Pokémon: Bidoof-Sinnoh New Typing: Normal/Dragon New Abilities: Simple/Pressure/Moody
New Stats: 59/45/40/35/40/31 BST: 250
New Moves:
Removed Moves:
Flavor/Design:
Pokémon: Bidoof-Kanto New Typing: Normal/Dragon New Abilities: Simple/Unaware/Moody New Stats: 55/30/40/50/40/35 (BST: 250) New Moves: Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush, Draco Meteor (+3) Removed Moves: Aqua Tail (-1) Flavor/Design: Before the events of Mewtwo's creation, Mr. Fuji, along with a colleague from the Sinnoh region who came up with the idea, created a genetically altered Bidoof in the shape of Arceus, as a tribute. However, they did not know what the true form of Arceus looked like, and they based it off of the statue in Eterna City, so it ended up resembling Dialga and Palkia instead.
Pokémon: Bibarel-Kanto New Typing: Normal/Dragon New Abilities: Simple/Unaware/Moody New Stats: 75/50/60/90/60/75 (BST: 410) New Moves: Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush,, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Flash Cannon (+5) Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Dive, Liquidation, Surf (-5) Flavor/Design: After Mr. Fuji began working with Team Rocket for the creation of Mewtwo, they kept working on the development on the Bidoof, and, with an increased team of Team Rocket scientists who took an interest in their side project, managed to evolve them and make them more like what they thought Arceus looked like.
Pokémon: Arcoof New Typing: Normal/Dragon New Abilities: Multitype (replaces the normal type to make it the plate type/dragon, if equipped with a dragon plate becomes pure dragon) New Stats: 95/95/95/95/95/95 (BST: 570) New Moves: Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush,, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Flash Cannon, Spacial Rend, Roar Of Time, Judgement (+8) Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Dive, Liquidation, Surf (-5) Flavor/Design: So Arceus got pissed off at these Team Rocket people for creating these Bidoof and Bibarel that were a "tribute", yet were clearly more like Dialga and Palkia, and appeared to them in the middle of their experiments, angrily said "now you know what I look like", and bestowed the creatures with abilities more similar to that of itself, giving them its type changing, and the signatures moves of it and the Pokemon that it accidently copied.
this is not part of the actual submission, you can ignore this
Pokémon: Godoof New Typing: Normal/Dragon New Abilities: Multitype (replaces the normal type to make it the plate type/dragon, if equipped with a dragon plate becomes pure dragon) New Stats: 255/255/255/255/255/255 (BST: 1530) New Moves: every move is learned at lv. 1 (+a really big number) Removed Moves: None Flavor/Design: Arceus' gift backfired, as a powerful Arcoof managed to defeat 42,069 Arceus, all from different save files, and absorbed the power of it and every other thing in existence. Evolving once more, Godoof is the master of all timelines and all copies of every pokemon game, and can do with them as they wish.
idk i was bored lol

Pokémon: Scorbunny-Sinnoh New Typing: Ghost/Fighting New Abilities: Shadow (Ghost Type Overgrow/Torrent/Blaze)/Shadow Tag New Stats: 45/80/40/40/40/65 (BST: 310) New Moves: Phantom Force, Curse, Night Shade, Spite, Shadow Sneak, Astonish, Drain Punch, Revenge, Rolling Kick, Power-Up Punch (+10) Removed Moves: Overheat, Ember, Fire Pledge, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Sunny Day, Blaze Kick (-10) Flavor/Design: Back in the time period between Legends: Arceus and mainline Pokémon games when people were beginning to settle wild areas that were once solely inhabited by Pokemon, there was a small settlement known as Sendoff Village, based around Sendoff Spring. Scorbunny, which were previously only thought to have been an incredibly elusive species in the Galar region, were in abundance near the Sendoff Spring, and to this day there is much debate on whether they were native in Galar or in Sinnoh. The village adopted these Scorbunny as their mascot. But one fateful day, the barrier between our world and the Distortion world weakened, and Giratina awoke from its slumber in Turnback Cave, and wreaked havoc upon the town. The reason for this rampage is unknown. After the destruction, the only survivors were a few Scorbunny, which Giratina warped and distorted into the ragged ghosts they are now. Over time, they developed martial arts capabilities to help defend against the local wildlife.
Pokémon: Raboot-Sinnoh New Typing: Ghost/Fighting New Abilities: Shadow (Ghost Type Overgrow/Torrent/Blaze)/Shadow Tag New Stats: 60/95/60/55/60/90 New Moves: Phantom Force, Curse, Night Shade, Spite, Shadow Sneak, Astonish, Drain Punch, Revenge, Rolling Kick, Power-Up Punch, Shadow Claw, Dragon Dance, Shadow Force (+13) Removed Moves: Overheat, Ember, Fire Pledge, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Sunny Day, Blaze Kick (-10) Flavor/Design: As it’s power grows through evolution, so does it’s resemblance to Giratina. Having grown small tendrils like Giratina on it’s back, it uses them to attack it’s prey and defend against predators.
Pokémon: Distortace (Distort + Cinderace) New Typing: Ghost/Fighting New Abilities: Shadow (Ghost Type Overgrow/Torrent/Blaze)/Shadow Tag New Stats: 75/130/70/65/70/120 New Moves: Phantom Force, Curse, Night Shade, Spite, Shadow Sneak, Astonish, Drain Punch, Revenge, Rolling Kick, Power-Up Punch, Shadow Claw, Dragon Dance, Shadow Force, Distortion Strike (Ghost Pyro Ball clone with 10% chance to inflict curse) (+14) Removed Moves: Overheat, Ember, Fire Pledge, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Sunny Day, Blaze Kick (-10) Flavor/Design: Upon reaching it’s final stage, it has gained mastery of both it’s martial arts and the powers bestowed upon it by Giratina.

Coronet.
Pokémon: Snivy-Sinnoh New Typing: Psychic/Bug New Abilities: Brainwave (Psychic Type Overgrow/Torrent/Blaze)/Magic Guard New Stats: 45/30/50/60/58/65 New Moves: Stored Power, Calm Mind, Psychic, Bug Buzz, Tail Glow, Expanding Force, Light Screen, Reflect, Quiver Dance, Extrasensory. Hypnosis, Struggle Bug, Ancient Power Removed Moves: All Grass Moves Flavor/Design: A group of Snivy arrived at Eterna Forest through unknown means, and were blessed by the Lake Trio in their time of need, when they were nearly slaughtered by a horde of wild Scyther. They were given psychic powers and also a good rock move to decimate the Scyther. Over time, they became more insect like to adapt to their new habitat.
Pokémon: Servine-Sinnoh New Typing: Psychic/Bug New Abilities: Brainwave (Psychic Type Overgrow/Torrent/Blaze)/Magic Guard New Stats: 60/45/70/80/78/80 New Moves: Stored Power, Calm Mind, Psychic, Bug Buzz, Tail Glow, Expanding Force, Light Screen, Reflect, Quiver Dance, Extrasensory. Hypnosis, Struggle Bug, Ancient Power Removed Moves: All Grass Moves Flavor/Design: bigger bug-snake thing with a jewel on it’s head like the Lake trio
Pokémon: Serpynsect (Serpentine + Insect) New Typing: Psychic/Bug New Abilities: Brainwave (Psychic Type Overgrow/Torrent/Blaze)/Magic Guard New Stats: 75/55/85/115/95/103 New Moves: Stored Power, Calm Mind, Psychic, Bug Buzz, Tail Glow, Expanding Force, Light Screen, Reflect, Quiver Dance, Extrasensory. Hypnosis, Struggle Bug, Ancient Power, Miracle Beam (Psychic/Bug Special Flying Press clone) Removed Moves: All Grass Moves Flavor/Design: Large insect like serpent with a crown shaped formation of jewels on it’s head, which it uses to channel it’s psychic powers.
New Abilities: Vital Spirit / Battle Armor [HA] New Stats: 66 / 52 / 57 / 75 / 48 / 52 [350 BST] New Moves: Ancient Power, Meteor Beam, Rock Tomb, Smack Down, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Aura Sphere, Detect, Mystical Fire, Cosmic Power, Rock Climb, Stored Power Removed Moves: Worry Seed, Vine Whip, Solar Beam, Razor Leaf, Grassy Terrain, Synthesis, Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Leaf Blade, Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Growth (All Grass-type moves except Horn Leech & Energy Ball) Flavor/Design: Skiddo but it’s grassy fur is replaced with rock-like armor. Some Skiddo were actually native to Hoenn eras ago, however they were believed to have gone extinct in the meteor shower that created Meteor Falls. However, it was recently discovered that some had survived the event, and have lived deep within Meteor Falls. Skiddo here appear to have been imbued with some sort of mystical properties from the meteors. Not only that, but Skiddo here have grown to develop a more rocky overcoat. R/OR Dex Entry: “Skiddo populations were believed to have been wiped out by ancient meteor showers. Only recently was it discovered that some remnants remained hidden within Meteor Falls.” S/AS Dex Entry: “They possess spiritual power unfamiliar to their counterparts in other regions. Studies suggest that this was caused by a meteor’s impact.”
Pokémon: Vitagoat (Vitality + Goat) New Typing:
New Abilities: Vital Spirit / Reckless [HA] Evolution Method: Level Up Skiddo-Hoenn while it knows Ancient Power. (Learned at Level 31) New Stats: 113 / 77 / 81 / 110 / 62 / 88 [531 BST] New Moves: Skiddo-Hoenn + Meteor Crash, Limit Break, Head Smash, Submission, Body Press, Extrasensory, Reversal, Focus Blast, Final Gambit, Moonblast Custom Moves:
Meteor Crash - The user directs its spirit to crash into the target at high speeds. Missing may cause serious harm to the user. - Special Rock-Type High Jump Kick clone
Limit Break - The user pushes its fighting spirit past the limit, concentrating into a massive eruption of energy. Doing so will harm the user in the process. - Special Fighting-type Double-Edge Clone Removed Moves: Same as Skiddo-Hoenn Flavor/Design: Aura Goat. I wanted to take some archetypes and flip them on their head. Rock and Fighting are both incredibly physically-focused types, and reckless as well is only run with physical moves (kinda because the only special recoil is light of ruin). So, to try and flip these around and create something unique, enter Vitagoat: a Rock/Fighting special breaker who gets two signature moves that allow special moves to get boosted via Reckless. Vitagoat's cosmic-boosted powers has given it the ability to channel its fighting spirit into a spiritual form that accompanies alongside Vitagoat in battle. Similar to Skiddo, its grass pelt it replaced with a more rocky overcoat. Similar to both Gogoat and Arctigoat, it regularly traverses rocky, hilly terrain; in it's case it regularly scaled the steep cliffs of Meteor Falls. R/OR Dex Entry: "It's fighting spirit has manifested into a spiritual form that it can summon for battle. It's spiritual self is a double-edged sword, as it can deal devastating damage, but is also incredibly vulnerable to harm." S/AS Dex Entry: "They have been an elusive appearance within Meteor Falls, only first been sighted a few years back. Since its discovery, many have grown to call it the Guardian of the Falls."
Back at it with my Tauros-shit, hi! Been a while since I sent in anything for this wild and wonderful pet mod, huh? XD Anyway, these three submissions are motivated partly out of personal preference and a little out of spite - I don't think I'm alone in my desire for a Pikaclone that actually evolves, because the ones we have are to me a waste of potential by being standalones. The fact that these three regional variants were the Pikaclones of three generations that came right after one another in numerical order is coincidental, but welcome. Honestly, if I had the time, I'd have come up with variants and evos for the rest of the Pikaclones as well, but there were only three combos listed with the Electric type, so I had to make do. Anyway, here we go!
----------
These Pachirisu are adapted for harsh city life. They use their powerful tails both to pummel evildoers and to launch themselves over gaps in the skyline.
The muscles in its limbs generate electricity - the harder it fights, the more power it can produce. It tirelessly defends the innocent no matter the cost.
Removed Moves: Baby-Doll Eyes, Charm, Sweet Kiss, Last Resort Replacement Moves: Quick Guard, Work Up, Detect, Sky Uppercut New TMs: Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Protect, Revenge, Brick Break, Bounce, U-turn, Drain Punch, Low Sweep, Acrobatics, Air Slash
Flavor/Design: A type of Pachirisu that has adapted to life in the big city, this little do-gooder is a symbol of heroism in Castelia City especially. It has light red fur like the color of Houndour's snout instead of white, and instead of blue stripes on their backs, its' is very dark gray except for the lower half of the face which remains white, with the same yellow cheek pouches as Sinnohan Pachirisu as well as hands and feet that are also yellow in color. The long tail terminates in what appears to be a cartoonish red boxing glove, and is the same yellow as the cheeks and limbs except for the red stripe up top which is connected to said glove; the three spikes on the top of the tail tip are still there, but arranged perpendicular to the tail instead of along its length, making it look like a knuckle duster. The entire top half of the head (rather than just the ears and a small stripe) is also dark gray, but there's also a black domino mask around the eyes, which are now solid white. The shiny sprite has gray fur, the same blue as regular Pachirisu on the top half of the head, yellow cheek pouches, a darker blue boxing glove and cheek pouches, and a white tail. Stat and Gameplay Changes: There's no need to fear, Pachirisu is here! This little guy has outcompeted Emolga (which is not found in Castelia City) for one critical reason: its main strategy is to hit fast and hard, with a physical attack almost as strong as its Speed as well as Iron Fist and Justified as abilities - the former to boost punching moves including several STAB moves and the latter allowing it to switch into Dark-types before beating the ever-loving crap out of them. Aside from Electric and Fighting moves, it also knows a few Flying-, Ice-, and Fire-type moves, and can even use the Bug-type U-turn for scouting purposes or if it has to make a tactical retreat. Notably, Iron Fist makes both Ice Punch and Thunder Punch solid options for it since the former is useful against both Ground- and Flying-types that would otherwise threaten it, so while Ice Punch doesn't get STAB, and while you might still want to pack Sky Uppercut or Brick Break to beat down Steel-types, who wouldn't want a cute little squirrel sidekick that can and WILL unleash the infamous BoltBeam combo a la One-Punch Man?
The Heroic Pokémon They leap and bound across city skylines unseen as they patrol in search of threats to their territory. Their keen senses alert them to incoming attacks, enabling them to dodge them before they even hit.
Its muscles in its tail channel so much electricity that it can move faster than the eye can follow and strike with terrific force. Famous for its sense of justice, it is a mascot of social justice groups across Unova.
Name origin: Pachipachi (electric crackling onomatopoeia) + Hiro ("hero" in Japanese) Type: Electric/Fighting Abilities: Justified/Iron Fist (Hidden Ability: Volt Absorb) Stats: 70/110/55/90/55/125 = 505 Height: 2'8" Weight: 70 lbs
New Moves: Mach Punch, Thunder Punch, Power-Up Punch, Wild Charge, Superpower Evolution: Have Unovan Pachirisu level-up with 1 HP left Flavor/Design: Taller, darker, and more powerfully built than its pre-evolution, the first of the three proposed "Raiclones" is built like a traditional Western superhero. It has the same large legs and long feet as Raichu, but the blue feet have fur tufts at the ankles suggesting boots, and the forearm portions of its muscular arms are also blue with matching fur tufts. The rest of the body is dark gray in color, save for the blue V-shaped stripe on its chest and the blue down its back. Its tail is still its main feature and best weapon, being much larger and more powerful, with an actual white-colored four-fingered fist resembling a cartoon glove on the tip; the rest of it is the same blue as the "boots", "gloves", and chest marking. The three knuckle-duster spikes on the tail are still there, but there are also three more spikes on the back, one on each shoulder and one between; all of these are also white in color, glowing blue-white with stored electricity. It has the same black domino mask around the eyes, but the corners have two upwards-curving spikes, the upper pair bigger than the lower, and the white eyes now have a fierce glare; the longer, but still conical ears also point straight up with a look not unlike Batman's helmet, though the lower half of the face once again stays white. The shiny sprite replaces all the blue hues with red, and changes the dark gray to brown. Stat Changes: Leaning into the fast but frail sweeper angle, I added 10 points each to all stats from Unovan Pachirisu, before adding 10 more to Attack and Special Attack each and 20 more to Speed. This is a Pokémon that's as vulnerable as it is formidable in battle, its middling HP and awful defenses ensuring that it will go down to anything with priority or an even faster Speed stat, even with neutral damage. But if it can get a hit in first, it will hit HARD, and with Electric and Fighting both being excellent attacking types, that's usually all it needs to do. The same coverage as its predecessor applies, though. Of course, anything faster than Pachiro or that can get an Earthquake or a Ghost-type move in first will take it down with ease, so your best hope is to load up all your STAB moves and try to get Pachiro to take something down before it has to sacrifice itself so others can live!
This line is one I had in mind for a while now, and I wanted to see if I could bring it into this pet mod contest, and the unused type combos including Electric/Fighting gave me a golden opportunity. It was a bit hard to try and find a way to make an electric squirrel work in the same region as Emolga, but then I remembered how Eastern gray squirrels are invasive and have displaced the American red squirrel, and Castelia City doesn't have Emolga, so there you go. The obvious inspiration for this line is comic-book and cinematic superheroes, which mostly come in one of two varieties: the wacky, fantastical kind from the Golden Age which get into all kinds of wild scenarios limited only by the imagination of the writers, and the grittier, more realistic kind that took over the superhero scene from the 90's onward. Unovan Pachirisu is more akin to the former, and Pachiro the latter, with their standard color schemes specifically borrowing somewhat from the various incarnations of DC Comics' Robin along with the grown-up version known as Nightwing. The shiny colors, respectively, reference Rocky the Flying Squirrel and, well, Squirrel Girl! XD
Adapted to a habitat with few storms to draw power from, it has become a parasite to other Electric-types. Its saliva overloads the nervous system, giving it more electricity to feed on.
Sinking its teeth into sleeping prey, it drains their electrical energy before slipping away unseen. It's said that those it's drained power from become bad-tempered for the rest of the week.
Updated Type: Electric/Poison Updated Abilities:Frenzy Virus* [Poison Touch clone, user's successful contact moves have a 30% chance of inducing the same effect as Taunt - if this is not allowed, substitute this with Strong Jaw.] (Hidden Ability: Regenerator) Updated Stats: 55/95/60/55/60/103 Removed Moves: Acrobatics (move to TMs), Encore, Volt Switch (move to TMs), Light Screen Replacement Moves: Poison Fang, Screech, Leech Life, Scary Face New TMs: Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Fly, Thief, Fake Tears, Payback, Assurance, Shadow Claw, Cross Poison, Hex, Phantom Force, Draining Kiss, Brutal Swing Flavor/Design: At some point in the past, a colony of Emolga found its way into the Ultra Space, though nobody knows how they got there in the first place. When the colony was rediscovered, though, it was found - to the horror of all concerned - that the Emolga had changed quite dramatically - and one of those changes entailed them becoming parasitic... or, failing that, outright carnivorous. This kind of Emolga has white fur on the face and upper body like its Unovan counterpart, and the insides of the ears ae white, but there's a slight greenish tint to the black around the face and on the ears, and instead of two spikes over the face there's just one like a "widow's peak". The ears are pointed rather than round, and the yellow color inside them along with the underside of the skin cape and the cheek pouches is replaced by reddish purple. The cape itself also has a jagged edge, and extends beyond the arms to form a shape not unlike a stylized bat's wings, while the tail also looks a bit like a bat wing in the vein of a similar-shaped spike on the back of Impidimp's head. The lower body except the feet is greenish black as well, and there's a matching "bowtie"-like chest marking. The mouth also bears two large pointed "buck teeth" that together form a downward-pointing triangle like a single large fang - its main means of tearing into the veins of its prey. The shiny is pure monochrome, entirely desaturated except the mouth and tongue. Stat and Gameplay Changes: Like Unovan Pachirisu, Ultra Emolga is a physical attacker, at the cost of its special attack. It has a number of useful STAB moves such as Thunder Shock, Poison Fang, Wild Charge, and Cross Poison, but also knows a couple of Bug-, Ice-, Fairy-, Dark-, and Ghost-type moves as well, along with a few draining moves for quick HP recovery. It retains Volt Switch to enable it to dart out of danger, but with a lower Special Attack than Unovan Emolga it can't hit quite as hard with it, nor can it escape Ground-types without its trainer having to switch it out directly. If the Provocative ability is allowed (IDK if it's an acceptable ability clone), it also gives it a nice little niche of being able to shut down supporters with the Taunt effect while doing damage at the same time, so it doesn't have to devote a moveslot entirely to a support move - even though it could try a support role with its excellent speed, it's a bit too frail and has a rather thin support moveset, so just straight-up setting it upon hapless geezers is probably the better way to go.
The Night Stalker Pokémon Venturing through Ultra Wormholes at night to attack MAREEP and BLITZLE, it always emits a terrible Howl before hunting. Its vicious fangs dripping with acid, it savages its prey so brutally that the remains are almost unrecognizable.
Bite marks left on its victims were once mistaken for those of LYCANROC, but oddly enough, it's more closely related to RAICHU. Its caustic spit causes a terrible fury to well up in those who've escaped it, driving them to maul others as well.
New Moves: Howl, Bite, Crunch, Vitality Drain (Poison-type Giga Drain clone) Evolution: Give Ultra Emolga a Berserk Gene Flavor/Design: This lean, mean, and monstrous "Raiclone" has a number of elements Emolga has, but aside from the standard flying squirrel it also adopts some traits from wolves and vampire bats as well. Its head somewhat resembles Lycanroc's but with Ultra Emolga's color patterns, though with angry-looking eyes and one large triangular "buck-tooth" fang on the end of the snout instead of two - this is highly venomous and is often seen dripping with electrified green acid which also drools from the rest of the mouth, which is full of smaller but equally sharp fangs. The torso and neck are longer and thinner than Raichu's and are now wholly greenish-black save for a shield-shaped patch on the belly with a bowtie marking near the base of the neck. This patch, the face, and the long feet and even longer arms are now a pale greenish yellow, almost like acid. From the Lycanroc-like clawed arms, the membranes of bat-like wings emerge, each with three struts (two on the wrist and one on the elbow like Aerodactyl's wings), black up top and purple-red on the underside; the matching purple-red cheek pouches and ear insides are still there, though. The long, bushy, white-colored tail, more like a wolf's than a squirrel's, now bears a black tip with two lightning bolt/bat wing-shaped spiked fur tufts on either side, like a smaller bat attached to the end of the tail, complete with purple-red eyespots and two smaller spike-tufts like ears on the "head" area at the very end. The shiny, as with Ultra Emolga, is purely monochrome except the tongue and mouth. Stat Changes: Not much to say here - this line doesn't increase much in terms of defenses and has no Speed increase (not that it needs it, exactly), but the Attack and Special Attack scores are increased by 20 points instead of 10, allowing it to do the same things Ultra Emolga can, only better. Of note is that the HP is slightly better as well, also increased by 20 points, so draining moves aren't as useless on this guy as with his predecessor.
I've actually designed a vampire-inspired Emolga variant and regional evo before, though for a different contest - this is a bit of a do-over of it to better fit the Poison typing, but the designs here are heavily influenced by my previous attempt and are expected to appear very similar. There is actually a basis for the vampiric bat-squirrel concept - in Japanese mythology, a very long-lived bat develops magical powers and changes into a yokai known as a nobusuma, which looks almost identical to the musasabi, or Japanese giant flying squirrel, even though bats and squirrels aren't even closely related. The Zubat line is already vampiric and Poison-typed, but more than that, vampire bat bites actually contain a toxin that prevents blood from coagulating so they can "scrape and lick" more freely, and it wasn't a big jump to make Jinrolga's saliva outright acidic (as acids are excellent at conducting electricity). There are several other vampire-adjacent influences here as well. The idea of this line stealing power from Mareep is taken from the chupacabra, a famous cryptid of recent creation whose name means "goat-sucker", and the idea of it being an alien beast (and some of its appearances being based directly off a creature from a then-popular sci-fi movie at the time when the original accounts of the chupacabra were published) were what led me to dump Emolga off in the Ultra Space in the first place (my original choice was the Distortion World, but the Ultra Space is more in line with the alien inspiration). Some other accounts of the chupacabra are instead based on coyotes with mange, and in turn, that led me to add in some werewolf traits as well - vampires and werewolves were closely associated in traditional folklore, sometimes even being the same type of undead creature! The Frenzy Virus ability is based on the modern idea that vampirism is caused by a virus or microbial parasite in the vein of rabies (handily explaining why vampire bites turn others into vampires, too), and its name is taken from a status of the same name in the Monster Hunter games - again, I'm not sure if this ability choice is a good idea and you're welcome to shout me down with regards to it, but considering how werewolf bites spread their vicious nature around, I thought it was fitting. Lastly, the weight of Jinrolga is a reference to the Hammer Horror Dracula film directed by Terence Fisher, which was released in 1958.
A type of Dedenne that has adapted to the frozen Alabaster Icelands. It absorbs light and heat through its whiskers to generate electricity, keeping it warm and cozy at night.
They are endearing but also mischievous, prone to bursting into flame at inappropriate times. Some have even been known to start wildfires when they feel a bit too cold!
Updated Type: Electric/Fire Updated Abilities: Cheek Pouch/Warm Up* [Motor Drive clone for Fire-type attacks, previously used for my Unovan Amaura line] (Hidden Ability: Aftermath) Updated Stats: 67/77/57/81/58/91 Removed Moves: Charm, Rest, Snore, Play Rough, Entrainment Replacement Moves: Flash, Dazzling Gleam, Will-O-Wisp, Flame Charge, Self-Destruct New TMs: Fire Punch, Solar Beam, Solar Blade, Fire Spin, Light Screen, Sunny Day, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Acrobatics, Electric Terrain, Mystical Fire, Air Slash New Egg Moves (if allowable): Dragon Claw (from Krookodile or Scrafty); Dragon Dance (from Scrafty); Outrage (from Primeape) Flavor/Design: This Dedenne appears a bit chubbier and rounder than its Kalosian counterpart, with thicker, fluffier fur for surviving in the cold of the Alabaster Icelands - it looks almost as round as Togedemaru, though without the spikes. Its ears are smaller to reduce heat loss, and its whiskers are now glowing with starburst shapes at the ends like sparklers, and the tail, while shorter than in Kalosian Dedenne, also has the same distinction, and in fact it's tipped with a larger starburst with many more spikes of heat, making the tail resemble a lit fuse. Its coloration is now dark gray in color with a red belly and ears, while the cheek pouches and the inside of the ears are yellow and the whiskers and tail a glowing orange. The shiny sprite replaces the gray with red, the red with turquoise, and the yellow with white, with blue-white whiskers and tail. Stat and Gameplay Changes: Slower than Kalosian Dedenne but better adapted for both physical and special attacks, this little cutie has a far more explosive nature - literally! It only gets one STAB Fire attack by level-up, Flame Charge, but that helps boost its speed so it can get attacks in more easily, and it can also employ physical and special attacks with equal competency - it even gets a few Flying-type moves via TM as well. Its main weakness of the Ground type has only Solar Beam and Solar Blade as counterplay, which are only reliable in sunny weather. Good thing it can learn Sunny Day via TM so it can set up said sunny weather itself!
The Pyrotechnics Pokémon It is now more active at night, preferring to use its stored firepower to launch itself at high speeds through the air. It's thought that it first learned to do this to escape predators like Sneasler, but it also does this for the sheer joy of it.
As it rockets through the skies, colorful sparks of flame are released from its tail, creating beautiful trails of color. Seeing it in flight is a good omen, and it's said that humans learned how to make fireworks by observing it in flight.
New Moves: Dragon Rush, Explosion New TMs: Fly, Weather Ball, Eerie Impulse, Breaking Swipe Evolution: Have Hisuian Dedenne successfully use Flame Charge 20 times using the Agile Style Flavor/Design: Arguably the weirdest of the three "Raiclones" I came up with, this design is also the largest by dint of being more long-bodied than the rest - basically, Dedenne tried to become Furret! The shape resembles Furret, but with a long, pointed snout almost like that of Manectric (though without the latter's massive hairdo), and ears like Kantonian Raichu's at the back of the head, angled backwards and with small, straight spikes instead of curls - the ears themselves are narrower than Raichu's and the smaller spikes are angled away from the ear overall, almost invoking the antlers of a Chinese dragon. The body is still largely dark gray, but there are yellow jagged stripes running down the back invoking scale patterning, the red belly is divided into even sections, and its nose is also red and conical like that of a plane or missile; the ears also have red upper portions and yellow interiors. The tail is long, thicker at the base in an almost lizard-like fashion, and has a series of five starbursts that decrease in size until you get to the last one at the end of the tail. The gradient of the tail itself fades from orange to red to pink, and the whiskers, which are moved to near the base of the nose like a mustache but otherwise like those of its pre-evo, are colored similarly (the cheek pouches stay where they are, though). Its arms and legs are shaped like Raichu's, but respectively positioned around a third of the way down the whole length (the head, neck, and tail join smoothly together for streamlining) and near the base of the tail; the limbs are the same dark gray as the body while the paws are yellow, and the shoulders have glowing spiky energy trailing from them like wings of flame, again orange at the base and fading to red and then pink at the edges. The shiny sprite has blue fire that fades to purple and then white, a dark brick-red body, a sky-blue belly, ears, and nose, and white cheek pouches, paws, and ear insides. Stat Changes: The most notable change Hisuian Dedenne experiences upon evolving is that Cheek Pouch - already a situational ability at best - is replaced by the far more useful Levitate. In other words, bye-bye, Ground-type weakness (Mold Breaker or other ability-negating shenanigans obviously notwithstanding)! This is probably one of the best reasons to use Dennabi in the first place, and you also don't have to worry about grounded entry hazards either, though surprisingly, this line can also learn a bunch of Dragon-type moves via breeding, and Dennabi itself learns Dragon Rush via level-up. This is mostly beneficial for dealing neutral damage to stuff that resists its STAB and is of course useless against Fairy-types, but still worth pointing out anyway.
Dedenne was the Pikaclone that made me realize that the trend of cute rodents that waste their potential by not evolving at all was here to stay, so I decided to go all-in with this regional evo in terms of weirdness, even with the type combo concerned being the least odd of the three all things considered. The main theme of this line is fireworks and sparklers, and I will freely admit that I had Genshin Impact on my mind in this case - the Japan-inspired nation of Inazuma in that game features fireworks quite heavily in some of its associated quests and events, and honestly I'm amazed there wasn't a fireworks-based regional evolution in Hisui due to the heavy association between ancient Japan and fireworks festivals. I don't have a specific animal basis for Hisuian Dedenne itself, but as with Ultra Emolga, there is a specific yokai that inspired it: the kodama nezumi, which is said to live in the mountains of Northeastern Japan (such as where Hokkaido is!) - and which were said to explode when the mountain gods got upset. The connection to pyrotechnics was an easy one to make, so I based Hisuian Dedenne off a cartoon bomb and worked my way from there. Admittedly, though, my discovery of the kodama nezumi and the bomb inspiration actually came only after I'd already made Dedenne a Fire-type - that part was originally based on the hinezumi, the supposed "fire rat" from The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.
Dennabi, like Mega Ampharos, is a visual play on the fact that the Japanese word for electric current, denryu, also translates to "electric dragon", hence the Dragon-type moves this line can learn - and while I obviously couldn't make it an Electric/Dragon-type, Japanese festivals do include both dragon imagery and firework shows, so an Electric/Fire-type that mimics a dragon was the next-best thing. The Levitate ability is a nod to both East Asian dragons and fireworks being airborne, but really, I just wanted an Electric/Fire-type that doesn't disintegrate the moment you get a speck of dirt on it. XP
P.S. If you can guess what, or rather who, I based the shiny colors for this line off of, you get an Internet cookie. I won't spoil it of course, but since I'm feeling charitable, y'all get just one hint: "¿dnssɐʍ"

Hope you guys like these three submissions! I don't know if I have time for more but I'm happy with what I came up with for them and I certainly hope they do the Pikaclones they're based on justice. Best of luck to everyone for this round, and I hope I'm not too late!
First and foremost, sorry to hear of your illness, Samtendo09. May you make a full recovery.
Secondly, I suppose that this will be all I'm submitting for now given I didn't find the only other idea that I came up with satisfactory. Oh well.
Thirdly, it's really weird to me to be made aware of the fact that Claydol's typing is still unique to it after all these years (of being such a subpar mon nowadays), especially with all of the Psychic types added every game. Even weirder when accounting for mons made in this Pet Mod so far, which I still have to get used to doing. I'll try to be better about that in the future.
Pokémon: Geodude-Ultra New Typing: Psychic/Ground {Rock type replaced} New Abilities: Levitate / Sturdy / Beast Boost (hidden ability) {Rock Head and Sand Veil replaced from regular Geodude} New Stats: 039 HP / 029 Atk / 097 Def / 083 SpA / 029 SpD / 023 Spe = 300 BST

Height: 1'04" | 0.4 m {same as both canon Geodude variants} Weight: 44.1 lbs. | 20.0 kg {same as regular Geodude} Flavor/Design: I'm almost tempted to lie and say that the idea for this version of Geodude (consciously) came about from a Boltzmann brain given that seems exactly like the type of weird idea that would be (literally) floating around in the weirdness of Ultra Space, but I mostly just repurposed part of my initial plans for Sandygast-Hisui from two slates ago and went from there alongside, well, the idea of a golem. Additionally "Why doesn't Geodude actually have Levitate even if it obviously would lose it when becoming Graveler?" has always been on the things about this series that bugged me:
Pokémon Sun: "It seems to only be superficially similar to Geodude and thus less sturdy than it looks. All that has been determined for sure is that it hates being touched." Pokémon Moon: "Despite having a disagreeable constitution for the waters and grasses of Alola, it seems content to float around exploring the islands as long as no Pokémon or human touches it." Pokémon Ultra Sun: "It seems more similar to a floating brain than it does any known variant of Geodude. Its psychic powers allow it to avoid physical touch, which has stymied research." Pokémon Ultra Moon: "Unlike most other Ultra Beasts, it is so interested in exploration that it seems to actively avoid Ultra Wormholes unless it is retreating from danger or physical touch."
Design-wise, there's not much else to say except that it's essentially Geodude but with a pallid pinkish hue, some lines akin to a brain on the sandy "shell" covering its innards/true self, and reddish-oranges "eyes" that may be probably close to Buzzswole's muscles in coloration (since they're arguably not eyes--ew).
Competitively, I could see it getting banned from Little Cup just because Beast Boost doesn't seem possible to balance there, but I can't comment on it otherwise. [/continued willful ignorance of all things Little Cup]
{evolves from Geodude-Ultra when leveled up to Level 25 or higher} Pokémon: Graveler-Ultra New Typing: Psychic/Ground {Rock type replaced} New Abilities: Psycho Power* / Sturdy / Beast Boost (hidden ability) {Rock Head and Sand Veil replaced from regular Graveler}
{*Psycho Power is a Pure Power | Huge Power clone. If it makes things easier, then just call it Pure Power.} New Stats: 053 HP / 043 Atk / 115 Def / 097 SpA / 047 SpD / 035 Spe = 390 BST
{-02 HP / +02 Atk / +00 Def / -02 SpA / +02 SpD / +00 Spe and then swapping Atk and SpA} New Moves: [all of Geodude-Ultra's] + Rapid Spin and Psycho Crusher** {TL;DR: a 120 BP physical Psychic-type clone of Close Combat Superpower since that's fairer, though I suppose it can be made into a clone of Flare Blitz if needed for balance} Removed Moves: [all of Geodude-Ultra's]
Superpower but Psychic-typed, basically:
Name: Psycho Crusher Power: 120 Accuracy: 100% PP: 05 (08 max) Category: Physical Type: Psychic Description: "The user wraps itself in a shroud of psychic energy and then falls like lightning as Capcom sues them shoots itself at the target like a high-speed projectile, straining its physical stats after contact." Effect: Psycho Crusher inflicts damage, then lowers the user's Attack and Defense by one stage. Priority: 0 Flags (ex: Contact, Sound): Contact, Mirror, Protect
Height: 3'03" | 1.0 m {same as both canon Graveler variants} Weight: 231.5 lbs. | 105.0 kg {same as regular Graveler} Flavor/Design: ...Yes, this has what's essentially Pure Power, why do you ask? In all seriousness, I was initially going to go with Magic Guard (after vaguely considering the would-be-underwhelming Sap Sipper) which fits its flavor a bit better, but a) Magic Guard is kinda obnoxious, b) so many better mons already have it that Ultra Geodude's line wouldn't have much of a niche beyond typing, and c) no one tried to use Pure Power last slate IIRC despite arguably being tamer in power than half of the other possibilities as long as you watch out for base Atk, STAB, and coverage. As such, this and the Ultra Golem equivalent attempt to amend that but fairly (even though Golem needs all the help it can get in higher tiers):
Pokémon Sun: "It seems to forgo levitating places now to try to adjust to its new body and weight. There are theories that this is merely another form of exploration for it." Pokémon Moon: "Beyond the constant pinkish glow of psychic energy around its four hands and its feet, its coloration varies by how long it has explored outside of Ultra Space." Pokémon Ultra Sun: "It still violently dislikes being touched, but it now concentrates its psychic energy into limbs to fight back with physical blows of tremendous force that shake the ground." Pokémon Ultra Moon: "A pallid sand color is more typical coloration for these psychic Gravelers from Ultra Space. The closer in color to local beach sands it is, the longer it has explored our world."
Visually, Graveler-Ultra arguably has the most in common of the line with the other two forms of its stage, though it is closest to the original Graveler than the Alolan given the lack of "bushy" (read: rocky? ...irony?) eyebrows that Graveler-Alola has. Like them, it has four arms and two legs, though its hands are perpetually aglow with a faint but visible pink aura as are its feet, and its body is generally spherical, though with quite a few wavy lines that also faintly glow with pink energy unlike them. Otherwise, its coloration is a bit paler than both of them, and its "eyes" are still some type of red overall.
Competitively, much like Little Cup, I know nothing about the NFE tier that is apparently an actual thing. Graveler-Alola would definitely have the strongest physical Psychic attack there due to Psycho Crusher, but its line has that of the non-Mega, non-Uber mons in general. Despite how relatively small its viable physical movepool is, keeping Fire Punch allows it to have pretty good coverage that hits basically everything when combined with its STAB even before actual Superpower explodes Dark types of the non-Ghost variety. Its Special movepool and SpA being a lot broader and higher respectively allows it to be a threat on that side too even before its status moves, including the now arguably overpowered Teleport.
So even though Eviolite would likely be mediocre on it, especially as something unfortunately weak to Knock Off, it could still likely do some decent damage and have fewer checks in lower tiers. Shrug.
{evolves from Graveler-Ultra when leveled up while knowing Psycho Crusher, which it learns at Level 55} Pokémon: Golimbrain {"golem" + "limb" + "brain", with puns on both "membrane" as well as the fact that limbs are mostly controlled by brains during normal functioning, hence keeping "go"} New Typing: Psychic/Ground {Rock type replaced} New Abilities: Psycho Power* / Sturdy / Beast Boost (hidden ability) {Rock Head and Sand Veil replaced from regular Golem} New Stats: 074 HP / 057 Atk / 123 Def / 127 SpA / 057 SpD / 057 Spe = 495 BST
{-06 HP / +07 Atk / -07 Def / +02 SpA / -08 SpD / +12 Spe and then swapping Atk and SpA} New Moves: [all of Graveler-Ultra's] + Gravity, Magic Coat, and Mirror Coat Removed Moves: [all of Graveler-Ultra's]
Height: 5'07" | 1.7 m {same as Golem-Alola} Weight: 696.7 lbs. | 316.0 kg {same as Golem-Alola} Flavor/Design: I'll start with the visual differences here since it goes from resembling regular Golem more to resembling Golem-Alola more, even having its height because it somewhat copies its structure. Instead of the metal railgun that's atop Golem-Alola's body, however, it kept two of the arms that Graveler otherwise loses, likely either in a more oversized or longer form sort of like antenna that still glow faintly pinkish to account for the greater weight since it's not rocky. Similarly, where Golem-Alola has a "beard" of iron shavings, Golimbrain "only" has what initially look like "eye markings" behind what initially looks like its head, sort of like a smaller version of Arbok; like Wobbuffet though (arguably), those smaller eyes are its real eyes and the only outward indication of its real body. As such, I imagine its fake "head" somewhat falls into the Uncanny Valley intentionally once you notice it doesn't move or blink or do...anything except occasionally seem to omit noise and I guess Flamethrower & Fire Blast--it was so tempting to give this Mind Blown. Finally, it's ironically far more together and smooth than either Golem variant forms look as far separation in its shell goes, only having somewhat shallow, brain-like lines that cover its pallid surface still:
Pokémon Sun: "The head visible on its granular body is false and seems more akin to a third eye. Its true head seems to lie beneath that completely inside the sandy armor, with only its red eyes visible." Pokémon Moon: "Its psychic power is immense, but it seems to make no attempts to communicate with others and will even actively avoid them if it has a choice. Perhaps its mind is too alien?" Pokémon Ultra Sun: "Its visible head seems false. No one has ever seen it eat or drink or blink, and no breath has been detected save for from the red 'eye markings' beneath that." Pokémon Ultra Moon: "Almost all communication with it has ended in failure so far, but it seems content to just explore our world. Its devastating psychic power is generally only unleashed if touched."
With flavor stuff finally done, I can spend the rest of this talking about how mechanically, Pure Power is likely totally fine on this despite its good Defense and access to Recover, with the latter being the only thing I actually worry about but which it actually probably does still need between sharing the Golems' low-ish BST and having an arguably bad typing both defensively and offensively. So let's start with said typing by noting that Psychic/Ground has six weaknesses, one of which is to Dark, which will often put it in lose-lose situations between Pursuit and Knock Off without Colbur giving its low speed. It has the Defense to survive both from full health I imagine, but it's still an unfortunate weakness to have even before the weaknesses to common types like Water, Ice, and technically Bug given all the U-Turn as well weakness to the nigh unresisted Ghost and still somewhat common Grass type. And if I'm mentioning Grass, then here is where it's likely best to hilariously point out it has no real way of playing around Grassy Terrain with one of its main physical STABs since the only viable alternative to Earthquake it has is intentionally still Stomping Tantrum.
Offensively Psychic/Ground isn't much better even though it's not horrible. There's an overlap with weaknesses since they're both the only things that hit Poison-type effectively and hitting Steel-type with your STAB is always good but both said STABs having immunities, and common immunities at that, is definitely a bad thing when it's tempting to use a Choice Item due to lack of set-up beyond Curse and Iron Defense. It similarly lacks the option to Trick any Choice items away, which I felt like it would be too much given it hits hard on both sides even without Psyshock, especially with access to Recovery. Finally, unlike all of the other Huge Power and Pure Power mons that aren't Mawile-Mega, it utterly lacks unconditional priority, having only Sucker Punch.
Still, it's not all doom and gloom despite its slowness, Special frailty, and six weaknesses. While Pure Power is likely its best ability, all three are probably viable, even Sturdy to a lesser degree. It can play offense on both sides or support as well with various status moves, including the dreaded Teleport, which can have its Speed taliored so you're slower than Blissey or Chansey's Teleport if you don't want to just outright crush them with Psycho Crusher. Having Psychic Terrain down likely makes the damage on that hilarious, especially with Band, but at least Dark mons exist to prevent it from being too abusive even if they have to worry about every other physical move it has, including Superpower.
So Pure Power on this is probably fine, but I'll leave it up to Samtendo09 and alephgalactus ultimately of course.
Lastly, even as someone who generally remembers all of the sub-100 primes, man, subprimes are a bit annoying to remember and crossreference. Blasted Ultra mons. (I probably typoed in a bunch of places due to being tired, but what else is new? Will fix later.)
2022/04/22: Later is finally Now. The two dozen or so small typos have been fixed, but nothing of note has been changed outside of readding Rollout (or, rather, removing it from the Removed Moves list) after realizing that I miscounted twice, having had the initial moves listed erroneously as being 13 added to 14 removed when it was really 14 to 15 by mistake.

I’m going to say we shouldn’t start voting for just a little longer, since creeperguy270 is still working on his starter trio. He’s already finished 2 out of 3 so it seems a little unfair to start voting now after he did all that work.

All right, and with that, voting is officially open! Check out transwiththeplans post above for all the submissions (except for the recently-added Sinnohan starter trio by creeperguy270, which hasn’t been included in that post yet but is still eligible for voting).

Ugh. Typos fixed and (currently) Rollout readded due to miscounting removed moves by one over, as well as a(nother) note made to self to be (far more) concise for once given I didn't realize I broke over 2,000 words. Apologies.
