Metagross and Zapdos can respectively counter their mirror matches. (Abomasnow/Ferrothorn).

Hp grass allows you to keep your Dragon gem and counter other Rotom-w who use Hp fire.
 
If the Gastrodon is actually EVed correctly Latios won't OHKO it, just a warning. You should avoid having Rotom-W out against Ferrothorn and Abomasnow anyway.
