Just making an observation here. For credibility and ethic, is not a good option to reorder the rounds, even if another host came in. The tournament can still go on no matter who is in charge. Is just my opinion, I don't know well the rules here, but for my point of view, that decision can cause people to see the tournament like you where planning the pairings.

Probably it was for the unexpected change of the first round and the player won against the other player, and when the change took place, he only reported the win and where paired against you. What a shame... :/
