Hipmonlee changed the tier list without my knowledge recently. He moved Mr. Mime from UU to BL and moved Graveler and Dugtrio from BL to UU

it makes senses though...nothing resists Psychic in UU nevertheless a STAB'd one but gravler changes alot of things and how electrics affect things...
