there's a new update here that has already been approved by quality control. the OP of this thread also posted there and didn't say anything like "yo dude wtf I'm writing Raichu" so I guess he's okay with that analysis. if the sets that are in this update but not the other one become approved (which I kind of doubt), then credit can be given to ThePowerWithin.
