- The respective top 2 of each of the bigger pools will advance. Pretty simple.
- 4th best record and Winner of the 3rd Pool will advance to a special knockout stage to determine who is going to advance to the semi-finals stage, which is the top 4, giving 45.45% of the competition chance to advance to the next round, less than 60% of the rest of the competition. This is where it is very important to have the best record possible since in order to give the smaller 3rd pool an opportunity to advance to fight until the end, the 4th best record will have to duke it out with the winner of the smaller pool.
- So in summary, top 2 from each bigger pool, and top 1 from the forced 3 teams pool so make sure to play all your games for better differential, it will definitely matter here!
- Points will be the most important aspect on the standings so every win 2 earn 2 points, loses earn no points and do affect the differential as mentioned above
- Between the pools stage, the special knockout stage, and semis and finals these tournament should take 6 and no more 7 weeks barring special circumstances. The meta should be stable for the duration of the tournament even with the DLC dropping in roughly 1 week.

And given the massive frame, the records will be archived in a spreadsheet that will be updated constantly so it is easier to keep track of everything and the spreadsheet will be divided into the respective tiers with the 11 players in question. Through the convoluted history of this tournament there have been clear tendencies of competent teams through all editions, so the 3rd pool will be composed of the teams with less fortunate history in the tournament. The 3rd pool will be composed of: China, France, and Asia
First Round for the pools will last 3 weeks from now so the deadline will be on September 3rd at 11:59 PM GMT -5
