[SET COMMENTS]
Heavy-Duty Boots and Levitate give Rotom-F many opportunities to come into battle, where it can use its high Special Attack and great STAB combination to deal significant damage to nearly the entire tier. Rotom-F is an excellent wallbreaker, but this set is not intended to sweep; its low Speed and numerous weaknesses mean that it is revenged by common Pokemon like Rapidash and the Silvally formes. Nasty Plot allows Rotom-F to break through the special walls that are able to withstand its attacks, such as Clefairy, Alcremie, and Galarian Stunfisk. Volt Switch lets Rotom-F pivot throughout the game and KO Pokemon such as Wishiwashi and Choice Band Sawk at +2 without giving the opponent an opportunity to revenge it. Defog is a usable option for teams that do not have another form of entry hazard removal, while Pain Split gives Rotom-F some form of recovery; with a naturally low HP stat and no HP investment, it is also able to seriously damage healthy defensive Pokemon. Finally, Will-O-Wisp can also be used in the fourth slot; it is able to cripple physically offensive Pokemon that could otherwise switch in and threaten it, such as Togedemaru, Piloswine, and Silvally-Steel.

This Rotom-F set fits best on offense or bulky offense teams because Nasty Plot enables it to break through common defensive cores and Volt Switch allows it to chip the opponent's team and bring in other powerful wallbreakers. Rotom-F is often revenged by Fighting-type Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Sawk and Toxicroak, so teammates that can switch into them, such as Cofagrigus and Garbodor, are good partners for it; these two, as well as other hazard setters like Ferroseed and Qwilfish, can also help Rotom-F wear down opposing teams with their entry hazard support. Rotom-F also appreciates partners that can switch into Fire-types; Wishiwashi and Silvally-Water can do this while also forming VoltTurn cores with it. It also appreciates opportunities to come in safely, especially if it does not run Pain Split. Teleport Clefairy can do this while also giving Rotom-F recovery with Wish, and Wishiwashi and Lanturn can pivot out of Grass-types with U-turn and Volt Switch and bring in Rotom-F to threaten them. Sandaconda appreciates its ability to take on Grass-types; in return, it can spread paralysis while also being a serviceable check to the physical Fire- and Fighting-types that threaten Rotom-F.

[SET COMMENTS]
A utility set enables Rotom-F to cripple its checks and remove entry hazards while retaining its good offensive presence and ability to pivot. Will-O-Wisp allows Rotom-F to cripple Togedemaru and Piloswine, two Pokemon commonly used by offensive teams to switch into it. Defog allows Rotom to remove hazards for its team, a role it performs particularly well because Rotom-F's Blizzard, Will-O-Wisp, and immunity to Ground and entry hazards scare out all Stealth Rock setters except Clefairy. If Rotom-F's team already has hazard removal, however, Pain Split can be used to give it somewhat reliable recovery.

This set functions on offense and balance teams that appreciate Rotom-F's fast Defog and usefulness as a pivot. Rotom-F draws in special walls such as Alcremie, Galarian Stunfisk, and Clefairy. Thus, Pokemon that take advantage of them are good partners; Silvally-Steel and Garbodor are both able to use Alcremie and Clefairy to set up Swords Dance and set up Spikes, respectively. Rapidash and Silvally-Fire are both able to set up against specially defensive Fairy-types and threaten Galarian Stunfisk, and they appreciate Rotom-F's ability to cripple mutual checks like Piloswine and Togedemaru with Will-O-Wisp. Rotom-F also appreciates Pokemon that can take on the Fire-types and Fighting-types that can outspeed and KO it. Wishiwashi is a great partner because it walls most Fire-types and is able to use U-turn to bring Rotom-F in against Grass-types. Cofagrigus and Garbodor are able to beat most of the tier's Fighting-types and can freely use a boosting move and set Spikes, respectively, against the Choice-locked Fighting-types that threaten Rotom-F.

Heavy-Duty(This needs a hyphen) Boots and Levitate give Rotom-Frost Rotom-F (please change all instances of Rotom-Frost to Rotom-F) many opportunities to come into battle, where it can use its high Special Attack and great STAB combination to deal significant damage to nearly the entire tier. Rotom-Frost is an excellent wallbreaker, but this set is not intended to sweep; its low Speed tier and numerous weakness mean that it is revenged by common Pokemon like Rapidash and the Silvally formes. Nasty Plot allows Rotom-Frost to break through the specially defensive walls that are able to withstand its attacks, such as Clefairy, Alcremie, and Stunfisk-Galar. STAB Blizzard and Volt Switch form the infamous BoltBeam combination, which gives Rotom-Frost neutral coverage against every Pokemon in the tier except for Togedemaru, Piloswine, and Lanturn. (if anything, just remove the talk about STAB BoltBeam into that first sentence where you talk about how oppressive this thing's offensive presence is; otherwise, I think this sentence isn't too necessary) Thunderbolt is used so that Rotom-Frost has access to an Electric-type STAB attack that does not force it to switch out, ensuring that it does not need to be forced out if the opponent baits an Electric-type attack. (in my opinion it's more that it lets you more reliably deal with Ice-resistant stuff and is much more spammable than Blizzard because of its perfect accuracy) A second Electric-type STAB is convenient, but it is not strictly necessary; therefore, Defog is a usable option for teams that do not have another form of hazard removal. Will-o-Wisp can also be used in the fourth slot; it is able to cripple the most prominent Pokemon that resist both its STAB attacks, Togedemaru and Piloswine, while also deterring aggressive switch-ins from Pokemon like Choice Scarf Sawk and Toxicroak that would be able to survive one of Rotom-Frost's attacks and OHKO it in return. (this should be a sentence about Pain Split)

This Rotom-Frost set fits best on offense or bulky offense teams, so partners that make up those playstyles are good partners (This doesn't really tell the reader anything; it's assumed that you'd pair it with other Pokemon that go on these archetypes. I'd rather you talk about why Rotom-F is a good fit on these types of teams). Rotom-Frost is often revenged by Fighting-type Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Sawk and Toxicroak, so teammates that can switch into them, such as Cofagrigus and Garbodor, are good partners for it. Rotom-Frost also appreciates partners that can switch into Fire-types, such as Wishiwashi, Silvally-Water, and Drampa. <it appears you meant to name a Pokemon here but did not> can do this while also forming VoltTurn cores with Rotom-Frost, while Drampa can use Fire-types as an opportunity to wallbreak. It appreciates opportunities to come in safely; Teleport Clefairy is able to do this while also giving Rotom-Frost recovery with Wish, and Wishiwashi and Lanturn can VoltTurn out of the Grass-types and bring in Rotom-Frost to threaten them. Rotom-Frost partners well with Spikes users because it is able to force lots of switches and, with entry hazards up, can effectively wear down the opposing team. Spikes also significantly weaken the few Rotom-Frost switch-ins in the tier, particularly Stunfisk-Galar and Lanturn, due to their lack of reliable recovery. Thus, Garbodor is an especially good partner for Rotom-Frost. Sticky Web support from Orbeetle can help this Rotom-Frost set sweep opposing teams, letting it outspeeds Choice Scarf Indeedee and Toxicroak, two of the most common Choice Scarf users; although it remains slower than Choice Scarf Togedemaru and Boots Rapidash, this support is still effective. (generalize to entry hazard support in general being good for wearing down checks and talk about how Sandaconda and Galarian Stunfisk can also provide paralysis support. you can put emphasis on Spikes support in that sentence if you wish. something like "Entry hazards, Spikes in particular, are helpful because Rotom-F is great at forcing switches, and they help weaken its switch-ins. <and then there something about the other support given by these hazards setter>)

A Utility utility set enables Rotom-Frost to cripple its checks and remove hazards while retaining its good offensive presence and its ability to pivot; however, the loss of Nasty Plot makes it unable to break through special walls such as Clefairy (cross referencing sets = bad). Will-O-Wisp allows Rotom-Frost to cripple Togedemaru and Piloswine, two Pokemon commonly used by offensive teams to switch into Rotom-Frost. Volt Switch is used over Thunderbolt because pivoting out of the special walls that this Rotom-Frost set cannot break is far more important than the slight increase in power Thunderbolt provides, particularly since this Rotom set has nearly no Special Attack investment, and Blizzard completes Rotom-Frost's potent STAB combination. (I think it's reasonable enough to assume why Volt Switch is used here over Thunderbolt, and talking about its STAB combo here doesn't feel worthwhile) Defog allows Rotom to remove hazards for its team, a role it performs particularly well because it scares out all Stealth Rock setters except Clefairy with Blizzard and Will-O-Wisp. (it's also because of its immunity to hazards courtesy of the broken Boots + Levitate) If Rotom-Frost's team already has hazard removal, however, Pain Split can be used to give it somewhat reliable recovery. 248 EVs are invested in HP, which makes a big difference for Rotom-Frost's bulk due to its low base HP stat. For instance, max HP Rotom-Frost is never 2HKOd by Wishiwashi's Liquidation, whereas uninvested Rotom-Frost nearly always is.

Without Nasty Plot, (this more or less qualifies as cross referencing between sets, which is a no-go) Rotom-Frost is unable to break through special walls with reliable recovery, such as Alcremie, Galarian Stunfisk, and Clefairy. (this variant is really kinda passive and struggles even versus those without reliable recovery) Thus, Pokemon that take advantage of them are good partners; Perrserker and Garbodor are both able to do this, using these Fairy-types to Swords Dance or attack and set up Spikes respectively. Silvally-Fire is also able to set up against those specially defensive Fairy-types and appreciates Rotom-Frost's ability to cripple checks like Piloswine and Togedemaru with Will-O-Wisp, although it is typically used on more offensive teams that do not like utility Rotom-Frost's reduced breaking power. (offense teams still employ Rotom-F a fair bit because fast Defog = good, also make sure these examples accommodate for the expanded scope of Pokemon Rotom-F struggles with) Rotom-Frost also appreciates Pokemon that can take on the Fire-types and Fighting-types that can KO it and often outspeed it. Wishiwashi is a great partner because it walls most Fire-types and is able to use U-turn to bring Rotom-Frost in against the Grass-types that check Wishiwashi; it also fits well on the balance teams that this utility Rotom-Frost set is most suitable for. (talk about team stuff at the beginning and still mention offense builds because well, this set is good on them) Cofagrigus and the aforementioned Garbodor are able to beat most of the tier's Fighting-types and can freely use a boosting move or set Spikes, respectively, against the Choice-locked Fighting-types that threaten Rotom-Frost.

Pain Split is also a usable option to give Rotom-F some form of recovery; with a naturally low HP stat and no HP investment, it is also able to seriously damage healthy defensive Pokemon on the opponent's team. Heavy-Duty Boots and Levitate give Rotom-F many opportunities to come into battle, where it can use its high Special Attack and great STAB combination to deal significant damage to nearly the entire tier. Rotom-F is an excellent wallbreaker, but this set is not intended to sweep; its low Speed tier and numerous weakness weaknesses mean that it is revenged by common Pokemon like Rapidash and the Silvally formes. Nasty Plot allows Rotom-F to break through the specially defensive special walls that are able to withstand its attacks, such as Clefairy, Alcremie, and Stunfisk-Galar Galarian Stunfisk. Although it seems unusual for a set-up Pokemon to use Volt Switch, it is useful on Volt Switch lets Rotom-F so that it can pivot throughout the game and KO Pokemon such as Wishiwashi and Choice Banded Band Sawk at +2 without giving the opponent an opportunity to revenge it. Defog is a usable option for teams that do not have another form of entry hazard removal,(AC) while Pain Split is also a usable option to give gives Rotom-F some form of recovery; with a naturally low HP stat and no HP investment, it is also able to seriously damage healthy defensive Pokemon. Finally, Will-O-Wisp can also be used in the fourth slot; it is able to cripple physically offensive Pokemon that could otherwise switch in and threaten it, such as Togedemaru, Piloswine, and Choice Scarf Sawk and Toxicroak Silvally-Steel. (these two get blasted by Rotom-F's attacks, whereas Silvally-Steel can at least pivot into Blizzard and threaten a 2HKO with Multi-Attack)

This Rotom-F set fits best on offense or bulky offense teams because Nasty Plot enables it to break through common defensive cores and Volt Switch allows it to chip the opponent's team and bring in other powerful wallbreakers. For instance, this Rotom-F is never 2HKOd by Wishiwashi's Liquidation, whereas uninvested Rotom-F nearly always is.

This set functions on offense and balance teams that appreciate Rotom-F's fast Defog (RC) ability to freely switch into hazards with Heavy-Duty Boots (RC, this isn't really too important) and usefulness as a pivot. Rotom-F draws in special walls such as Alcremie, Galarian Stunfisk, and Clefairy. Thus, Pokemon that take advantage of them are good partners; Perrserker Silvally-Steel and Garbodor are both able to use Alcremie and Clefairy to set up Swords Dance or attack and set up Spikes,(AC) respectively. Rapidash and Silvally-Fire are both able to set up against those specially defensive Fairy-types and threaten Galarian Stunfisk, and they appreciate Rotom-F's ability to cripple mutual checks like Piloswine and Togedemaru with Will-O-Wisp. Rotom-F also appreciates Pokemon that can take on the Fire-types and Fighting-types that can outspeed and KO it. Wishiwashi is a great partner because it walls most Fire-types and is able to use U-turn to bring Rotom-F in against Grass-types. Cofagrigus and the aforementioned Garbodor are able to beat most of the tier's Fighting-types and can freely use a boosting move or and set Spikes, respectively, against the Choice-locked Fighting-types that threaten Rotom-F. Its average damage output, use of status moves, and Fighting-type weakness make it a big target for Bulk Up Gurdurr. Specially offensive partners that can switch into and defeat it, such as Shiinotic and Alcremie, can mitigate this problem. (Gurdurr cannot safely set up versus Rotom-F, especially with the EV changes)
