Anyone that's played versus this thing, either in Revelationmons or OU knows this thing is broken. Electro Shot becomes STAB here, and it also has STAB Body Press now that it can spam in conjunction with Stamina. But generally just Electro Shot.

Unlike Archaludon, Darkrai is dumb for a different reason. While Dark-type Ice Beam and Psychic are both really strong and 4 attacks Life Orb has very few answers while Nasty Plot handles balance teams consistently, Hypnosis is the nail in the coffin. It's not as broken as Archaludon, but it is super unhealthy and has gotten the boot as a result.

Hey, so, what if we took Gouging Fire, but gave it better STAB moves. For context, those moves are Heat Crash and Earthquake now actually being good with Flare Blitz (or Heat Crash) on offensive DD sets, while defensive DD has a bit more flexibility with its moves. Having better STAB flexibility just makes it super unhealthy to answer, though, since Dragon Heat Crash has different answers to Fire Heat Crash.

Watch top level SV OU and you'll get why. Nothing changes here bar mixed Dragon Dance having a better Ice STAB in Body Slam and a few faster answers in Dusk Lycanroc and Extreme Speed Pokemon like Hisuian Arcanine and Lucario being good.

Originally this wasn't banned because of Tera being banned. Blood Moon is still dumb, though, and the lack of Tera doesn't solve the issue; rather, it makes it harder to answer Blood Moon.
===================

Superpower is by far the biggest buff Enamorus got from Revelationmons, but each set has major limitations - Choice Item means its locked into one move, Heavy-Duty Boots is weak and somewhat slow in comparison to other Pokemon, and mixed is even weaker. Saying it's not good is obviously wrong, though, and special sets are still good, but it's not strong enough to warrant a ban.

Facade being STAB makes Gliscor incredibly, incredibly strong, not to mention it's already extremely good regularly and Knock Off can also be STAB if it chooses to drop Facade for Toxic. Spikes also force limited counterplay thanks to Gen 9's reduced hazard clearing options, but it's not impossible to answer and its recovery is still not as perfect as it would like, not to mention Iron Defense Body Press Corviknight and Skarmory are is two of the best Pokemon in the tier.

While it is incredibly strong thanks to Poison-type Acrobatics in conjunction with its regular Close Combat and Throat Chop, the tier has better ways to pressure it out of setting up in the form of Pokemon like Great Tusk, Gliscor, Corviknight, Skarmory, and Landorus-Therian alongside a lack of Terastallization to help it get through its checks more consistently.
We'll still keep the Pokemon that weren't banned on the watchlist, but for now expect this to be all the action for the first week. We are also watching Zamazenta-C, Urshifu-RS, and Kingambit still, but we don't expect these to be over-the-top right now. We hope everyone has fun over the next month, and expect a ton of teams from me over a wide range of playstyles to help ease players into the tier!
