Megan Fox had one, go find that

Edit: Here you go:

[Overview]

  • Went through few changes in Gen 5, pretty much the same Salamence as Gen 4
  • Still an efficient Rayquaza partner, deadly when partnered up
  • Its combination of Intimidate, Roost and 100 Base speed means its not outclassed by Rayqauza. This means that it can function on its own
[SET]
name: Dragon Dance
move 1: Outrage
move 2: Earthquake
move 3: Dragon Dance
move 4: Roost
item: Life Orb
nature: Jolly
evs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Set Comments:

  • Deadly Sweeper outspeeding every unscarfed Pokemon in the Metagame (bar Deoxys-S)
  • Outrage and Earthquake hit everything in the Metagame except for Skarmory and Shedinja for neutral damage.
  • Roost allows it to heal back its health and stall out lower PP moves
Additional Comments:

  • Fire Blast can be used to roast Skarmory and Nattorei
Teammates & Counters:

  • A Rapid spinner is recommended so Salamence doesn't take Stealth Rock damage
  • Steel-types to take Dragon- and Ice-type attacks coming from the opponent are helpful
  • Magnezone can trap and kill Steel-types
  • Rayquaza can team with Salamence and can weaken Salamences counters
  • Skarmory walls Salamence and can set up hazards against it
  • Lugia or Cresselia can hit it with Ice Beam after taking a +1 Outrage
  • Groudon can take a +1 Outrage and Dragon Claw / Stone Edge
  • Scizor can take a hit and attack with a Choice Banded Bullet Punch
  • Evolution Stone Porygon2 is an excellent counter being able to bounce Intimidate back
[SET]
name: Mixed Dragon Dance
move 1: Dance Dance
move 2: Outrage
move 3: Draco Meteor
move 4: Fire Blast
item: Life Orb
nature: Naive
evs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Set Comments:

  • Deadly Sweeper outspeeding every unscarfed Pokemon in the Metagame (bar Deoxys-S)
  • Outrage and Fireblast hit everything in the Metagame except for Heatran
  • Being Mixed, it can attack heavily on both sides of the spectrum
Additional Comments:

  • A Hasty nature can be used if taking Special Attacks is more important
Teammates & Counters:

  • A Rapid spinner is recommended so Salamence doesn't take Stealth Rock damage
  • Steel-types to take Dragon- and Ice-type attacks coming from the opponent are helpful
  • Magnezone can trap and kill Steel-types
  • Rayquaza can team with Salamence and can weaken Salamences counters
  • Lugia or Cresselia can hit it with Ice Beam after taking a +1 Outrage
  • Groudon can take a +1 Outrage and Dragon Claw / Stone Edge
  • Scizor pick off Salamence with a Choice Banded Bullet Punch
  • Heatran walls this set entirely
  • Groudon can power up Fire Blast with sunlight
  • Evolution Stone Porygon2 is an excellent counter being able to bounce Intimidate back
[Team Options]

  • Steel-types resist all of Salamences weaknesses
  • Magnezone can trap and kill Steel-types that may cause Mence some problems
  • Wobbuffet can trap and kill faster Pokemon as well as give Mence a free setup opportunity
  • Nattorei can handle Scarf Palkia who you Speed Tie
  • A Rapid spinner is recommended so Salamence doesn't take Stealth Rock damage
[Optional Changes]

  • Claw Sharpen along with Dragon Rush can be viable since its accuracy is boosted but seems overall inferior to Dragon Dance
  • Can run a Bulky Wish support set
[Counters]

  • Lugia or Cresselia can hit it with Ice Beam after taking a +1 Outrage
  • Groudon can take a +1 Outrage and Dragon Claw / Stone Edge
  • Scizor pick off Salamence with a Choice Banded Bullet Punch
  • Heatran walls Mix Dragon Dance and Skarmory and Shedinja wall Dragon Dance
  • Evolution Stone Porygon2 is an excellent counter being able to bounce Intimidate back
[Dream World]

  • Salamence obtains Overconfidence in Dream World. This ability can be extremely useful because Mences attack raises for every Pokemon it knocks out. This means that Salamence will be more threatening as its Sweep goes on.
