I contacted him multiple times and he said we'd battle over the weekend. Didn't respond after that until late last night. Deadline is passed yes?

Ah gotcha. Although seems odd to me that someone can just dodge a week like that at no penalty. But I respect you having to deal with so many battles so yeah :)
