extremely pleasantly shocked that zack ryder won the battle royale. I sort of love how he came right off a clean loss to win it too. he was pretty amusing on superstars too.
 
It's just a shame that it's only for the ECW title, and not something a little better. Still, it's good to see him finally getting somewhere.
 
I was on the verge of thinking that his little push was fizzling out so this was really happy for me lol. I mean he could have had a super awesome feud with Shelton Benjamin but it was just kind of a couple of pseudo squashes (good ones though lol). I was pretty worried honestly.
 
My thoughts on the TNA payper view. After it I'll comment on the mathes

TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Sting vs. AJ Styles vs. Matt Morgan vs. champion Kurt Angle
Styles I think will win after Morgan screws Kurt or visa versa. Could be a really awesome match as long as all 4 are shown off and no one is really jobbing the match

"THE BOSS" MAKES HIS PAY-PER-VIEW DEBUT
"The Boss" Bobby Lashley vs. "The War Machine" Rhino
Bobby will when but I hope Rhino does. Honestly, they've hyped Bobby so much and done nothing with him. Give him a storyline other then "MMA superstar"

TNA X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Daniels vs. champion Samoa Joe
Hope Daniels wins but could be Joe. This could easily be the best match but I think they'll just let Joe destroy Daniels

TNA LETHAL LOCKDOWN
Beer Money vs. Team 3D vs. Scott Steiner & Booker T vs. British Invasion
Not a fan of it being Lethal Lockdown but it should just be a normal cage. I hope it's Beer Money but I can see it going anyway. Don't think the Brits will win though.

TNA KNOCKOUTS CHAMPIONSHIP
ODB vs. Cody Deaner
ODB will win. If Cody wins the title might as well be burnt

FINALS OF THE KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM TITLE TOURNAMENT

Hope Wilde and Sarita win and think they will since Angalena (sp?) Love has been released

It was quite clearly deliberately meant to look like that. Multiple cameras? check. Overstated reactions? check. SFX? Check. It was a horror movie spoof kind of thing. Was great, especially Teddy's face after he Undertaker says "buckle up"
 
The Undertaker barely ever speaks as it is but when he does speak he spurts out lines like 'buckle up Teddy'...dear lord lol, was hilarious though.

Wow, they were actually allowed to go on top of the Cell on Raw..

As if those holes at the side weren't there to make it easier for them to climb up though xD hahaha

Randy has been Cena's bitch all week, so Randy wins.
Taker doesn't lose in hiac so he wins, but I wouldn't be surprised if Punk won somehow.
DX wins, because Legacy has been kickin DXs ass for a while.
Kofi retains, if not Miz wins.
Batista and Rey take the belts from Show and Jericho, gonna be a great match.
Melina beats Michelle McCool
Ziggler shoulda been champ a while ago, i think he should win, but he has momentum goin in so if Morrison retains, im not surprised.
 
Worst PPV ever, seriously it was so bad save a match or 2.

Legacy/DX was pretty decent, Morrison/Ziggler was good.... thats it.
 
It wasn't great but it wasn't Hard Justice 07 bad, so yeah lol.

Punk is in the doghouse which blows big time, his own fault though I guess...

what happened with punk? that was the only thing I really hated about the ppv. if that match weren't like three minutes long (or like ten) or whatever, i wouldn't have that many complaints besides the obvious "they didn't use the cell very much."
 
liked sunday's ppv a good bit. morrison/ziggler was better than your usual morrison peer v. peer 'workrate' type of deal, mainly because ziggler's pretty great. Jerishow/Reytista was fantastic. Jericho was pretty disappointing in it but Rey and Show brought it, and Batista was great as the hot tag. Fantastic tag match, amazing ending. Hardly needs to be said but Show's punch is the best move in wrestling right now. Cell matches were good, liked Cena/Orton a ton and DX/Legacy was a fun story matched pulled off well, although it's not something I'd watch again.

out of curiosity, anyone here into japanese wrestling and lucha and shit?
 
Ironman for WWE championship.......how the fuck are they meant to keep me interested for 60 minutes? I can't remember the last Ironman match WWE had anyway (probably a good thing)
