Pet Mod Regional Variants (Submission Slate)

With the grand total of 6 votes, two variants have tied for first!

Pokemon: Scyther-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sheer Force / Adaptability / (Moxie)
New Stats: (unchanged)
New Moves: Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Extreme Speed, Smart Strike, Close Combat, Dragon Claw, Stealth Rock, Dragon Dance (+10)
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Sandstorm, Razor Wind, Fury Cutter, Double Hit, Feint, Venoshock, Silver Wind, Tailwind, Bug Buzz (-10)
Flavor: Scyther that migrated to Sinnoh found surviving a harsh and difficult task. Not only were they forced to compete for food and territory, but many of them died in brutal clashes against the Scyther that lived in Sinnoh. The ones that survived were forced to rehabilitate in the inhospitable peaks of Mt. Coronet, where they were forced to adapt to the cold conditions there. However, they can’t bear the heat and will melt if exposed to temperatures of 70 degrees or higher for too long.

Pokemon: Scizor-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate / Adaptability / (Moxie)
New Stats: 70/130/80/40/80/100 (Swapped defense with speed, +15 Def, -15 Sp. Atk)
New Moves: Same as Scyther-Sinnoh + Meteor Mash (+11)
Removed Moves: Same as Scyther-Sinnoh + Flash Cannon (-11)
Flavor: Years of living in the inhospitable environment of Mt. Coronet hardened the ice on the Scythers’ bodies to the point where they evolved into Sinnoan Scizor. Unlike their pre-evolutions, Sinnoan Scizor don’t mind the heat and can sustain temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees. They are extremely territorial and will pursuit their prey for hours, sometimes even days.

Pokémon: Masquerain-Kanto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate (Cursed Body)
New Stats: 70 / 30 / 62 / 100 / 82 / 110
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Sludge Wave, Focus Blast
Removed Moves: Agility, Gust, Aqua Jet

Flavour: Surskit were introduced to the Kanto region through various strong storms and waves carrying them all the way over from the Hoenn region to Kanto's shore. While there, the Surskit have noticed an eerie, floating face with sinisted glowing eyes and a smirk. Upon evolution, they used berries on the area to mimic the face, until it eventually grew to naturally have the antenna pattern. Its bottom wings imitate the face's smirk.

The second place winners are my Unovan Gible line, Origin0's Sinnoan Cleffa line, and PokePoindexter's Johtonese Hypno, which had 4 votes each.

Congratulations to the winners! A new submissions phase will begin in 24 hours. In the mean time, you may discuss the winning variants.

Guess I might as well share a moveset for my winning entry while waiting for the next round to start (Thanks for voting for it, by the way).

Hypno-Johto @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EV's: 248 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
-Sleep Powder
-Calm Mind
-Psyshock / Sludge Wave
-Focus Blast

With Prankster-boosted Sleep Powder and respectable 85/115 special bulk, Johtonian Hypno could run a decent Calm Mind set in the lower tiers. Psyshock and Sludge Wave are STAB options, and Focus Blast is there for Steel- and Dark-types.

Pokémon: Lapras-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Water Absorb / Cloud Nine / Magma Armor (HA)
New Stats: 130 HP / 100 Atk / 80 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 45 Spe | BST: 535 (+15 Atk, +15 SpA, -15 SpD, -15 Spe)
New Moves: Earthquake, Earth Power, Eruption, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Lava Plume, Overheat, Sunny Day, Will-O-Wisp (+11)
Removed Moves: Avalanche, Blizzard, Drill Run, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Hail, Horn Drill, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Sheer Cold (-11)

Flavor/Design: Alolan Lapras migrated from the waters of Kanto, where they came to love the lava-warmed water around Wela Volcano on Akala Island. Over many generations, their shells grew into volcanoes that erupt internally-generated lava, and their skin darkened to the color of dried lava. Unlike their Kanto relatives, Alolan Lapras are more aggressive towards people and other Pokemon, preferring to keep to themselves and the warm waters they live in. Even though they are still called the Transport Pokemon, the volcanoes on their backs make it impossible for people to ride them.

Pokémon: Growlithe-Kalos
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate / Defiant / Justified (HA)
New Stats: 55 HP / 70 Atk / 45 Def / 50 SpA / 70 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 350 (-20 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Acrobatics, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Brave Bird, Counter, Defog, Fly, Focus Blast, Gust, Hurricane, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Noble Roar, Roost, Sky Attack, Sky Drop, Submission, Superpower, Tailwind, Thunder Fang, Twister, Wing Attack (+23)
Removed Moves: Burn Up, Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp (-13)

Flavor/Design: Kalosian Growlithe may be small but they are as determined and brave as their Kantonian relatives. Flying above the plains and mountains of Kalos, it is speculated that the life energy of Xerneas emanating from the region caused wings to sprout from their backs, giving them the ability to fly. The Kalosian Growlithe can be seen chasing and playing with one another among the clouds and mountain tops, their bravery extending to a fearlessness of heights. Unlike the loyal Kantonian Growlithe, though, Kalosian Growlithe seem to stubbornly loathe being forced into service to humans, preferring the freedom that comes with living in the wild.

Pokémon: Arcanine-Kalos
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate / Defiant / Justified (HA)
New Stats: 90 HP / 110 Atk / 80 Def / 80 SpA / 100 SpD / 95 Spe | BST: 555 (-20 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Acrobatics, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Brave Bird, Counter, Defog, Fly, Focus Blast, Gust, Hurricane, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Noble Roar, Roost, Sky Attack, Sky Drop, Submission, Superpower, Tailwind, Thunder Fang, Twister, Whirlwind, Wing Attack (+24)
Removed Moves: Burn Up, Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Overheat, Solar Beam, Will-O-Wisp (-14)

Flavor/Design: Kalosian Arcanine are magnificent and proud, soaring high above the lands of Kalos with their silver wings and golden manes. They evolve from Kalosian Growlithe when exposed to a Dawn Stone, but similar to their previous form, Kalosian Arcanine prefer to roam free rather than serve most Trainers. However, their noble nature means they may choose to assist people with noble goals, and they have been known to swoop in to rescue children in trouble. They choose the tops of remote cliffs and mountains as suitable places to raise their young, fearlessly defending their homes from any threat.

Pokémon: Machop-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Leaf Guard / Receiver / Skill Link (HA)
New Stats: 70 HP / 70 Atk / 40 Def / 65 SpA / 35 SpD / 25 Spe | BST: 305 (-10 Atk, -10 Def, +30 SpA, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Mach Punch, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Alolan Machop descend from Kantonian Machop that found an abundance of berries growing in the tropical climate of Alola and decided to make use of them. They wear large leaves around their waists and a peel of one on top of their heads. Berry juices, preferably from yellow berries, are used to mark their arms to show individuals’ ranks within a group. The berries are also used in combat, and they will throw berries with great strength and accuracy. Passimian are their natural nemeses in Alola, often stealing one another’s best berries and fighting over territory.

Pokémon: Machoke-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Leaf Guard / Receiver / Skill Link (HA)
New Stats: 80 HP / 90 Atk / 50 Def / 90 SpA / 60 SpD / 35 Spe | BST: 405 (swapped Def and SpA, -10 Atk, +20 SpA, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Mach Punch, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Alolan Machoke can throw berries with enough power to create dents in steel plates, not to mention the mess from the berries splattering. They are responsible for training young Alolan Machop and can often be seen leading groups of them deep into the forest to training ranges. Pieces of berries can be found scattered everywhere they go, but this inadvertently helps the plants spread their seeds around the Alolan region, so their training is considered beneficial rather than harmful to the environment.

Pokémon: Machamp-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Leaf Guard / Receiver / Skill Link (HA)
New Stats: 90 HP / 110 Atk / 65 Def / 110 SpA / 85 SpD / 45 Spe | BST: 505 (swapped Def and SpA, -20 Atk, +30 SpA, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Mach Punch, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Alolan Machamp are the leaders of Alolan Machoke and Machop. They can use their four arms to throw berries at extremely high speeds, and it’s been calculated that they could throw up to 1,000 berries in 3 seconds! Even Passimian think twice before challenging a group led by an experienced Alolan Machamp. They seem to be responsible for stockpiling berries, using their many arms to carry lots of berries at once through the forest.

Pokémon: Accelgor-Kalos
New Typing:

New Abilities: Inflitrator / Steelworker / Levitate (HA)
New Stats: 80 HP / 100 Atk / 40 Def / 50 SpA / 80 SpD / 145 Spe | BST: 495 (switch Atk and SpA, -20 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Attack Order, Iron Head, Light Screen, Psychic, Psycho Cut, Psyshock, Reflect, Sacred Sword, Smart Strike, Swords Dance, Trick, Zen Headbutt (+12)
Removed Moves: Focus Blast, Water Shuriken (-2)

Flavor/Design: Kalosian Accelgor adapted to life in the cities of Kalos, wrapping their bodies with lightweight tissue paper. They developed strong psychic powers and learned to telekinetically control knives taken from restaurants, using them to lethal effect in battle. They also have attached cracked plates to the bottoms of their bodies, which can also be used to attack.

Pokémon: Jirachi-Kalos
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate
New Stats: 100 HP / 120 Atk / 80 Def / 120 SpA / 80 SpD / 100 Spe | BST: 600 (+20 Atk, -20 Def, +20 SpA, -20 SpD)
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Embargo, Fake Tears, Foul Play, Knock Off, Memento, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Taunt, Throat Chop, Will-O-Wisp (+12)
Removed Moves: Confusion, Healing Wish, Light Screen, Magic Coat, Magic Room, Psyshock, Reflect, Skill Swap, Telekinesis, Trick, Trick Room, Zen Headbutt (-12)

Flavor/Design: A Jirachi once went to sleep in Kalos, not realizing that it had slept near the cocoon of Yveltal. Yveltal's dark destruction energy filled the Jirachi in its sleep, and when it awoke, its body had become horribly mutated. Its third eye multiplied and spread into its head, and it grew wings ending in sharp claws. Kalosian Jirachi emits an aura that drains the strength of nearby people and Pokemon.

Quick notice, this is actually a special slate! If you'd like to submit regional variants of certain legendary Pokemon, this is the slate to do so! However, not all legendary Pokemon are legal for this slate. In particular, ones that there are known to be only one of (or implied) are not allowed. Aquatic and I made a banlist for these.

Banlist: Mew, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie, Regigigas, Arceus, Victini, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Thundurus, Tornadus, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Landorus, Meloetta, Xerneas, Yveltal, Volcanion, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu, Tapu Fini, Necrozma

Ultra Beasts do not count as legendaries, and therefore are also banned. Have fun with this one!

EDIT: If you make a variant of the Cosmog line (or just Solgaleo or Lunala), you must include a new version of Necrozma-Dawn-Wings/Necrozma-Dusk-Mane. Necrozma itself remains the same, and Necrozma-Ultra also remains the same.

Hold on, how is Mewtwo legal for this one? Based on game canon, there is only one Mewtwo created by genetic experimentation, no more, no less. Unless if it could be like "another Region outside of Kanto trying to replicate Mewtwo" lore.

We gone with the fact more mewtwo could theorically be cloned + the fact there's one in Kanto and one in Kalos

Unovan Diancie.png

Pokémon: Diancie-Unova
New Typing:

New Abilities: Electric Surge
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Charge, Electric Terrain, Thunder
Removed Moves: Heal Bell, Trick Room, Dazzling Gleam, After You, Covet, Moonblast

Flavor: When Carbink were brought to Unova, a group of them entered Chargestone Cave. A particular carbink absorbed the chargestones and mutated into a Diancie different to the one in Kalos. It lives deep inside the cave. It has charged crystals on its body, with a fluffy coat simillar to that of Joltik's

Pokémon: Diancie-Mega-Unova

Well, that throws a Simisage wrench into the entries I had ready for this round.

No matter, here's my new submission instead:
The thing Team Plasma would make a Poke-Android version of millions of years later:

Pokémon: Johtonian Genesect
New Typing:

New Abilities: Mega Launcher
New Stats: 71/130/70/130/70/129 (+10 Attack, -25 Defense, +10 Sp. Atk, -25 Sp. Def, +30 Speed)
New Moves: Dragon Rage, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Clanging Scales, Hurricane
Removed Moves: Metal Claw, Magnet Bomb, Shift Gear, Metal Sound, Techno Blast, Magnet Rise

Flavor/Design: Its body is purple and scaly, and its eyes have small black pupils in the center. It also has a frill around its neck, and it has dragonfly wings on its back instead of the cannon. Johtonian Genesect was the original form of Genesect, and went extinct over 300 million years ago. It was first discovered 20 years ago when a team of researchers working at Unova's P2 Laboratory discovered a partially-dismembered corpse of Johtonian Genesect stuck in amber near the Ruins of Alph, and used it as a template to create the modern version with metallic armor and a cannon on its back. 17 years later, a fossilized gaster was also discovered and Johtonian Genesect was successfully resurrected for the first time.

If you don't mind, I'd like to bring back another old fossil... and see if another old piece of equipment still works:
Unovan Kabuto line:

Pokemon: Unovan Kabuto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Ice Body/Slush Rush/Magma Armor
New Stats: 30/80/85/55/45/60 (-5 Defense, +5 Speed)
New Moves: Avalanche, Ice Ball, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Fire Fang, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Incinerate, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Brine, Bubble Beam, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Whirlpool, Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Smack Down
Flavor/Design: Ice blue body instead of brown, and a more “icy” and jagged look to said body. Its claws are bright red and look like they are made of fire. Unovan Kabuto gained its typing when a large deposit of Dome Fossils were found encased in ice deep inside Twist Mountain. When taken to be resurrected, the Kabuto reacted in unusual manners and developed new types. Unovan Kabuto experiences extreme body temperature swings without warning, so one second it could be cold enough to freeze anything touching it solid, the next second as hot as lava and melting everything around it.

Pokemon: Unovan Kabutops
New Typing:

New Abilities: Ice Body/Slush Rush/Magma Armor
New Stats: 60/115/95/65/65/95 (-10 Defense, -5 Sp. Def, +15 Speed)
New Moves: Avalanche, Ice Ball, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Fire Fang, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Incinerate, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Brine, Bubble Beam, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Whirlpool, Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Smack Down
Flavor/Design: Ice blue body instead of brown, with the scythes on its arms, claws on its feet, and spikes on its back looking like bright red/orange flames shaped the same way. Unovan Kabutops’s body temperature has finally stabilized and it has gained total control over both its Fire- and Ice-type properties. However, its Fire typing means it cannot utilize its natural instincts when hunting underwater, as the flames on its arms and back would be extinguished. Instead, Unovan Kabutops meets its dietary needs by using its fire scythes to melt the hard exteriors of Shelmet, Dwebble, and Durant.

Hoennian Porygon line
Base form:

Pokemon: Hoennian Porygon
New Typing:

New Abilities: Light Metal, Download, Weak Armor
New Stats: 65/60/70/85/75/40 (No change)
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Mirror Shot, Metal Burst, Metal Sound, Smart Strike
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: Similar to normal Porygon, but with a black/neon purple color scheme in the place of the respective red/blue of the original, sharper and more visible neon green “edges” on its body, and eyes that have silver exteriors and red pupils that blink almost as if they were LEDs. Hoennian Porygon gained a Steel typing when a computer it was inside was left out in the rain on Route 119. This typing makes it waterproof and unaffected by the natural environment. Hoennian Porygon is able to use cyberspace as a form of transportation to travel anywhere around the world in as little time as 4 milliseconds.
Middle evolution:

Pokemon: Hoennian Porygon2
New Typing:

New Abilities: Light Metal, Download, Weak Armor
New Stats: 85/70/100/95/105/60 (+10 Defense, +10 Sp. Def, -10 Attack, -10 Sp. Atk)
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Mirror Shot, Metal Burst, Metal Sound, Smart Strike
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: Similar to normal Porygon2, but with a black/neon purple color scheme in the place of the respective red/blue of the original, neon green 3D texture lines along the main body, and eyes that have silver exteriors and red pupils that blink almost as if they were LEDs. Despite its Steel typing, Hoennian Porygon2 is lighter and slightly more agile than normal Porygon2. After their success enabling Hoennian Porygon to travel to other countries via cyberspace, scientists created Hoennian Porygon2 with the intention of being able to travel between multiple planets. Unfortunately, they have yet to establish an interplanetary cyberspace network, so the plan has not yet been realized.
Final evolution:

Pokemon: Hoennian Porygon-Z
New Typing:

New Abilities: Motor Drive, Download, Weak Armor
New Stats: 85/100/55/145/60/90 (+20 Attack, +10 Sp. Atk, -15 Defense, -15 Sp. Def)
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Mirror Shot, Metal Burst, Metal Sound, Smart Strike
Removed Moves: None
Flavor/Design: Similar to normal Porygon-Z, but with a black/neon purple color scheme in the place of the respective red/blue of the original, neon green 3D texture lines along the main body, and eyes that have silver exteriors with light blue rings around red pupils that blink almost as if they were LEDs. Although still able to travel through cyberspace, Hoennian Porygon-Z displays unstable behavior as a result of faulty attempts to update its software. The behavior it displays is synonymous with that of malware, and as such, it is commonly blamed when computers get infected with it. Additionally, Hoennian Porygon-Z is capable of absorbing electricity the same way plants absorb sunlight, technically allowing it to artificially photosynthesize.

I'm kinda nitpicking but it would be nice to have the names of the submissions on the spoiler button or somewhere before because it's middly frustrating to have to click on the button to know what are your subs. Big fan of your Genesect btw.

Pokemon: Shaymin
Region: Kalos
New Type: Ground/Grass
New Ability: Sand Rush
New Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 (same as before)
New Moves: Earthquake, Shore Up, Mud Bomb, Bulldoze, Drill Run, Power Gem, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Fiery Dance, Will-o-Wisp (+14)
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Tailwind, Air Cutter, Ominous Wind (-4)
Overview: Shaymin in the Kalos region settled within the Kalosian badlands. They became more suited for the environment, by adopting the appearance of a desert shrub. When it needs to sleep, it burrows into the ground a ways, leaving just the shrub part showing. It's still drawn towards gratitude. (The sprite for it is a WIP)

Pokemon: Shaymin-Sky
Region: Kalos
New Type: Ground/Fire
New Ability: Levitate
New Stats: 100/93/75/130/75/127
New Moves: Earthquake, Shore Up, Mud Bomb, Bulldoze, Drill Run, Power Gem, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Fiery Dance, Will-o-Wisp (+14)
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Tailwind, Air Cutter, Ominous Wind (-4)
Overview: When Kalosian Shaymin are exposed to the Gracidea flower, their body becomes attuned to sunlight. While still capable of flight, Kalosian Shaymin-Sky are masters of the sun's heat, capable of throwing out flames almost as intense as Volcarona's. However, being frozen causes them to revert back to their regular form, just like their Sinnoan counterparts.

This is a question: Do you have to make an entire line if the final form(s) of said evolutionary line were introduced in a later region? For example, the Ralts line was introduced in Generation III, but Gallade, the second final form of the Ralts line, was introduced in Gen IV. I'm planning to make a Sinnoan Ralts line but I'm not entirely sure if I have to include the full line or if I can exclude Gallade from the submission.

Yes. If you start from an earlier point in the line for the split evolution, it must then include all later Pokemon within that line, including forms like Mega Evolutions. The exception would be Ultra Necrozma if you were to make a Cosmog variant, but even then Necrozma-Dawn-Wings or Necrozma-Dusk-Mane would need to have alternate versions. Thus, Sinnoan Ralts would not be possible, but Sinnoan Gardevoir would be.

Pokemon: Carnivine-Unova
New Typing: Grass/Water
New Ability: Stamina
New Stats: 74 / 85 / 92 / 75 / 92 / 36
New Moves: Scald, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Sticky Web, Aromatherapy, Rain Dance
Removed Moves: Sunny Day
Flavour: Native to the Great Marsh, Carnivines introduced to Unova quickly took to the Moor Of Icirrus, which is very similar - during spring and autumn, anyway. Summer and winter are different stories, with extreme seasonal swings from a heat that brings raging fires to a cold that freezes the smallest puddles. In response, these hardy Carnivines have adopted a more sedentary lifestyle; while they can still climb and fly, they much prefer to remain hunkered down in the bog where they're protected from the elements, and their sweet saliva has become sticky and partially aerosolised so they can simply leave their mouths open while hibernating and wake up to a breakfast buffet.
Design: Unovan Carnivines have much thicker, rounder vines than their Sinnoan form, but otherwise have only changed in behaviour. The only visible part is their always-open mouths, with the rest buried deep in the bog. Based on a sundew.

Carnivine-Unova @ Leftovers
Ability: Stamina
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold / Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Giga Drain / Knock Off
- Sticky Web / Defog
- Synthesis

Thanks to Stamina and Synthesis, Unovan Carnivine makes for a sturdy check to Ground and Water-types like Garchomp, Lando-T (without Z-Fly), Mega Swampert and Mega Gyarados and a reliable choice for hazard control. Leech Seed, Aromatherapy, Toxic and Sleep Powder are other good utility options.

Okay, I've got a couple legendary regional variant ideas floating around, so here goes:

169861

Hoennian Lugia
1554908588312.png
1554908599660.png

Multiscale / Drizzle
Stats -
106 HP / 100 Atk (+10) / 110 Def (-20) / 130 SpA (+30) / 134 SpD (-20) / 110 Spe
Added Moves - Origin Pulse, Liquidation, Dragon Dance, Outrage, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Scald, Draco Meteor, Water Spout, Refresh (+10)
Removed Moves - Aeroblast, Air Cutter, Dream Eater, Extrasensory, Gust, Future Sight, Psychic, Psycho Boost, Psyshock, Roost, Sky Attack, Sunny Day, Telekinesis, Wonder Room, Zen Headbutt (-15)

Long thought to be exclusive to the Johto region, recent expeditions to the Seafloor Cavern have confirmed a regional variant of Lugia exists in Hoenn. It looks far more draconic, and has several design influences from Kyogre (for example, the wings of Hoennian Lugia look like Kyogre's pectoral fins). These similarites to Kyogre, alongside Hoennian Lugia's proximity to Kyogre's resting place, have led scholars to speculate that Hoennian Lugia have some connection to Lugia; however, it is hotly debated if Hoennian Lugia are Kyogre's guardians, possible offspring of Kyogre, or possibly even ancient experiments to clone Kyogre.

Competitive Analysis - Hoennian Lugia, unlike its Johtonese counterpart, can actually do stuff other than sit around and toxic opponents thanks to its decent offensive stats, setup moves in Dragon Dance and Calm Mind, and useful ability in Drizzle. It's still good at stalling, though, thanks to its decent defensive typing and great bulk. Of course, a lack of resistances and an only decent super-effective coverage mean Hoennian Lugia is good, but not great, in the Ubers metagame.

Pokemon: Kalosian Palkia
New Typing:

New Abilities: No Guard | Steelworker
New Stats: 100 HP (+10) / 100 Atk (-20) / 110 Def (+10) / 150 SpA / 120 SpD / 100 Spe
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Mirror Shot, Metal Burst, Roost, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Air Slash, Hurricane, Steel Wings, Defog (+12)
Removed Moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Draco Meteor, Ancient Power, Dragon Claw, Clash, Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail, Fling, Liquidation, Water Pulse, Dragon Breath (-12)
Flavor/Design: Long ago, there was a feud between Dialga and Palkia in the Kalos region, wheras the ancient version of Tower of Mastery was vastly different and was used to be called "Tower of Mystery". However, Yveltal was at brink of death, and absorbed all life force around it even if it results the death of Dialga and Palkia. Arceus, noticing abnormality in time and space because of their death, reacted by sealing Yveltal until 2000 years later, and had to rewrite the universe in order to reincarnate Dialga and Palkia. However, what no one knows is that the husk of Palkia was found under the earth, and was revived by Xerneas' reincarnation. However, this Palkia's abilities had vastly changed, unable to control space to vast extent, but is able to develop its wings into more majestic yet more metallic.

Kalosian Palkia is thus revived, but with a notably more metallic body and is covered in diamond similarly to Dialga. The pearls, however, remained in Palkia and yet gained a much bluer coloring.

Competitive Usage: Kalosian Palkia is intended to focus more on Special Sweeping, and have better speed than Celesteela and Skarmory. After setting up with Autotomize, nothing can outspeed it except Priority moves, and both of its Abilities can be useful; No Guard allows for perfectly accurate Thunder, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Blizzard and of course, Hurricane, or Steelworker to make its Flash Cannon to hit even harder. It can also resist Flying, Dragon, Psychic, Fairy, Normal, and immunity of Ground, all common Ubers' STAB, but weakness of Fire and Electric leaves it at mercy of Primal Groudon, Zekrom, Reshiram and Ho-Oh (although Kalosian Palkia can outspeed non-Choice Scarf sets of the first three and can hit back hard with Earth Power). It can also be walled by Chansey/Blissey, but neither will survive for long after more than one Z-Heal Block-induced +2 Special Attack of Focus Blast, which you will not expect to miss if you go with No Guard.

Pokemon: Kalosian Dialga
New Typing:

New Abilities: Serene Grace | Cloud Nine
New Stats: 100 HP / 150 Atk (Swapped with SpA) / 140 Def (+20) / 100 SpA (Swapped with Atk, -20) / 95 SpD (-5) / 95 Spe (+5)
New Moves: Moonblast, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Waterfall, Surf, Hydro Pump, Scald, Liquidation, Water Pulse, Hone Claws, Dragon Dance, Magic Coat, Flare Blitz, Volt Tackle (+14)
Removed Moves: Flash Cannon, Autotomize, Iron Defense, Metal Burst, Scary Face, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Draco Meteor, Slash, Dragon Breath, Ancient Power, Magnet Rise, Fire Blast, Thunder (-14)
Flavor/Design: Same story with Kalosian Palkia: Feud during ancient Kalos, Yvetlal absorbed their life forces despite the danger it will cause to the universe, Arceus intervened and made one new Dialga and Palkia, and this time, Dialga is revived by Xerneas' reincarnation in the Azure Bay.

Kalosian Dialga's have its body that have its metallic armor lost, but is instead covered by magical coral of sorts while also covered in pearls. The central diamon remained intact but gained a pink hue.

Competitive Usage: Kalosian Dialga is the opposite of Kalosian Palkia in multiple ways; slightly slower, is a Physical attacker and have Fairy (to reflect Kalosian Palkia having Flying that reflect from one of Yveltal's typings, Flying). Kalosian Dialga's base stats are almost the same to Groudon's, but with slightly higher Speed by comparison. It can also set up with either Bulk Up, Hone Claws or Dragon Dance and can exploit secondary effects from Liquidation and Play Rough with Serene Grace. Cloud Nine is more situational as it will not benefit from Rain with this Ability, but in turn allows it to OHKO Primal Groudon with Liquidation despite the Desolate Land effects. If you feels particularly nasty, then Serene Grace + Scald can also provide severe annoyance for physical oriented threats. That said, it can be at mercy from revenge killers like Mega Mewtwo Y, Mega Gengar (although it will not appreciate Earthquake) and Arceus.

If there is something wrong, please give me a reply about it.

Same gimmick as last time
