I'm OO8, a legend of france, (i'm algerian) i'm such good ans i'm new on smogon.
Here is my first team:

Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)

My Sr poseur, my latios scarf's tank, my latias counter, my weather, my hippowdon, without him, no team...
Alakazam ? of course no, my hippowdon is a good check.

Latias (Latias) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 evs Defense
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse

Jirachi ? no, never,... good matchup against rain stall ? Yes
Latias is really a good pokemon.
I really don't know why this pokemon is not in top 10 on smogon statistics..

Roserade (Roserade) (F) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 104 HP / 128 Def / 24 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Giga Drain
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Fire]
If i want to beat my opponent with hazards+ghost, i need a toxic spiker..
Roserade is my lead, so timid nature for outspeed a major pokemons of the metagame.
Roserade is perfect for it.

Heatran (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Dragon Pulse

I need a RK too, and heatran is really good to RK Dragonite standart after dragon danse, and all that.

The star of the team, really... STALLGAR
I lost this gengar because stallgar>jelli imo and he trolls scizor a lot.
This gengar has got a good staying power, a decent skill, an excellent speed for a staller, pain spilt, then, stallgar is so good.
Hp fire is a good move for antispin forretress too.

Skarmory (M) @ Shed Shell
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 238 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind

My spikes poseur, my terrakion counter, i need him..
16 speed evs for outspeed another skarmory, thats can help me !
Skarmory is a good counter to landorus-t too, and without skarmory, my team hates this pokemon.

One little rate; I would replace Hidden Power Fire on Gengar for Subsitute, so you have the SubSplit Gar, therefore the item Life-Orb is needed.
Otherwise, you can try SubDisable Gengar:

Really a nice set, with Disable and Sub you can counter Choiced-Pokemon quite well.

It is only a small change, but can help with some Baton Pass: put Whirlwind in place of Roar in Hippowdon, since many BP teams relies in Mr. Mime's Soundproof to avoid phazing.
 
Omfg, Specially Def Hippowdon... It's weird, but there are many special sponges, better than Hippo.
"Poseur"==> Set upper maybe? Too much french, too much mistakes in your RMT :/
Anyway, Stall Tran + Dugtrio will be a pain, SubToxic Tentacruel can Toxic Latias on the switch, and Gengar is an offensive Pokemon, not a tank... (Trolling Scizor, but Skarmory takes care of him... (y) ).

PS: This RMT is ... (complete the sentence please)
 
One thing comes in my mind:
Change Latias EV-Spread to 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef.
Probably you play Hidden Power Fire over Subsitute, to hit every steel bar Heatran for super effective damage.

Hey immaculate!

This is a solid sandstorm team. However, I agree with the posters above me that a change in Gengar's moveset to a sub-disable set is much needed, as I don't see how a bulky gengar can work with his sub-par defenses. Secondly, I feel that your team is slightly weak to rain overall, especially threats like Keldeo, Rotom-W or Thundurus-T. To fix this, I'd reccomend changing Roserade's set to a more bulky variant so that it can take more hits, survive longer and overall counter more threats. Finally, to round off some last threats like Landorus or Balloon Heatran, to avoid redundancy with two steel types and to counter rain in an even better fashion, I suggest changing Skarmory for Bulky Rotom-W. Finally, I also suggest changing your Hippowdon's EV's to 252 HP and 252 Def, as we removed your main physical wall.

Bulky Gengar -> Sub-Disable Gengar
Toxic Spikes Roserade -> Bulky Roserade
Skarmory -> Rotom-W
252 SpDef Hippo -> 252 Def Hippo
