As with offensive Alolaslash under hail, Victreebel in the sun is just as scary. These ideas will surely help users. Sun, Rain, and Hail are more situational but if you happen to have one of these mons, you're good!

At some point I had to just reserve on the first day ;3. Regirock is able to reliably counter the little birb and check it at +2 ig?. Taking a maximum of 29% from an unboosted Supersonic Skystrike or Rev Dance and 59% from +2 means that a healthy Regi will be able to come in on this birb and threaten it out with ease, even setting Stealth Rock on it if it hasnt already or Toxic a Pokemon on the switch. You can utilize Protect as a way of obtaining lefties recovery. Rock Slide is able to 2HKO Ori and if you feel like making a tasty play you can always hit em with a tasty EQ on the Roost for flexing purposes which is obviously the most essential part of a competitive match.

Golem is a check to +2 Oriocorio-Pom Pom as it can't come in directly, but it is able to revenge kill it or force it out due to its STAB option in Stone Edge,
which OHKOs the Oricorio-Pom Pom even without prior damage in the game. It can also OHKO the yellow bird with Explosion
and when the bird goes for Roost it can even put out a strong STAB Earthquake into its direction.
It can also set Stealth Rocks when it forces out Oricorio-Pom Pom so Golem can weaken it everytime Oricorio comes on the battlefield and chip away 25% of its health.
Due to the fact that it cannot switch directly into a HP fighting or such a strong boosted Z-Hurricane its only a check, but due to the facts stated above its in overall a good check.

Assault Vest Eelektross is a great pom-pom Oricorio counter. The key to this is the fact that it takes all of the li'l birb's attacks even at +6 SpA. (Yep, even a Supersonic Skystrike if really neccessary) Acid Spray is why the set works so effectively: after Acid Spray reduces Oricorios SpDef to neutral it can start Tbolting it. At neutral SpDef Tbolt 2HKOes Oricorio. You can also be cheeky: if you predict a Roost from the birb you can go for Acid Spray and remove any chance it has to ever beat you. At -2 SpDef Tbolt is a clear KO. The other two moves don't matter when it comes to checking Oricorio. Giga Drain is great against ground types in general who might want to come in on it's electric stabs. It easily cleaves through most of them after an Acid Spray and also can recover back some of it's HP as it has no other way of recovering it. Volt Switch works well with Giga Drain's ability to beat grounds who can block it's Volt Switch.

Even if Eelektross' AV is knocked off, it still takes every move Oricorio can use at +2 SpAtk.

Try supporting Eelektross with Wish or Healing Wish users like Audino, Mesprit, because it can be chipped down quite easily thanks to it's utter lack of recovery methods outside of Giga Drain.

Primeape's frailty prevents it from switching in to damaging moves, but is a solid check that brings a lot of power to a team in addition to checking Oricorio.
