ORAS OU Rate my team!

Anything I could do with my team to make it better? I find it pretty solid but I am not a team building pro and this is my first competitive team.

alakazam-mega.gif

Alakazam @ Alakazite
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Encore
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Alakazam is my favorite pokemon and recently getting Pokemon X I saw he had a mega evolution and immediately jumped into making a competitive team that I could base around him or at least support him. For moves I have psychic wich is Mega Alakazam's main STAB move and hits Physical Defensive hard. Encore for when an oponent might slip up. (Example: Make Bisharp force Sucker Punch) Shadow Ball can hit other typed Psychic and Focus Blast fail to hit. Finally Focus Blast which synergizes well with Psychic.

bisharp.gif

Bisharp @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

It's role is to take down ghosts or psychic types which could harm the team severely if not checked. Pursuit is for forcing switches, sucker punch is for when they don't switch, knock off is just good in general, and iron head is specifically for fairy types.

landorus-therian.gif

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 176 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

Landourus-Therain is a really helpful pokemon to have in a lot of team comps and it is a bulky ground type which is nice. Stealth rocks is really nice to have in general but really comes in handy and hard hitting flying opponents and shuts down sweepers like Mega-Pinsir. Earthquake is a nice damaging move and helps take out opponents like Mega Charizard-X. Stone edge helps take down flying opponents and again takes out threats like Mega-Pinsir and the flinch chance is nice to have. I also have Knock off just for utility and being able to help my sweepers take down the bulkier pokemon more easily.

sylveon.gif

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpD
Bold Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Protect

Sylveon is for team support with heal bell and wish, but it can also hold its own with hyper voice and the wish/protect combo. Especially useful for removing burns from bisharp and paralysis from alakazam. Hyper voice is strong enough to finish off most weakened pokemon that a teammate couldn't quite take down.

keldeo-resolute.gif

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Keldeo is a nice Physical Attacker to back up my Bisharp incase it faints or isn't able to take down another poke well. Secret sword is Keldeo's best Fighting STAB move and fits in well into the comp. Scald is of course the main STAB move here. Hydro pump is a powerful move to help break past bulky pokemon like chancy. Hidden Power Flying for the stalls like Amoonguss or Mega-Venasaur (Also helps if scald got a burn on them)

zapdos.gif

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 SpD
Calm Nature
- Discharge
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Last but not Least is my Zapdos. I just have a Little bit Defense investment for Pinsir Mega and Talonflame because those are threads. Discharge over Thunderbolt is because Discharge has 3 times more Para hax Chance and i like Para hax mainly. Heat Wave is to hit Ferrothorn and other grass Type Stuff with Decent Damage which also helps although i have flamethrower on for example Clefalbe and other Stuff for Ferrothron. Then Roost so I can live and stay in the Battle to annoy with Para Hax, Pressure Stall and Roosting. Also Hidden Power Ice since I dont have any ice moves on the team and I felt it might fit in well

hey its a good first team just a few things. on zapdos run at least 16 speed to u can outpace neutral base 70 mons. (bisharp, loom etc) also u need some type of hazard removal. if ur running zapdos id suggest running defog on it. on keldeo run icy wind for speed control and to hit lati's on the switch. also go with clefable over sylveon. clefable does basically everything better than sylveon(aside from specs sylveon). and clefable can give u a bulky win con with CM

Thank you for the suggestions man they are highly appreciated. I would run Defog on zapdos but you have to have a gen 4 Zapdos to be able to get it and I don't own a copy to be able to get a Zapdos with defog (Have any other suggestions for pokemon that can remove hazards and preform just as good as zapdos?) As for Sylveon I personally like the damage it can bring with hyper voice as well as help my sweepers come in and not get completely owned as wish can help it. I also like sylveon for how it looks and it has some pretty nice defense and fair bulk so I dont think I will be swapping it out but thank you for the suggestion. Also for the Keldeo suggestion I will keep that in mind if he starts preforming worse but the hidden power aswell as the current moves he is running has been working really well :)

Hey man, you seem new here. There are a few things in your team that I noticed that you may want to consider to improve your team.
You seem to use Mega-Zam as your main threat which can be very dangerous due to his high Spe and SpA. However, it is frail and should mainly be used as a revenge killer. There is another way to get it onto the battlefield without losing another Mon. One idea is to run U-Turn on Lando instead of Rock Slide. This gives you a safe switch-in to Zam or others such as Bisharp and Keldeo. I would also recommend changing its EV spread to 248HP/ 244Def/ 8SpD/ 8Spe. This gives Lando some good bulk while also out speeding things like Azumarril.
Similarly, I would recommend running Volt Turn on Zapdos instead of Discharge. This gives you a nice Volt-Turn corps that allows you to get your more frail hitters in safely. You also lack a way to remove Stealth Rock which is needed. I would also suggest running Defog on Zapdos instead of HP Ice. This also prevents excess damage to Zam and Lando. To make up for this, you may want to run Icy Wind on Keldeo instead of HP Flying. Icy Wind also slows down opponents for Bisharp. Since you run Zam, you can still deal with Mega-Venusaur and Breloom.
One last note is that if you find things such as Assault Vest Conkelldur and other SpD bulky Mons, you may want to consider running Psyshock on Zam.
Hope this helps, good luck out there.
Landorus-Therian @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

Edit: I just saw you use this in-game. If that is the case you can get ORAS and get a move tutor to learn defog. If you don't want to buy a new game (which I understand) you may want to run a rapid spinner such as a bulky Excadrill. I have some leftover Drilburs ones in-game if you want one

id go with thunderbolt latias over zapdos. it helps with zard Y which hits your team really hard. tbolt is to hit azumarill on the switch since that also hits ur team very hard

Thank you for the suggestions I will consider making the edits next time I get a chance in-game

I typically use Special Sweeper Serperior and helped me a lot. Using it a lot is bad, so use it to take down legendaries and tanks. You're welcome.

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Giga Drain
