SPOILERS! Scarlet & Violet Leaks Thread - Data/Mechanics

Field54 appears to be for "slicing" moves?
List:
Code:
Cut
Razor Leaf
Slash
Fury Cutter
Air Cutter
Aerial Ace
Leaf Blade
Night Slash
Air Slash
X-Scissor
Psycho Cut
Cross Poison
Sacred Sword
Razor Shell
Solar Blade
Behemoth Blade
Stone Axe
Ceaseless Edge
Population Bomb
Kowtow Cleave
Bitter Blade
Aqua Cutter
Wind moves:
Code:
Gust
Whirlwind
Blizzard
Icy Wind
Sandstorm
Twister
Heat Wave
Air Cutter
Tailwind
Hurricane
Petal Blizzard
Fairy Wind
Springtide Storm
Bleakwind Storm
Windbolt Storm
Sandsear Storm

So you are telling they are introducing Wind and Cut attributes in the same generation and decided Razor Wind is neither?

I've made one last change to the move data CSV for today, which is adding the Inflict data - anything that pkNX has a name for, the paste should now also have a name for. Anything with a "Field" prefix is new to SV.
Also, something I was confused about - pkNX has two fields, "HitMin" and "HitMax", but the value for "HitMin" is usually 5, and the value for "HitMax" is usually 2. Does pkNX mislabel these, or are the fields actually like this?

Code:
Basculegion (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Last Respects
- Flip Turn
- Liquidation / Wave Crash
- Superpower

252+ Atk Choice Band Basculegion Last Respects (3 Allies Defeated) vs. 252 HP / 136 Def (Jolly) Garchomp: 439-517 (104.5 - 123%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Basculegion Last Respects (4 Allies Defeated) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def (Impish) Ferrothorn: 360-424 (102.2 - 120.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Basculegion Last Respects (5 Allies Defeated) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def (Impish) Tyranitar: 245-288 (60.6 - 71.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

That's without Adaptability, it's rain. I think we've found the new Barraskewda.

Tbh the main problem of this kind of setup is that it assumes rain, in a metagame that will have Sun or at very least attempts to get sun up everywhere.

It feels like people are figuring out everything EXCEPT how the ruin abilities work lol. Those mons will easily be some of the most impactful on the meta, and we still have no idea how they work.

Are they an aura effect? Do they trigger on entry? Is it something else entirely? No clue!

I’d go as far to say we can’t make any assumptions how the meta will look until we know how these abilities work, since these mons will be everywhere.

Tbh the problem was that until basically today, noone knew how to obtain these legitimately, meaning people had to hack them in causing problems.

It's also interesting that one of the main issues we have right now is that the most impactful abilities in the game provide ""buffs"" that do not show on the pokemon tab (the paradoxes, terastal stab boosts, legendary signature abilities, the 4 dark leges, etc), so it's also kinda rough to math them out as mathing stuff is usually done with 2 players due to having knowledge of the opponent stats to calculate the expected damage rolls.

How much power does Last Respects gain for each fainted ally?
Looks like to be 50 up to 4 times

Well we haven’t seen the ruin abilities in action at all, the text could very well tell us how big the debuff is. We haven’t seen it.
