Most important learnset observation that I have not seen celebrated:
Lokix does, in fact, get Low Kick.
Also, with Chilling Water getting a TM, it seems like it's probably gonna be the ready-made replacement for Scald as part of the War on Stall? Devs probably realized that a guaranteed but removable attack drop is a significantly lower payoff than a burn that renders a `mon useless for a whole match.
Finally, as I've seen a few others note, the replacement of Hail with Snowstorm is huge in making that weather useful by making it ready made for partial weather teams. Almost an anti-weather weather, since you can replace whatever weather your opponent may want with Snowstorm without having to over constrain your team to avoid consequences.
Edit to avoid double post:
Will be curious to see the broader impacts of terastylizing on some of the baked-in type features (i.e. the notes about a Ghost that terastylizes into something else not getting the Ghost-only Curse behavior). Seems likely that, say, a Fire type that terastylizes into another type would no longer be immune to Burn. I, for one, am looking forward to the low-tier dominance of Normal teratyped Flareon.
