you self-ref, you are not required to pay any JC.

Prize Approval Team:

[Approver Policy]

In order to become or remain an active approver, users must approve at least two claims other than their own each month. If they cannot reach this quota, then they will become an Inactive Approver.

If a user is an Inactive Approver, then they will still be able to approve claims but they will not be allowed to approve their own claims. Want to approve your own claims? Well, fill the quota and you will be able to at the end of the month!

[Compensation]

Approvers receive 1 JC for each post checked in the thread. Sufficiently large posts, such as conversions from an older generation of ASB or the purchase of multiple new Pokemon grant the approver 3 JC (Must Tag Head Approver in the post of said large post). Approvers are allowed to approve their own claims, so long as any unapproved post is approved at the same time. Such self-approval does not grant the approver JC.

For every ten claims that an approver approves in the same post, the approver may claim 5 extra JC as compensation for taking their time out to approve such a large number of claims at once.

If a claim is so poorly done that the approver has to make a claim for a user you may claim 3 JC for reviewing and fixing this claim. Note that this will be monitored by the Head Approver and should not be abused.

Head Approvers
These users are in charge of monitoring the activity of other Approvers to determine their Active or Inactive status, for vetting new Approvers, and for appointing new Approvers if game activity should demand it.
  • Any users wishing to become an Approver should contact one or more moderators and one or more Head Approvers.
  • A Head Approver may have Active or Inactive status.

  • First self-approval while the queue is not empty results in a warning.

Battle Tower:
Battlers get (Total Pokémon on the smaller team + 1) RC, (Total Pokémon on the smaller team) TC, and pay 2 JC
Refs get (Total Pokémon on the smaller team +1) RC and 6 JC

Safari Zone:
Challengers get any Pokémon captured, as well as a 1* base Pokémon of the same line. Both can be foregone for 4 or 1 TC, respectively. If they defeat the second battle with at least 1 Pokémon not fainted, they earn an additional 3 RC and 2 TC. They also pay 8 JC.
Refs get 2 TC and 2 JC per battle reffed, as well as one 1* and 4* pair of Pokémon from the Habitat the challenger encountered (except unpurchaseable Pokémon), with the same ability to forgo them for 1 or 4 TC, respectively.

Battle Tree:
Challengers get 4 TC and 4 RC if they win the first match, and can promote their Pokémon to Stage 4 or 5 if they win the second and third match, respectively, and pay 10 JC
Refs get 2*(Number of matches fought) TC, and 3*(Number of matches fought) JC

TLG:
The winner gets the associated legendary at Stage 4, and pays 4 JC
The other challenger gets (Total Pokémon on the smaller team +1) RC and (Total Pokémon sent out) TC per battle fought, and pays 4 JC
Refs get (Total Pokémon sent out) RC and 4 JC per battle

Realgam Tower:
Battlers get no rewards other than those listed in the challenge, and pay 8 JC
Refs get (Number of mons on the smallest team) TC, which is increased by 50% if they win, and 6 JC

Battle Pike:
Battlers get (Team Size) TC per Maid defeated, 2 TC and the corresponding Maid Token per Head Maid defeated, and can promote their Pokémon if they beat Lucy. They also pay 8 JC in any case
Refs get (Team Size) TC and 3 JC per Maid battle, 3 TC and 4 JC per Head Maid Battle, and 4 TC and 5 JC per Lucy battle

  • This Pokémon's body is very fluffy in structure. The structure helps soften blows from contact attacks, lowering their BAP by five (5) when used against this Pokémon. This same structure is more flammable however, so Fire-type moves have their BAP increased by five (5) when used against this Pokémon.
  • By default, the Pokemon moves in a rare style of battling that uses an unpredictable, clumsy looking manner. The accuracy of its attacks is increased by 10% (flat). Your JC reward should be:
(sum of JC paid by all battlers) - (JC refunded) + [(number of Pokemon sent out in fully reffed rounds)/(number of players)]*2 – 2, rounded down.
which is 4-1+(0/2)*2-2 = 1 JC. (even though technically S0L1D G0LD doesn't receive a refund afaik)
