It's my understanding that the decision made to tier megas separately applies to the Doubles tiers as well (if not, please disregard).
I've finally finished updating all my stats scripts and re-computing all the stats for November and December, so I'm able to give you all a list of tier changes based on the two months.
Note that the threshold for quick-dropping after two months is 2.284% (for rising it's 4.516%).
Please double-check these stats against the current tier lists, which I may not have pulled correctly, and definitely let me know if there are any questions or problems.
