If you would be so kind, there are 2 new categories of moves thanks to new abilities: Cutting moves boosted by Sharpness, and wind moves that trigger Wind Power/Wind Rider. Do you think you can check for possible moves with these flags? We know aqua cutter is a cutting move and hurricane is a wind one, if that helps.
Are Gust, Wing Attack and Fly "wind moves"? I did see a new flag that these moves all used, which could be it.
EDIT: Also, can you provide a screenshot of the game showing off the "cutting move" and "wind move" text?

I would be really surprised if Chloroblast didn't have the explosion tag.
That's interesting of so. I always considered Wing Attack and Fly to get their power from the impact of hitting the foe, not the "wind" they creat.
Do you also expect Tera Blast to have it? Or Rock Blast?
Terra blast doesn't cut your HP a fixed amount of HP like mindblown of explosion, chloroblast does.
Better to not get swept up in a copium storm. Assume the worst until it’s confirmed.

So does Damp block Steel Beam too considering it does the same as Mind Blown and Chloroblast?

My point was that its both mechanicly and aestheticly close to explosion and mindblown.

We have the description of the abilities :
| Wind Rider | Boosts the Pokémon's Attack stat if Tailwind takes effect or if the Pokémon is hit by a wind move. The Pokémon also takes no damage from wind moves. |
| Wind Power | The Pokémon becomes charged when it is hit by a wind move, boosting the power of the next Electric-type move the Pokémon uses. |
| Sharpness | Powers up slicing moves. |
The first two are also procced by Tailwind.
And for the last I imagine Psycho Cut, Leaf Blade, Aqua Cutter, Night Slash etc count.
Chloroblaast doesn't either. It's Electrode mass ejecting chlorophyll at the foe in a beam, like how Steel Beam has the Pokémon fire an energy beam made of steel from the user's body.
Oh my bad then. The name is a bit misleading when combined with its mechanic.
I mean, Bulletproof blocks every Blast moves... except Moonblast. So yeah, the names don't mean crap to them.
