Why this set deserves to be on-site:
-Beats many of the most common leads 1 on 1, including 7/10 of the top ten (You also beat Machamp 50% of the time).
-Can even stop the more fragile leads with focus sash from setting up stealth rock if they get nervous and taunt or attack you.
-Often survives with enough health to be used again later in the match.
-Natural cure means that Roserade, Smeargle, Breloom, and all other sleep or status lead's debilitating status will go away as soon as you switch out.
-This set has nearly perfect coverage (resisted only by Bronzong) which lets it not be set up on.

Additional Comments:
-252 speed can be used to tie with Jirachi and other base 100 speed leads.
-Occa berry can be used to beat Heatran and Infernape leads, but the loss in power means you lose against some others.
-Modest nature can be used, but you are then outsped by Roserade and Gliscor.
-Hidden Power Fire can be used if you really hate being beat by Skarmory, Forretress, and Bronzong.
-Leftovers or Expert Belt can be used, but you lose some important KO's.

Teammates and Counters:
Infernape, Heatran, Skarmory, Forretress and Bronzong all beat it in the lead position. Blissey with Flamethrower beats it if it attacks quickly before the seed flare sp. def drops begin to accumulate. Choice band Scizor can KO it with U-Turn, and the only way Shaymin is going to kill it is if it switches into a seed flare and it gets a SpD drop.
Heatran can kill all of these pokemon, but beware of focus sash on Infernape, and shuca berry on opposing Heatran.
