Server's downtime and a few other changes

Welcome back everyone! We figured out the issues surrounding the server's connectivity. The primary cause was a hard drive failure.

All of your user accounts will remain secure, but we'll be essentially starting everything from scratch to speed up getting everything working again. This includes but not limited to everyone's global ranks, room ranks, and ladder records. If you were a global voice previously, don't worry. Consistent good presences and contributors on the sim and/or forums won't have any issues in regaining their ranks, but at the same time we are not blanket guaranteeing to automatically re-voice every single previous voiced user. This will primarily be in cases of inactivity, but could be due to other factors too. In return, we ask only that you guys to please remain reasonable and civil upon dealing with the new changes.

We hope to see new and old and new faces alike, and as always, thank you for understanding!

This post previously said that there were no attacks; actually, our host mitigated over 10 attacks the last week.

Hey all, I've edited the OP slightly because it was a little unclear - previously the impression that was given off was that most users would have to start from scratch to get their voice back, which we never intended to be the case. This is our policy:
