obii never particularly agreed to a time vs TraceofLife, and by the time a sub request was made, TraceofLife was unable to play due to his aids timezone
It can be argued that perhaps the Flygon's management should have contacted their opposition regarding their player's availability. Regardless, however, the most sensible course of action in this instance is to rule this a dead game, which inherently benefits the Flygons.
