Announcement

So seeing the behaviour of the overall signups we can confirm plenty of teams, pretty much 9:

India, China, Brazil, Europe, France, US East, US South, Canada are pretty much a given at this point due to the amount of signups necessary to form a team (11). Right now US West and US MidWest/Central looks like they wont have enough signups on their own so right now I will officially merge this to turn into US Mid&West. LA would make the 10th team but I believe it requires just 1 more signup to complete.

And that would give us 10 teams! So right now I will see what happens tomorrow but for the teams in question it is safe to announce their respective rosters. Go for it everyone!

I will leave it open to see if it would be possible to reach 12 teams somehow but... we shall see.
