My team revolves around breaking down enemy defenses with super-effective attacks, taking out walls and Baton Passing Rock Polish to Rayquaza so he is fast enough to boost his attack sky high with Swords Dance and sweep away with Extremespeed and Outrage.

-Ice Beam

Countersash Deoxys-A is an utter nightmare, taking out opposing Pokes with super-effective attacks while being able to sustain one fatal blow. Ice Beam takes care of Groudon and Rayquaza while Thunder is effective against Kyogre, Lugia, and Ho-oh. Superpower wrecks Tyranitar, Darkrai, and Dialga. Counter in conjunction with Focus Sash allows it to sustain damage from Extremespeeds or Pursuits while OHKOing the opposition with their own actions. Deoxys-A will usually take out at the very least, one or two opposing Pokes.

The lack of a damaging move bothers me, but Baton Passing Mew proves insanely powerful, making rather slow Pokes on my team, such as Rayquaza, Groudon, and Dialga into speed machines. Hypnosis and Taunt make countering the pass extremely difficult for the opposition.

Prime recipient of Baton Passes. Rock Polish boosts Rayquaza's insufficient 95 base speed to a whooping 190. Have Mew BP Rock Polishes to Rayquaza when facing...anything that doesn't pack Ice Beam in it's arsenal really. Even if the opposition has Ice Beam, a Focus Sash will save Rayquaza just in time to sweep back at the opponent with a devastating Outrage/Extremespeed. Sash allows Rayquaza to boost its overwhelming attack even higher with Swords Dance without the fear of being nuked by an Ice attack. If Rayquaza is working independently of BP'ed Rock Polishes, an SD Extremespeed can still tear through teams. SD Outrage if you're feeling lucky, but not recommended without Mew support. Earthquake takes care of Steels and Lucario.

Support Groudon. Stealth Rocks allows boosted Rayquaza Extremespeeds to OHKO much more often as well as heightening the offensive prowess of the team as an whole. Dragon Claw for Rayquaza, Lati@s, and other Dragons and Earthquake for a powerful STAB off Groudon's sky high attack. Toxic breaks down walls for a cleaner sweep.

Bulk Up Dialga variant. I mainly use this to eat up status effects, especially Dark Voids. Bulk Up makes Dialga incredibly resilient and in tandem with ResTalk, gives it great staying power. Dragon Claw for STAB.
