The Speed EVs allow me to outspeed Adamant Lucario as well as Naive Heatran. I always beat Lead Heatran and can 2hko metagross. He can be a reliable counter to Lucario later in the game too, if it isn't running ice punch. I can scout with u-turn, which comes in handy against azelf, allowing scizor to easily pick it off. And when i bring him in on electric attacks, to check for hp ice, etc. Whats so great is that it maintains its role as a wall, its got enough speed to use stealth rocks and u-turn effectively and frequently scores me kills.

Pursuit
The team being so neutral to rock types lead my decision to make scizor 252 hp over speed an easy one. The health helps him get in and out more times while still having the power to finish things off and devastate others. U-turn works well here because the main counters to scizor (Gyarados, Heatran, Rotom) can met by Celebi Kingdra or Snorlax before they have a chance to attack keeping the pressure on my side of the field.

Psychic
Celebi is a god, curing me of Machamp, Breloom, Gyarados, CM Jirachi, baton pass teams, and anything that likes to hide behind a sub fairly easily. He's defensive enough to be a big pain in the neck, espeically with recover. Perish song really comes in handy here forcing switches which means it can be REALLY hard to sweep this team. There is enough physical bulk to make sure Celebi doesnt get caught having to face a U-turn. Psychic's occasional special defense drop is a dream for Rotom and kingdra who will more than likely be switched in to face heatrans and scizors (who will definitely U-turn after recieving one).

Fire punch
Snorlax can come in on most special attacks and begin his cursing. With Celebi, Rotom-h, and Gliscor as 'fighting-move' support he can be very successful at it. I generally like to scout with him first, hoping to land a paralysis with body slam because he isnt hard to bring in to play but if fighting types are still lurking about they can be taken care of by the ladder three or rendered useless by a lucky hax from snorlax on the switch. Because of rest Snorlax is a descent Status collector too which makes him handy, especially since most pokemon that carry status moves also carry special attacks.

Kingdra usually gets the ball rolling for me. It is quite easy for Kingdra to disembowl a few of the opponents pokemon, and he is really easy to switch onto the field with only 1 weakness. Once Kingdra is done it's thing, the remaining synergy on this team doesn't have much problem cleaning up. Kingdra also puts pokemon with killing rangge for Scizors bullet punch like jirachi, metagross, gyarados, etc.)

Rotom's Purpose is to provide all the bulk in places Celebi can't. He also comes in handy at blocking the oppenents rapid spin. If i Catch T-tars with WoW rotom can survive a pursuit and i will have plenty of options to choose from to take care of him. shadowball is his seconday STAB hit, but the occasionally special defense drop can be kindgdra heaven turning some near ohko into guarantee's.
Looking for possible weaknesses in the team. thanks.
