Pokemon: Jellicent-Hoenn

New Stats: 100/40/85/90/105/60 (-20 Atk/+15 Def/+5 Sp. Atk)
New Moves: Same as Frillish (+8)
Removed Moves: Same as Frillish (+8)
Theme/Flavor: The current theory surrounding the mysterious shipwreck of Sea Mauville is due to Hoennian Jellicent, who are said to doom ships that sail into their territory. Over time, their venom grew more potent, their heads grow a sort of sail on their head and their bottom tentacles do the heavy lifting when it comes capturing their prey. They resemble a Portuguese Man-O-War. Males have navy blue and white tentacle stinger, females are white with navy blue tentacle stingers.

Pokemon: Totodile-Unova

Abilities: Hydration (HA: Adaptability)
New Stats: 50/75/64/44/48/33 (+10 Atk/- 10 Spe)

Removed Moves: None
Theme/Flavor: Hat tip to my childhood favourite: Where's My Water? Totodile turns a lime green with a dark green underbelly and lives in the Castelia Sewers. Generations of accidentally chewing through pipes allowed them to overcome their iron deficiency and the spikes from head to tail become tipped with iron as well. Trainers know that to keep Unovan Totodile happy, they give showers.

Removed Moves: None
Theme/Flavor: Hat tip to my childhood favourite: Where's My Water? Unovan Crocanaw have a green underbelly have well adjusted to home in the Castelia Sewers, where they silently wait for their favourite prey: Trubbish and Rattata.

Pokemon: Feraligatr-Unova
Type: Water/Steel

New Stats: 85/120/100/79/95/53 (+15 Atk/+10 Sp.Def/- 25 Spe)
New Moves: Same as Unovan Totodile + Gunk Shot (+9)
Removed Moves: None
Theme/Flavor: Hat tip to my childhood favourite: Where's My Water? Feraligatr turns dark green with iron spikes, a longer snout than their Johtonese counterparts, and live in the Castelia Sewers like their pre-evos. It is much lazier, and grumpier in nature, and doesn't mind living in sewage and polluted waters, as it developed a natural resistance to it and is resourceful enough to hide amongst it.

Snorunt
Grass
Stats: Unchanged
Abilities: Dry Skin/Overcoat/Leaf Guard
New Moves: Energy Ball, Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Wood Hammer, Vine Whip, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Solar Beam, Sunny Day
Removed Moves: Avalanche, Hail, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Ice Shard, Blizzard, Frost Breath, Icy Wind, Powder Snow, Switcheroo
Overview: Brought into the region for conservation, Kantonese Snorunt live rather close to the border between Kanto and Johto, but usually sit on the Kanto side. Unlike their Hoennian counterparts, they are covered in a dense foliage overcoat that keeps them camouflaged and sheltered, similar to Burmy or Swadloon. However, they particularly have to watch out for flames, as their coverings are notably flammable. Some Snorunt have retreated to Johto to find different types of foliage to cover themselves with.

Glalie
Grass/Fire
Stats: 65/100/70/80/70/95
Abilities: Drought/Reckless/Flame Body
New Moves: Energy Ball, Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Wood Hammer, Vine Whip, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Solar Beam, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flame Wheel, Will-o-Wisp, Sunny Day, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Overheat, Burn Up, Fire Fang, Flash Cannon, Fire Spin, Flame Burst
Removed Moves: Avalanche, Freeze Dry, Hail, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Ice Shard, Blizzard, Frost Breath, Icy Wind, Powder Snow, Switcheroo, Sheer Cold, Bulldoze
Overview: Upon evolution, Kantonese Glalie can utilize pyrokinetic powers. They are constantly on fire, but it causes them no pain. Most have settled around Cinnabar Island, where volcanic activity is known to occur. These things can be a danger to forests, as when they're provoked, their flames become highly erratic, so it is rarely brought to the mainland.

Glalie-Mega
Grass/Fire
Stats: 65/120/80/130/80/105
Ability: Drought
Overview: Mega Kantonese Glalie burns more furiously than ever before, but with its newfound strength, it couldn't be happier. Trainers that use them are advised to wear protective eyewear, as prolonged viewing of it from close range can be hazardous to their vision.

Froslass
Grass/Ground
Stats: 70/55/65/110/65/115
Abilities: Cloud Nine/Flower Veil
New Moves: Energy Ball, Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Wood Hammer, Vine Whip, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Solar Beam, Earth Power, Earthquake, Rototiller, Power Gem, Sunny Day, Petal Dance, Petal Blizzard, Sandstorm, Calm Mind, Reflect, Magical Leaf, Nature Power
Removed Moves: Aurora Veil, Avalanche, Destiny Bond, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Pain Split, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Astonish, Blizzard, Confuse Ray, Embargo, Fling, Frost Breath, Icy Wind, Ominous Wind, Payback, Snatch, Torment
Overview: The Froslass of Johto was discovered when a Snorunt evolved with a different type of foliage covering it. Unlike its hotheaded counterpart, Johtonese Froslass is regarded as very beneficial to the ecosystem, as it protects gardens and forests with care. It dislikes when humans or other Pokemon disregard the environment, and works to repair unbalanced ecosystems. It is overall much more sociable than the ice cold Sinnoh Froslass.

New Moves: Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Night Slash, Recover, Sacred Sword, Thunder
Removed Moves: Astonish, Defog, Metal Sound, Psychic, Psych Up, Psyshock, Spikes
Design: The keychain part of Klefki is golden, with its "eyes" and "mouth" being pressed together to look like a Mickey Mouse symbol. Its keys are much larger and are modeled after the Kingdom Key, Way to the Dawn and Braveheart.
Lore: This variant of Klefki has been sighted in recent years in Sinnoh. It is said to have come from another world, searching for a hero to wield its keys as weapons against a currently unknown threat.

Welp, Unova is not having a good time now thanks to there not being something to combat Solrock.

Ill sub later.
In a region full of strong Ground- and Fighting-types? I think Unova's going to be okay. (Besides, you can always resubmit your Unovan Lunatone in future rounds.)

Anyway:

Not exactly snakes, but still in the grass:
Elementary school bully:

Pokémon: Kantonian Sneasel
New Typing:

New Abilities: Prankster (Hidden: Pickpocket)
New Stats: 55/95/55/35/75/115 (unchanged)
New Moves: Accelerock, Leaf Blade, Leech Life, Leech Seed, Razor Leaf, Rock Slide, Rock Throw, Seed Bomb, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge
Removed Moves: Avalanche, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Fling, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Icy WInd, Punishment

Flavor/Design: Green body instead of the usual dark blue, with pointy brown stones instead of the red feathers on its tail and ear. Its claws are black and look more jagged. Kantonian Sneasel lurks in the grassy plains around Viridian City and Viridian Forest, where it attempts to prey on young kids who just became trainers. It steals anything it can, from unused Poke Balls to Pokedexes. Locals around the area always make an effort to warn new trainers about Kantonian Sneasel stealing their items, resulting in an increase of trainers catching Mankey to deal with it.

Jack the Ripper:

Pokémon: Kantonian Weavile
New Typing:

New Abilities: Prankster (Hidden: Pickpocket)
New Stats: 70/120/95/45/55/125 (+30 Defense, -30 Sp. Def)
New Moves: Accelerock, Leaf Blade, Leech Life, Leech Seed, Razor Leaf, Rock Slide, Rock Throw, Seed Bomb, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge
Removed Moves: Avalanche, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Fling, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Icy WInd, Punishment

Flavor/Design: Green body instead of the usual dark blue, with pointy brown stones instead of red feathers by its ears, a collar of jewels of different colors instead of the usual red one, and its headpiece and claws are black and jagged. Kantonian Weavile, in contrast to Kantonian Sneasel, finds next to no entertainment or satisfaction stealing from younger or beginning trainers. It prefers to prey on more experienced trainers that have multiple badges, and thus it lurks near Victory Road and the Indigo Plateau. Surprisingly, Kantonian Weavile is actually more successful at stealing from said trainers than one may think, as many trainers who pass through those areas are still overly elated about getting to challenge the Elite Four and aren't paying very much attention to anything else.

Fire unextinguishers:
Spraying fire like confetti:

Pokémon: Alolan Stunky
New Typing:

New Abilities: Aftermath/Flame Body (Hidden: Keen Eye)
New Stats: 63/63/42/51/36/74 (-5 Defense, +10 Sp. Atk, -5 Sp. Def)
New Moves: Ember, Eruption, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Inferno, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Acid Spray, Belch, Poison Gas, Sludge Bomb, Smog, Smokescreen, Venom Drench, Venoshock

Flavor/Design: The main color of its fur is bright red instead of purple, and the stripe on top of its body is yellow. Around its body are occasional fire wisps of the same color as its fur. Alolan Stunky sprays fire out of its backside to startle would-be-predators and mark its territory. Although it doesn't have as much of an odor as a typical Stunky, it is hot enough to melt steel or inflict third-degree burns on anyone it touches, and it will still have an unpleasant smell nonetheless.

Rocket skunk:

Pokémon: Alolan Skuntank
New Typing:

New Abilities: Aftermath/Flame Body (Hidden: Mega Launcher)
New Stats: 103/93/57/91/51/84 (-10 Defense, +20 Sp. Atk, -10 Sp. Def)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Ember, Eruption, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Inferno, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp

Alolan Skuntank shoots powerful fireballs out of its backside that can both burn and soil anyone it touches. The force from which an Alolan Skuntank fires them is comparable to that of a booster rocket. If the fireball it shoots is powerful enough, an Alolan Skuntank can even launch itself into space.

Pillow Power:

Pokémon: Kalosian Hariyama
New Typing:

New Abilities: Thick Fat/Gooey (Hidden: Symbiosis)
New Stats: 144/40/60/120/90/20 (Swapped Attack and Sp. Atk, +30 Sp. Def, -30 Speed)
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, Fairy Wind, Moonblast, Play Rough
Removed Moves: None

Flavor/Design: Much larger, bulging waist, with pink "pants" instead of blue. Kalosian Hariyama has much less muscle compared to normal Hariyama as a result of living among Swirlix and Spritzee, and being unable to fend off powerful Fairy-type attacks with muscles alone. With its waist being comparable to that of a pillow in terms of how soft it is, some Pokemon try to sleep on its waist if they can. Kalosian Hariyama hardly ever seems to notice, but even if it did, would have a hard time shooing them off as its arms can't reach the end of its waist.

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
Here are the news; Galarian Forms are confirmed (and not confined to Gen 1 this time). So far we have Galarian Weezing and Galarian Zigzagoone line.

Here's an even bigger news; Regional-specific Evolutions will also be a thing.

Don't believe me? Well, ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you Obstagoon. AKA the evolution of Galarian Linoone.

Not something like "Standard Pikachu evolves into Alolan Raichu in Alola", no. I talk about whole new Evolutionary Pokemon on top of Galarian Forms. This means that not only Cross-Gen Evos are coming back in full force (albeit as regional-specific, which makes sense in term of worldbuilding) since Gen 6 (and Gen 4 in term of multiple Cross-Gen Evos), but this also allows the Regional Forms to be expended beyond "Pokemon but changed to fit the region".

Now let's not implement "Regional-Exclusive Evolution" for basic or Stage 1 Regional Forms, as we don't wanna push it and wait until Gen 8 is release so we can figure out how Region-Exclusive Evolutions should be handled. This does allows more potentials when Regional Variants become transplanted to Gen 8 if Region-Exclusive Evolutions become allowed, though not without restriction about who can get one and who cannot get one (second stage evolutions cannot receive one obviously).

Tell me if these are to similar to other submissions. And I would like to use regions found outside the mainline games too, if that is allowed (in this case, Orre from the GameCube spin offs)

Pokémon: Orrarian Mareanie
New Typing:

New Abilities: Merciless -> Flame Body, Limber -> Lightning Rod, Regenerator -> Solid Rock
New Stats: 45 / 53 / 52 / 63 / 42 / 50
New Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Heatwave, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, and Hex
Removed Moves: Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, and Venoshock

Design: Mareanie and Toxapex become underwater volcanoes. Mareanie's hands now form a rough rock-like texture with its top bowl part glowing like a volcano, having bubbles float during battle. All its spikes also become pores with shoot out bubbles. It's skin color is similar to its shiny, but with the head being jet black.

Pokémon: Orrarian Toxapex
New Typing:

New Abilities: Merciless -> Dry Skin, Limber -> Lightning Rod, Regenerator -> Solid Rock
New Stats: 45 / 73 / 122 / 83 / 112 / 55
New Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Heatwave, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Eruption, Water Spout, and Hex
Removed Moves: Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Baneful Bunker, Smack Down, and Venoshock

Design: Similar to its prevolution, Toxapex becomes an underwater volcano. It carries most of the traits from Mareanie, but now lava pours down its sides and the finger tips on its arms are flames.

Flavor: Mareanie and Toxapex being in Orre's oceans has forced them to live deep water among underwater volcanoes. The Apex of these took the form of water volcanoes themselves to disguise themselves.

It's getting late for me. I might have to submit more later.
Edit: Back from yesterday. Here are some new Regional Variants

Pokémon: Unovan Wishiwashi
New Typing:

New Abilities: None (maybe a renamed version of Schooling)
New Stats: Solo: 45 / 25 / 25 / 20 / 20 / 40 School: 45 / 140 / 135 / 140 / 130 / 30
New Moves: Drill Run, Healing Order, Attack Order, Dig, Megahorn, Bugbuzz, Fell Stinger, Defend Order, Earthpower, Sticky Webs, Signal Beam, Spider Web, and Infestation
Removed Moves: Aqua Tail, Aqua Ring, Brine, Dive, Hydro Pump, Muddy Water, Scald, Soak, Surf, Waterfall, Water Pulse, Water Sport, and Whirlpool

Flavor/Design: These Wishiwashi were imported centuries ago from Alola to Unova. While some Wishiwashi evolved to become angry with either red or blue strips, also known as Basculin, some Wishiwashi grew pairs of legs and created colonies underground as the Basculin would eat them. Unfortunately, their problems with predators didn't stop with Basculin either. Heatmor would eventually be found in the wild. Before, Heatmor were just Normal types, but adapted to becoming Fire types to eat through Durant skin. To counter this, Wishiwashi also gained an additional Ground typing with several ground moves to potentially knock out a Heatmor hunting them.
When in Solo form, Wishiwashi takes the form of an ant with the limps and features of an ant. More specifically, it has the appearance of a cartoonish pavement ant with the signature sad face Wishiwashi always has. Schooling form is very much like how it looks like with its Alolan variant, but as an ant with a crown instead.

Pokémon: Kantonian Skarmory
New Typing:

New Abilities: Keen Eyes -> Big Pecks, Sturdy -> Chlorophyll, Weak Armor -> Harvest
New Stats: 65 / 80 / 120 / 70 / 70 / 60
New Moves: Solar Blade, Flare Blitz, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Synthesis, Leech Seed, Will-o-wisp Nasty Plot, Fire Spin, Magical Leaf, Razor Leaf, Solar Beam, Power Swap, Flame Charge, Camouflage, Screech, Heat Crash, Trop Kick, Leaf Blade, and Leaf Tornade
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Brave Bird, Drill Peck, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Roost, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Tailwind, Whirlwind, Aerial Ace, Air Cutter, Fly, Guard Swap, Icy Wind, Iron Defense, Metal Sound, Sky Attack, Sky Drop, Steel Wing, and Twister

Flavor/Design: Skarmory found in the Safari of Kanto are top hunters. They blend themselves in with the surrounding tall grass and trees. Skarmory generations ago migrated to Kanto and quickly became an apex predator due to their Steel/Flying typing, and Kanto's abundance of Grass types early on. So why did Skarmory charge if it was so great at hunting? Well humans started hunting them with Charizards, Electrodes, and other Fire and Electric types. Skarmory would then be harvested for their steel wings. Skarmory are still excellent predators, but now must hide from humans by camouflage in the shadowy forest and tall grass seen in Kanto's wild reserves and forests. The red steel on their wings has now become leaves, which they use to hide various foliage. The grey metals of Skarmory now resemble charcoal, which aids Skarmory while hiding in forests. Skarmory doesn't just hide because of humans. Skarmory can use it as a tactic to attack surprise attack its prey as it leaps from the shadows. The sun light helps Skarmory boost its some of the speed it lost due to lurking more in shadows.

Pokémon: Geodude-Hoenn
New Typing: Ice / Ground
New Abilities
: Overcoat / Sturdy / Snow Cloak
New Stats: 40 / 30 / 30 / 80 / 100 / 20 (Offenses and Defenses are swapped)
New Moves: Ice Ball, Icy Wind, Frost Breath, Mud Shot, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hail, Ice Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam, Rain Dance
Removed Moves: Rollout, Rock Throw, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Incinerate, Fire Punch, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, Bide, Submission, Take Down, Fissure, Harden
Flavor/Design: The most intruging appearance of Geodude like this in Hoenn is the fact that the regular form exists alongside the Hoennian form. They seem to take refuge in places regular Geodude don't, most notably the Shoal Cave, but also rarely in Rusturf Tunnel. People wonder if the presence of Regice caused this form to appear. (considering the exact physical/special swap, loosing the Rock typing for Ice, and Regirock also existing) Their entire body has became a Light-Blue colored ice.

Pokémon: Graveler-Hoenn
New Typing: Ice / Ground
New Abilities
: Overcoat / Sturdy / Snow Cloak
New Stats: 55 / 45 / 45 / 95 / 115 / 35 (Offenses and Defenses are swapped)
New Moves: Ice Ball, Icy Wind, Frost Breath, Mud Shot, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hail, Ice Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam, Rain Dance
Removed Moves: Rollout, Rock Throw, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Incinerate, Fire Punch, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, Bide, Submission, Take Down, Fissure, Harden
Flavor/Design: There's nothing to note of Graveler that already isn't covered with Geodude.

Pokémon: Golem-Hoenn
New Typing: Ice / Ground
New Abilities
: Overcoat / Sturdy / Snow Cloak
New Stats: 80 / 55 / 65 / 120 / 130 / 45 (Offenses and Defenses are swapped)
New Moves: Ice Ball, Icy Wind, Frost Breath, Mud Shot, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hail, Ice Punch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge Beam, Rain Dance
Removed Moves: Rollout, Rock Throw, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Incinerate, Fire Punch, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, Bide, Submission, Take Down, Fissure, Harden
Flavor/Design: Unlike the other two, Golem has a different appearance. It's shell has a Teal color to it while the outer parts have a Cyan color to them. Golem is still made of ice instead of rock.

Pokemon: Lunatone-Unova
New typing: Water / Steel
New ability
: Primordial Sea
New stats: 100 (+10) / 25 (-30) / 85 (+20) / 110 (+15) / 100 (+15) / 40 (-30)
Removed moves: Confusion, Rock Throw, Psywave, Embargo, Cosmic Power, Heal Block, Psychic, Magic Room, Psyshock, Smack Down, Acrobatics, Dream Eater, Trick Room, Magic Coat, Skill Swap, Zen Headbutt, Moonblast, Power Gem, Future Sight
Added moves: Water Gun, Water Pulse, Scald, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, Soak, Whirlpool, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Metal Burst, Autotomize, Shore Up, Amnesia, Aqua Jet, Thunder Wave, Metal Sound, Mist, Haze
Flavor/Design: Team Plasma also wanted to make something to counteract Solrock in case things went wrong. They made Lunatone, made of cooled iron that is fully dampened, and the center piece being able to shoot water. Anything really dry or hot gets taken care of swiftly. They live in Reversal Mountain, but they only seem to be around when the volcano is dormant. The entire body is blue-grey iron. It's constantly dripping and the center piece is always flowing water outwards.

Pokémon: Oddish-Hoenn
New Typing: Water / Fire
New Abilities
: Solar Power / Rain Dish
New Stats: 55 (+10) / 40 (-10) / 65 (+10) / 65 (-10) / 65 / 30
New Moves: Water Gun, Ember, Water Pulse, Incinerate, Scald, Flame Burst, Surf, Flamethrower, Waterfall, Work Up, Rain Dance, Fire Spin, Whirlpool, Flame Charge, Heat Wave, Sing, Entrainment, Liquidation, Haze, Shadow Ball
Removed Moves: Absorb, Growth, Acid, Poison Powder, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Grassy Terrain, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Infestation, Razor Leaf, Ingrain, Strength Sap, Synthesis, Seed Bomb, Gastro Acid, Worry Seed, Sweet Scent, Bullet Seed, Leech Seed
Flavor/Design: Oddish from Hoenn have learned all about the legends surrounding Groudon and Kyogre. The problem is the fact that they cant choose who to side with. They ended up learning both of their skills, which while helping them in the short run, prevents them from being the best of either. Their main body is colored in a way that it resembles a water drop, while the leaves become fire-like in both appearance and function.

Pokémon: Gloom-Hoenn
New Typing: Water / Fire
New Abilities
: Solar Power / Rain Dish
New Stats: 75 (+15) / 55 (-10) / 75 (+5) / 75 (-10) / 75 / 40
New Moves: Water Gun, Ember, Water Pulse, Incinerate, Scald, Flame Burst, Surf, Flamethrower, Waterfall, Work Up, Rain Dance, Fire Spin, Whirlpool, Flame Charge, Heat Wave, Sing, Entrainment, Liquidation, Haze, Shadow Ball
Removed Moves: Absorb, Growth, Acid, Poison Powder, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Grassy Terrain, Petal Dance, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Infestation, Razor Leaf, Ingrain, Strength Sap, Synthesis, Seed Bomb, Gastro Acid, Worry Seed, Sweet Scent, Petal Blizzard, Bullet Seed, Leech Seed
Flavor/Design: Upon reaching their evolution, Gloom still have no idea which side to choose. They have been very close to getting the true strengths of each of the weathers, but because they conflict, neither of their true potentials could be reached. Giving Gloom certain objects would allow it to finally choose a weather. They mostly resemble Oddish; The main body is colored like water, while the leafs become fire. Here, the buds are fireballs on the Pokemon.

Pokémon: Vileplume-Hoenn
New Typing: Fighting / Fire
New Abilities

Pokemon: Lunatone-Unova
New typing: Water / Steel
New ability
: Primordial Sea
New stats: 100 (+20) / 25 (-30) / 85 (+20) / 110 (+15) / 100 (+15) / 40 (-30)
The original HP of Lunatone is 90, so it should either display 110 HP or +10.
Also I am interested on how you will do Solrock.

Pokémon: Pichu-Hoenn
New Typing: Electric/Water
New Abilities: Swift Swim / Adaptability
New Stats: As normal
New Moves: Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Liquidation, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Swords Dance (12)
Removed Moves: Grass Knot (1)

Flavor/Design: While Alola's Raichu merely acts like a surfer while hovering in the air, Hoenn's is a truly skilled surfer, even as a mere Pichu. Hoennian (can we please get a new word for that) Pichu has a tail suitable for a surfboard like Alolan Raichu, and probably some other shit i'm not good at designs

Pokémon: Pikachu-Hoenn
New Typing: Electric/Water
New Abilities: Swift Swim / Adaptability
New Stats: As normal
New Moves: Scald, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Liquidation, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Swords Dance (12) (gets Surf without event)
Removed Moves: Grass Knot (1)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Pikachu spends almost its whole life surfing, only stopping to sleep. It hunts fish using its electric abilities. While nowhere near the popularity of its Kantonian counterpart, Hoennian Pikachu is still well-liked in its own right. See above about design.

Pokémon: Raichu-Hoenn
New Typing: Electric/Water

New Stats: As normal
New Moves: Scald, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Liquidation, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Soak, Water Sport, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Swords Dance (14) (gets Surf without event)
Removed Moves: Grass Knot, Dig (2)

Flavor/Design: Despite their superficial similarities, Hoennian Raichu and Alolan Raichu have been known to get along extremely poorly. It is presumed that this is for much of the same reasons that human surfers look down on Alolan Raichu. See above about design.

Pokémon: Scraggy-Sinnoh

Pokémon: Scrafty-Sinnoh
New Typing: Dark/Psychic

Pokémon: Elekid-Hoenn
New Typing:

Abilities: Swift Swim | Contrary (HA)
Stats: 45 / 63 / 37 / 55 (-10) / 55 / 105 (+10) (360 BST)

Removed Moves: Thunder Shock, Shock Wave, Thunder Wave, Electro Ball, Screech, Discharge, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Magnet Rise, Signal Beam, Quick Attack (-12)
Design: Elekid's plug-like hair is changed into a small white tuft. Elekid's body is changed into a sleeker cyan color, and the thunderbolt symbol is changed into a snowflake symbol.
Lore: Newfound species of Elekid were found during the high tide of the Shoal Cave, and is said that the Elekid line were thought to be vanished in Hoenn in the ancient time because of their newfound ability to swim. However, they prefer to play with the ices, resulting them becoming Ice-type.

Pokémon: Electabuzz-Hoenn
New Typing:
+

Abilities: Swift Swim | Contrary (HA)
Stats: 65 / 83 / 57 / 75 (-20) / 85 / 125 (+20) (490 BST)
New Moves: Powder Snow, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Icicle Spear, Icicle Crash, Aurora Veil, Aurora Beam, Surf, Waterfall, Ice Hammer, Ice Shard, Hail, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Hone Claws, Throat Chop, Knock Off (+17)

Design: Follows Elekid-Hoenn's changes, in addition to the antennas changed into horns of ice. The tail also have a heavy ice, serving like a hammer.
Lore: Following the brutal fighting with the ices, Hoennian Electabuzz had developed its Fighting type, which explains their increased tendency to punch more icicle stalagmites. They become enemies of Glalie because of their Fighting-type.

Pokémon: Electivire-Hoenn
New Typing:
+

Abilities: Swift Swim | Contrary (HA)
Stats: 75 / 123 / 67 / 75 (-20) / 80 (-5) / 120 (+25) (540 BST)
New Moves: Powder Snow, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Icicle Spear, Icicle Crash, Aurora Veil, Aurora Beam, Surf, Waterfall, Ice Hammer, Ice Shard, Hail, Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Throat Chop, Knock Off (+17)
Removed Moves: Thunder Shock, Shock Wave, Thunder Wave, Electro Ball, Screech, Discharge, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Magnet Rise, Signal Beam, Quick Attack, Ion Deluge, Electric Terrain, Flamethrower (-15)
Design: Follows Elekid-Hoenn and Electabuzz-Hoenn's changes. This time, Electivire-Hoenn's fur are quite thicker and their fists are red, and the twin tails have the ice part turning into spiked morning stars as well.
Lore: Hoennian Electivire are known for their combination of speed and strength, capable of breaking apart opposing forces with Ice Hammer and Hammer Arm. Fortunately, they also have a fatherly behavior, willing to protect the Hoennian Elekid and Hoennian Electabuzz from any danger.
Competitive Use: Crabominable, eat your heart out, because this is how to do an Ice/Fighting Pokémon. It can fit on a Rain team to fend off opposing Grass-type threats, including Ferrothorn, and is fast enough on its own to be capable of sweeping after a Swords Dance or Hone Claws. It can also use the Contrary set to get even faster with Ice Hammer and Hammer Arm, at the cost of making set-up useless. Under rain or after one or two Ice Hammer/Hammer Arm, there isn't going to be much to outspeed this icy threat.

Pokémon: Magby-Hoenn
New Typing:

Abilities: Magic Guard | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 45 / 53 (-10) / 37 / 65 / 55 / 105 (+10) (360 BST)
New Moves: Infestation, Fury Cutter, Leech Life, Signal Beam, Bug Buzz, Powder, Sticky Web, Sweet Scent, Flash, Thunder Wave (+10)
Removed Moves: Smog, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Spin, Clear Smog, Flame Burst, Lava Plume, Flame Charge, Overheat, Heat Wave, Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp (-12)
Design: Magby had gained small wings, and the tuft is changed into pointy which leans backward. The tail seems to just faintly illuminates. It's body become green.
Lore: The Hoennian Magby species is found in Route 117, where their Bug-type was a result of constantly hunting for Volbeat and Illumise, which the Magby ended up developing their abilities in order to trick their preys. They also developed a magical guard that protect them from accidents, which the guard is the result of constantly fighting with Roselia, in which is developed to become immune to poisoning and beyond.

Pokémon: Magmar-Hoenn
New Typing:
+

Abilities: Magic Guard | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 65 / 75 (-20) / 57 / 100 / 85 / 113 (+20) (490 BST)
New Moves: Infestation, Fury Cutter, Leech Life, Signal Beam, Bug Buzz, Powder, Sticky Web, Sweet Scent, Flash, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Taunt, Torment, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot (+19)
Removed Moves: Smog, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Spin, Clear Smog, Flame Burst, Lava Plume, Flame Charge, Overheat, Heat Wave, Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp (-12)
Design: Follows suit of Hoennian Magby's design. The flame pattern is turned into sawblade-like pattern, and the burning tip of the tail is turned into light-absorbing orb. The pointy end of the tuft is splinted into two.
Lore: Developing a deceiving side, Hoennian Magmar become more mischievous and become a more serious danger to Volbeat and Illumise, and even other Bug-type Pokémon. They become a threat to trainers as well does to their territorial behavior.

Pokémon: Magmortar-Hoenn
New Typing:
+

Abilities: Magic Guard | Sheer Force (HA)
Stats: 75 / 75 (-20) / 67 / 125 / 85 (-10) / 113 (+30) (540 BST)
New Moves: Infestation, Fury Cutter, Leech Life, Signal Beam, Bug Buzz, Powder, Sticky Web, Sweet Scent, Flash, Thunder Wave, Thunder, Taunt, Torment, Dark Pulse, Snarl, Knock Off, Throat Chop, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Fly, Air Slash, Hurricane (+22)
Removed Moves: Smog, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Spin, Clear Smog, Flame Burst, Lava Plume, Flame Charge, Overheat, Heat Wave, Flare Blitz, Will-o-Wisp (-12)
Design: Follows suit of Hoennian Magby and Hoennian Magmar's design. Unlike standard Magmortar, Hoennian Magmortar are much more slender and taller, and their legs are also much longer. The sclera of their eyes become black, with their eyes becoming bright yellow. Their bug-like wings are also fully developed.
Lore: Hoennian Magmortar are dangerous to a majority of Bug-type in Hoenn because they maintained their ability of using Flamethrower and Fire Blast like the regular Magmortar. Attempting to catch a Hoennian Magmortar can prove as difficult because of the severe damage they can cause with their Bug Buzz and Dark Pulse.
Competitive Use: Bug / Dark isn't quite you could expect for a set-up sweeper, and can enter jeopardy with strong Fire-type and Fairy-type threats. However, it is moderately fast and Magic Guard allows it to not worry about Stealth Rocks, Toxic and other indirect damage, while Sheer Force give a kick to Bug Buzz, Dark Pulse and plenty of Hoennian Magmortar's coverage moves, including Fire Blast. It can also lead support with Thunder Wave to punish switch-ins, and can set Sticky Webs, but it don't have enough bulk to worth using. It faces competition with Ash-Greninja for better Special Attack and Speed, but Hoennian Magmortar compensates with set-ups and boosted STABs + coverage via Sheer Force.
