Mesprit @ Fairium Z
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Charm
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Dazzling Gleam

Z-Charm boosts Mesprit's defense by one stage and lowers the foe's attack by two stage. This allows it to use Pokémon like Skuntank and even Stoutland as setup fodder. Plus, it can also use Twinkle Tackle to break through a wall if needed, making this set rather versatile.

INSANE CARZY GUY I had to reject your submission as it was too similar to tom holland's one. Plus, the set was honestly not very good; it's basically a Fighting resist that can't actually beat Fighting-types. Sorry.

Anyway, pretty cool sets if you ask me! Thanks to everyone who submitted, I appreciate it :)

Voting phase is now up!! You have until Sunday to vote for your favourite submission. Same rules as always.

With a total of 5 votes, this week's winner is tom holland with his Imprison Mesprit! Congrats!

This week's subject is...

Rotom-F! An incredible offensive typing, a high Special Attack, and some decent utility options make Rotom-F a formidable offensive Defogger capable of beating the majority of the common Stealth Rock setters like Mudsdale, Mesprit, and even Regirock. It also has a decent Speed stat, which allows it to outspeed threatening Pokemon like Stoutland and Skuntank while also allowing it to Defog before Qwilfish can Taunt it. Rotom-F can also generate some momentum thanks to Volt Switch. Overall, Rotom-F is a formidable threat, but it's still underexplored. Good luck and have fun!

Rotom-Frost @ Icium Z / Iapapa Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Blizzard
- Volt Switch
- Defog
- Thunderbolt / Will-O-Wisp / Pain Split

Submission phase ends Friday. Same rules as always, and good luck and have fun!!

Substitute Rotom's greatest strength is how it forces switches from Pokemon such as Victreebel, Mudsdale, and non-AV Guzzlord sets thanks to its Speed tier and its wonderful offensive typing. Thanks to this ability, Rotom can set up Substitute on the switch and temporarily protect itself from being offensively checked by Pokemon like Lycanroc and Primape. Pain Split is used on this set to give Rotom more longevity as well as allowing it to makes more Substitutes. A small bonus of Pain Split is being able to chip pokemon like Lanturn as you heal.

How I've yearned for this. I've mentioned this set a few times before, but one more bout of 15 minutes of fame wouldn't hurt, would it?

Rotom-Frost @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blizzard
- Volt Switch
- Trick
- Defog

A lot of people see an ice-type, and are eager to lay out hazards, turn on some kind of weather, or put up screens. With this set, you can tell them to shove right off, then just blow 2 of the 3 things I mentioned away with Defog. That, and if you've got a weather setter of your own, you can dip with volt switch to shut down the third.

EVs: 164 HP / 252 SpA / 92 Spe

- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp

Rotom-Freddy is here to kill you in your dreams, but his favorite targets are the stupid fighting types who get annihilated by his 180 bp shattered psyche. Gurdurr will never wake up from his sleep after one night(252+ SpA Rotom-Frost Shattered Psyche vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Gurdurr: 430-506 (114.9 - 135.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO) and even the nasty Hitmonchan could die if he had an hard daytime due to entry hazards or statuses(252+ SpA Rotom-Frost Shattered Psyche vs. 244 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Hitmonchan: 228-270 (75.4 - 89.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO). Jokes aside, this thing is pretty cool, it is a good baitkiller and 252+ spatk allows to hit very hard, you 2hko max hp-spdef guzzlord, ohko Golurk, Mudsdale, drampa ecc while maintaining a good bulk.

Banned deucer.

Rotom-Frost @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Blizzard
- Electro Ball
- Snatch
- Charge Beam/toxic

Z-snatch is literally nearly always an upgrade to Z trick for getting to +2 speed

Base 105 special attack modest is pretty good in this tier with ice/electric stab, however rotom is outspeed by too much and coverage options are simply lackluster besides Z dark pulse/hexing(hits different mesprite sets), random hp, really there's no impactful enough coverage with just an unboosted 105 special that will ever really wall-break things like lanturn, vested eel, SpD gastrodon and hit all the other important niche targets so I thought it was more important to punish switching around and to he able to stop primape from revenge killing(modest blizzard doesn't ko).

Snatch with Toxic/t spikes and t wave support allows You to stave stall of all it's healing while You boost up fatter to somewhat overcome gastrodon and alike

Electro ball
120 BP vs 180 speed
150 BP vs 105 speed
T wave support is greatly enjoyed

Stealing Scizorphobic's set :sunglasses:. Anyway, Choice Specs Frosttom is a very threatening wallbreaker due to STAB BoltBeam, decent Speed tier, and Trick, which allows it to cripple switchins like Lanturn and Audino. Also Volt Switch is nice. A pretty cool set :^)

Not as much submissions as I would've liked, but great submissions everyone. These sets are cool. Also, I wanted to apologize for the delay, I've been fairly busy recently.

You can now vote for your favourite submission, same rules as always. Voting phase ends Monday, so today. Be sure to get your votes in quickly!!
