Nasty Plot allows Rotom-C to serve as a setup sweeper by beating Pokemon such as Hatterene, Bisharp, and Excadrill after a boost, while Subsitute also allows it to set up on status users such as Seismitoad, Pokemon that are unable to deal significant damage to Rotom-C such as Toxapex, and forced switches, as well as helping against Bisharp's Sucker Punch. Thunderbolt is valuable coverage that hits Pokemon such as Corviknight and Toxapex for super effective damage, as well as Pokemon like Aegislash, Bisharp, Jirachi, Salazzle, and Galarian Weezing neutrally. Morpeko can also break screens, which limit Rotom-C’s sweeping potential, with Psychic Fangs.

Our bad for letting this sit for so long, but lets update stuff for Post-Home shall we?

As general updates per Pokemon Home content:
-Add Zeraora (and maybe Pinchurchin) somewhere as a teammate.
-Zeraora especially should have a mention for being able to threaten Dragon and Steel teams, also considering Sticky Web support.
-A mention of Kyurem-B somewhere, perhaps as a replacement for Duraludon as that "stronger offensive Pokemon".
-It may be worth removing Dracozolt as a team option here as Zeraora does its function, but way better and with greater consistency.

As a check to the remainder of the analysis:
-Mamoswine is a shaky Ground-type to state as a Pokemon that has "trouble revenge killing it", since that is contingent on the fact that Rotom-C already has a Substitute up. Perhaps change the wording of that sentence?
-What is meant by "Gardevoir at +2?" Please clarify the boost.
-Not completely sure how Hydreigon is threatened by Choice Scarf Dracozolt under Sticky Web as it has Levitate. I'd either change the Pokemon example or rearrange the wording to make Dracozolt threatening Hydreigon plausible.

Maybe mention something like Jirachi or Aegislash that Thunderbolt hits since Electric doesn't struggle with Corviknight and Toxapex.

Mention Choice Scarf Excadrill as a Pokemon Alolan Raichu outspeeds and threatens in terrain.

I'd personally remove Lanturn, I don't think it has a place on Electric teams anymore. If you want to keep it change the "last but not least" part because you talk about Alolan Raichu and Pincurchin afterwards.

Would add Morpeko in teammates, pretty strong wallbreaker and great against Psychic and Ghost.
