I adore AI like this. I've found that it helps greatly to add modifiers like "photorealistic", "high resolution", or
"dramatic atmospheric ultra high definition free desktop wallpaper" (read that blog, it's hilarious)
"Reshiram attacking a lion by breathing fire photorealistic":
It just made some lions that are scared of fire lol
"Scizor in a crystal cave high resolution":
Neat. As you can see from the top left, it tends to draw Pokemon in an anime style, as that's where it got most of its Pokemon data from.
I wanted to see it generate a fakemon, so I chose a prompt that would ensure it wouldn't take a design from an existing Pokemon:
"Flamingo Pokemon":
Those Sugimori-style flamingos (plus a two-headed one in the bottom right) are cool, but not really what I asked for. But now I was intrigued: if given a prompt that fits multiple existing Pokemon, would it make a chimera of them?
"Bird Pokemon":
Whoa! It made some fakemon! My favorite is middle left. I guess with a more open prompt, it could make its own rather that just a Sugimori flamingo. I decided to see if the é would change its results.
“Bird Pokémon”:
It seems a bit more Sugimori-like now, especially the bottom right, although maybe this was a fluke. I tested again:
"a magnet Pokemon":
Lots of Pikachu, but some creativity in there, like the green one in the bottom right. The copper-colored rings in the top row could kinda be seen as magnets?
"a magnet Pokémon":
Um. Lots of Pikachu, what appears to be Sobble and Umbreon in the bottom right, and a vaguely magnet-like tail in the top center. I don't know what Pikachu is doing to that poor creature in the top left. Looks like a force choke.
Actually, it seems like a normal e generated better results here. Strange.
Anyway, some non-Pokemon things
"d20"
Interesting. It tried to form some numbers (is that an 80 I see in the top center?)
"incompetent AI"
irony lol
