Jirachi @ Wide Lens
EVs: 252 Sp. Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Charge Beam
Thunder
Water Pulse/Hidden Power [Water]
Psychic/Hidden Power [Ice]
Designed to exploit Jirachi's awesome Trait as much as possible, Serene Grace Jirachi with Wide Lens is a great Special Sweeper. Jirachi is possibly the only effective user of Charge Beam, raising its rate of boost to 90%, and with Wide Lens it hits literally 99% of the time. Thunder is a better choice than Thunderbolt with the increased power, 77% accuracy, and about a 46% chance of paralysis (accounting for misses). The third move covers opposing Ground and Fire Pokémon: Water Pulse confuses 40% of the time, which is handy, while Hidden Power has a bit more power. For the last move, you have to decide between STAB and Dragon coverage. Keep in mind with Dragon resistance and Wide Lens counteracting Sand Veil Jirachi is a great Chomp counter with HP Ice.
Other options for this set include Hidden Power Rock for Fires, Salamence and Gyarados, Zen Headbutt and going mixed for the flinching, and Shadow Ball for a better (40) chance at lowering Special Defense.
I only tested this set a little, but it worked alright for me. Tell me what you think.
