It's definitely not going to be running Technician. As a fairly defensive support, it's probably going to be the best of the Trio at making use of Toxic Chain. It's really not going to be significantly worse than the other two imo. This is not a Wo-Chien situation.

Idt Ludicolo got any new abilities, and Iirc Mandibuzz learnt Knock and Roost as Level-up moves, so it'll keep them.

Nice! So i guess mandibuzz Still has uturn, gallade alr had knock off, solar blade may give a niche in sun With sharpness, focus punch has no effect and vacuum wave isn't What i'd call optimal. If gardevoir gets it tho...

Found a random shiny Starly while on my way to the Ursaluna quest and this is how my player character wants to engage it...

If you are going with Technician Fezandipiti for some reason, Acid Spray/Moonblast/Heat Wave/Roost seems the most useful. Only Heatran really switches in on it. You can also run Icy Wind over Roost if you want to do something like Assault Vest and still use that huge special bulk, plus have actually threatening ice coverage. Or run Tera Ground Tera Blast over Heat Wave.
Toxic Chain seems vastly superior in most cases though.
