All the info required is either directly visible in-game (everything but IVs), or can easily be determined with simple online calculators and is required for trading here anyways (IVs).

ANYWAY...that's odd as I was talking to someone else and they couldn't get theirs through...are there any regional differences in bank that would allow (making the assumption you're in NA Agonist) that would cause that to happen? IE: it wasn't an event in a spanish region, so pokebank recognizes it as a hack?

EDIT: PMed and told I was wrong on ALL counts...

Yes, it's possible. Please look at the list in OP in the future, instead of asking here. It has a list of which Pokemon can be in what balls.

sorry if this is really un specific but is the trainer Ash a hacker if so I will release more of his stuff and also is it possible to get a shiny rayquaza from sinnoh and also can you get a shiny shaymin that was caught in a luxury ball they had an event if it would help I can post more info on the shaymin but its ot is chinese

The Ash from the anime? Yes, how else can you explain his Pikachu randomly learning Volt Tackle without being rebred.
If you're asking about Pokemon with the OT Ash in the games, there is nothing inherently wrong with naming your player after the main character of the anime. If you're asking specifically about OT Ash with a TID of 01337, you were just told a Pokemon with that OT+TID was hacked, what do you think?
