i thought like edge or orton would win then punk would like come and challenge them after their match when they were all tired. that wouldve been nuts. but no. ugh.

I expected Christian to win MiTB, it was probably the most lackluster MiTB match yet and Punk winning again wasn't that great.. even though he's cool. I wanted MVP to win.

As soon as we saw Santino in the Diva Battle Royal, we knew he was winning, but no one cares about the actual result of that anyway.

Thought Jeff would beat Matt, but no.

Knew Jericho would win, but Steamboat still has the skills. Props to the man.

Was 50/50 on Rey/JBL really, but I guess the way they built up JBL it was obvious he'd get beat.

HBK vs Undertaker was the best match, as expected. We all knew The Undertaker would eventually come out on top though.

Cena winning at WM25 was always happening.

HHH winning was also always happening, but the ending was too anti-climatic and emphatic. It could've been so much better.

Overall, defintely not the best PPV and somewhat of a let down for Wrestlemania.

Dude I'm sorry but your avatar seriously is so awful lol.

She needs to get of of her cripple gimmick too. Shit, she's been wheelchair bound for like a year? ?_?

ugh terrible

- santina winning is a joke
- mizorrison vs carlito + primo taken off card
- mitb winner repeats is terrible + ton of botches
- jericho gets one shotted by an ametuer boxer and looks like a joke against legends
- any momentum orton had was totally killed off and hhh would have lost no momentum had he lost so that made no sense. in fact this should have been no dq match
- i dont mind cena winning as much as i hate him, but it made no sense
- taker / michael was uninspired
- hardy vs hardy was the second best match on card thats how terrible it was
- your grand slam champion and man who has never turned his back on the company loses 21 secs in a squash match to a midgit. on his retirement match...

i would rate this wm a 4/10, this is the worse one since wm 18.

edit: also for anyone who thought matt hardy would lose, i suggest rewatching owen hart / bret hart fued as well as matts career prior to this match. just like when bret lost, jeff would lose nothing if he lost the match but if owen / matt had lost, you might as well kill their character off (please dont take that as offensive, i dont mean it in that way and I truly respect owen hart). If matt didn't win he would have absolutely nothing going for him anymore.

WWE Women's wrestling is a joke.

- mizorrison vs carlito + primo taken off card

Agree.

- mitb winner repeats is terrible + ton of botches

Punk winning isn't really that bad, so long as he gets a proper build this time.

- jericho gets one shotted by an ametuer boxer and looks like a joke against legends

That match was obviously there for nostalgia, move along.

- any momentum orton had was totally killed off and hhh would have lost no momentum had he lost so that made no sense. in fact this should have been no dq match

Orton is such a bad heel the crowd cheers him, yet he can't get cheers as a face, WWE has no idea what they're doing with him..

- i dont mind cena winning as much as i hate him, but it made no sense

Keeps a belt on RAW and a belt on Smackdown, and it lets Edge/Show feud without the belt.

- taker / michael was uninspired

It was still far and away match of the night, and honestly HBK's best WM outing in a while..

- hardy vs hardy was the second best match on card thats how terrible it was

Hardy vs Hardy with garbage isn't really that terrible.

- your grand slam champion and man who has never turned his back on the company loses 21 secs in a squash match to a midgit. on his retirement match...

Because he is going into a nice cushy commentating position. Hopefully for good this time.

i would rate this wm a 4/10, this is the worse one since wm 18.

At least 18 had Hogan and Rock and a few decent matches (RVD / Regal, the Tag Team clusterfuck, and probably the best womens match WWE has ever put on..).

I'm betting JBL's blog is just a worked shoot and he will be back in some non wrestling position quite soon.

I don't see the problem with Punk winning MITB again. I would've loved MVP to win, but creative wasted Punk's opportunity last time so he deserves another push imo.

Orton v Triple H was a terrible match that made no sense and is just another example of Triple H wanting his own way. What's stopping Vince from firing Orton if he isn't champ? We should be experiencing the age of Orton right now but instead this storyline is dragging on far longer than it should just because HHH wanted to win at Mania 25.

Santina winning at Mania was the best thing to happen all night. :)

It just seemed really odd to have Orton lose after all the buildup he's had. But HHH was in one of those overcome-the-odds deals with the stipulation, so there was little doubt to me that he'd win.

I didn't see Mania though so I can't comment on anything else. :( But I did watch Raw last night and I got to see Steamboat!

What about Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker? :'(

I don't really know what to say about HBK vs 'Taker. It was one of the greatest matches I've ever seen, and I have no idea why. The match itself was finisher after finisher and very predictable, but even though it was so obvious Undertaker would win, I was on the edge of my seat for the entire match. I guess that's what makes them 2 of the greatest of all time: even in a situation where the end result is a certainty, Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker still managed to lure me into believing that anything could happen.

Even though kicking out of your opponents finisher is quite common and expected, Shawn kicking out of the Chokeslam, Last Ride & (first) Tombstone was really quite something. Especially the way Undertaker sold it all when Shawn kicked out.

But seriously that match was amazing, no questions about it n_n

This was one of the worst Wrestlemanias I've seen :(

HBK vs Taker was a great match and the MITB was decent. Everything else sucked.

Orton vs HHH was a horrible main event. Decent match? Maybe. Main event of WM? No way. They spend months hyping this match and it ended up stupid.

It's a bit sad when two dudes who are nearing 50 are putting on the best match on the biggest PPV of the year.

Punks goin to Smackdown. I wouldn't be surprised if Orton did too. I think he'll win at Backlash then Punk will challenge him to get his revenge for when he cost Punk the title.
