[OVERVIEW]
Roggenrola might seem appealing as a switch-in to Brave Bird and Flying-types with its high Defense and ability to then force them out after a Weak Armor boost to set up Stealth Rock, but Onix performs the exact same role much more effectively. Other than having a lower Attack stat, Onix has far superior Speed, better defenses, a better movepool, and a Ground-typing that lets it switch in on pivoting Volt Switch users and deal significant damage to Fighting-types with STAB Earthquake. Roggenrola falls flat against any decently fast special attacker and cannot outspeed most Choice Scarf users even after a Weak Armor boost.

[SET]
name: Weak Armor
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Rock Blast
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Explosion
item: Eviolite
ability: Weak Armor
nature: Jolly
evs: 156 Atk / 76 Def / 76 SpD / 156 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Roggenrola's best bet is to come in on resisted physical hits, primarily Flying-types, to gain a Weak Armor boost and force them out in order to freely set up Stealth Rock. However, Onix completely outclasses Roggenrola as a Stealth Rock user due to its greater Speed, Ground-typing, and better general utility.

oh boy...

Mention how it can switch into Brave Bird's specifically, it sorta does that well I guess.

This thing's main job should be to set rocks. It's not going to be able to check flying types, but maybe chip them down enough where it won't matter. Remove the SturdyJuice line, it's got 22 HP, lowering your HP to get into sturdyjuice range is not worth it for a pseduo mon.

Mention why Gravity is on this set, because right now I have no idea why either.

Mention somewhere that Onix's ground typing also gives it STAB on EQ. Otherwise, this looks fine to me.
